Our apartment was spacious & modern with a separate lounge room & small kitchen equiped with all you needed including a coffee machine. We chose the Seaview apartment that had a wrap around balcony that provided beautiful sunsets . The property also had a washing machine on-site which was an added bonus.-staying for 9 nights Daily breakfast was fresh & plentiful -made by the owner Antonia -we enjoyed the variety & her home made treats were absolutely delicious Such a hospitable family that welcomed all their guests-nothing was too much trouble . • Ann-Kathrin (10/5): Wir hatten dort eine entspannte erste Urlaubswoche 😎 - Total schönes kleines Familiengeführtes Hotel, das wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und man kann von dort aus gut zu Fuß zum Strand laufen. Das Frühstück ist klein aber fein und jeden Tag ein bisschen anders. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein Bäcker, der gefühlt immer geöffnet hat und in Laufnähe sind auch mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants.

Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et copieux mais c'était irrégulier, certains matins il fallait un peu insister pour le café et le reste. La mère de Diamantis ne dit pas toujours bonjour, et peut sembler énervée (location de voiture).

Kinderbett, Hochstühle, Schirme, Schwimmhilfen etc. zum Ausleihen vorhanden. Kleines aber feines Frühstück. Super Lage, zwei Strände in gehweite, sehr gute Bäckerei und kleiner Supermarkt ums Eck. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Für wen es wichtig ist, W-Lan zeitweise sehr schlecht. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: dünklere Vorhänge im Zimmer ohne Jalousien, da in der Früh sehr hell. Ansonsten alles top!

Tucked away in a quiet village, it's ideal for travelers who want to relax and enjoy a slower pace of life. What stood out most during my stay was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. This is a family-run business, so you can expect to see kids around. The owners go out of their way to help you with anything you need, making you feel like part of the family. Breakfast is a highlight – many of the ingredients are locally sourced, which really adds to the charm and flavor. You can tell there’s care and authenticity in everything they serve. The village itself is calm and serene, with just a few restaurants and shops nearby – enough to meet your needs without the crowds. As a bonus, the hotel is right next to a bakery that serves up delicious breads and pastries, and the staff there are just as lovely. All in all, if you’re looking for a genuine, quiet Naxos experience, this is the place to go. I’d definitely return. cant think of anything at moment.

(Rent a car for a day - transfer to the port - info about renting kite/surfing materials) Small kitchen but enough supplies to cook. We had a room in the back wit a pretty large balcony out of the wind. The wifi. Even though there was a separate wifi spot for the rooms and pool area, it wasn't strong enough. The 5G reception was also very bad.

• Jos (9/5): Great place only a few mins walk from one of the best beaches in Naxos, Mikri Vigla - Diamantis is a great and kind host who did his best to help us out and make us feel comfortable. I put a wrong arriving time online and yet he did his best to be there and welcome us. The location for us was perfect because we wanted to be next to Mikri Vigla beach whis is a few mins walk from the house. But if you want to stay close to town I'd recommend somewhere else. Do your research. Lots of front beach restaurants just 5 mins far away in scooter. The room was very nice, with a lovely balcony and swimming pool view but we mostly were exploring the island so we couldn't enjoy it much. Can't think of anything really.

Definitely recommend this property if you want to stay near "mikri vigla"and its next to the beach but its a little bit far from the center the breakfast didnt have as many options and was little but every food was fresh and tasty
• Francisco (6/5): Pleasant - Before arriving to the apartment the communication with the villa was super smooth and they were very useful in helping and arranging all the details. The Place is very well located, near the best beaches on the island and a 20 minutes ride to the center of Naxos in the port where pretty much everything happens. When arriving and during our stay we were very well received by Diamantis which was top and help us with everything we need. The room is nice and correspond to what you see in the Pictures. The bathroom in my opinion is too small for two persons and sometimes is does not smell good which is not very confortable. We rented a car with the villa which I trully reccomend, the car is good and process is easy, but it bothers me a little bit to receive the car with almost no fuel, I think is not a good way to receive someone in my opinion.

Well-equipped kitchen Basically nothing. There was only little greenery and too much concrete by the pool. It's a pity that the washing machine was not connected and could not be used.

• William (4/5): Disappointing - If you're looking for a rustic wind/kite surfers spot, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, rather opt for closer to Naxostown or Plaka. It is functional but lacks hospitality and atmosphere
• Patrick (10/5): Perfect Greek Island Retreat - Lovely modern studio apartment with a sea view from the balcony. The complex was great with a swimming pool basically in an Olive Grove. Sitting on a sun lounger was idyllic. Also only a short walk from a couple of lovely beaches and a supermarket. The breakfast was great, including Bacon and eggs which is unusual for Europe. Nicholas and his staff were very helpful, picked us up and dropped us off from the port as the buses aren't the most reliable.

The swimming pool is surrounded by olive trees, the silence and the peace of the place were so soothing for me. Delicious breakfast every morning serve outside, under the trees. The location I said wasn't great, but I need to explain that I didn't rent a car, and May is early for the public buses to get to Mikri Vigla, but otherwise the location is good, very good if you want to be far from the town, which I wanted. Instead, it is great that it is a few minutes away from the beach, literally 6 minutes away. The beach is protected from the wind and has a Taverna very closed. So, perfect. Ah, and a couple of supermarkets. Nothing, it was what I was looking for. My mistake was not renting a car being so early in the season.

• Joris (9/5): The place has lots of great qualities, but it's probably the hosts that were the best part of it. - The excellent breakfast was mainly made of their own farm produces: eggs, fresh fruit and jams. We received in addition everyday a home made cake or cookies, further to the usual juices, coffee, bread etc... Oh and the yoghurt with the local honey was the cherry on the cake.

There is a little supermarket near by and 2 beaches that are reachable by foot in 5min. The breakfast was delicious. We can just thank Diamantis for all his help and being so nice to us!

• Christian (7/5): Some issues, but they did a good job figuring out a solution! - It was easy to reach and once we got one of the more modern rooms on our second night, we really liked the interior. They even had a little breakfast spread with locals products and homemade treats. The hotel had made a mistake and given the room we had booked to somebody else. The problem is that the rooms are VERY different in design and aesthetic, so we had to stay in a room, that was not at all the look we wanted for our first night, since there was nothing else available. BUT they did give us an upgrade to a really nice room for the second night AND a refund, so that was great! Just be careful with which room you book exactly, because they vary a LOT (and hope they give you the one you actually booked ;) ) Also: The showers are really hard to use if you don't want to flood the bathroom.

• Beanca (2/5): AWFUL PLACE!!!! - The ONLY good thing about this place is the location. If the location was bad, I would have given this place a 1 rating. AVOID THIS PLACE if you don't want to get irritated and frustrated during your holiday.The hostess, despite being downright rude, speaks very little English and communication with her is super frustrating. 2 of the 4 nights we had no hot water. They use a solar geyser which is ineffective. The shower drain smelled awful. Our door handle broke off on the first day. Breakfast is unreliable. It is supposed to be buffet but it was pretty much first come first serve. The first morning the eggs and bacon were finished at 10.00, even though breakfast is until 11.00 and it was cold. Also, DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THEM!!! Every time we went out with the car, the hostess would come outside and stand there watching as we drove out, which I found weird and invasive. On the second day when our room was cleaned, the bed wasn't made, the blanket and sheets were only folded up and put on the bed. The floor was never washed during our stay. It really was necessary as the area in which this place is, is very dusty. A toilet paper roll was placed in our room that clearly got wet and stained at some point. I can't believe this place gets good reviews. The owner probably deletes bad reviews.
• Mi (7/5): worth the view from the balcony - The property was near the Kite Beach, but without car difficult to reach from other parts of the island. Our room had a beautiful balcony with a good view, the interior of the room was more rustic and plain. The pool was nice but a little bit sad without people hanging there. The family was welcoming and the breakfast was okay.

First and foremost it offers a water filter thus reducing the need of purchasing numerous water bottles. Big kudos! The location is great - a walking distance to kitesurfing schools and spots, as well as beautiful beaches. Nice and clean rooms with the balcony, a swimming pool, quiet surroundings. n/a

• mancos (8/5): Studios funzionali nella splendida naxos - Gli studios sono ubicati a 20 metri da un car rental, a 50 metri da un forno, a 100 da un supermercato (anche se a prezzi assolutamente non convenienti) e a 300 metri da due delle più belle spiagge di Naxos. Gli studios sono tranquilli e silenziosi. Il nostro in particolare era molto grande (circa 30 mq) con un bellissimo balconcino con vista mare, un bagno degno di un hotel di design, aria condizionata e divano. Purtroppo non abbiamo apprezzato il letto, che abbiamo trovato un po' corto e quindi scomodo. Questo non ci ha permesso di riposare adeguatamente. Anche la piscina, a mio modesto avviso, è un po' troppo piccina e difficilmente usufruibile da un adulto, se non per un bagno veloce. Il prezzo è comunque risibile rispetto al servizio offerto e quindi gli studios sono vivamente consigliati!
• Rasta (10/5): Nice place close to the beach, with great hosts. - We stayed in Diamantis Studios for 11 nights, and we loved it. the room was comfortable and very clean, and it had all the appliances and equipment needed (i.e. pots&pans, cutlery, fridge and cooker tv and air con). The hosts, Nikos & Andonya were very friendly, helpful but not intrusive so it was perfect for us. They even supplied us with occasional fresh eggs from their chickens and took us out for dinner to a local taverna which was lovely, and their 2 kids were tireless with our daughter, playing with her and making her feel welcome. The hotel is situated in a smaller village of Naxos Island and the setting is quite tranquil and relaxing, and we loved our after dinner sitting on the balcony listening to the crickets' singing, and the local beach is one of the best of the whole island and can be almost wind free most days. The swimming pool is a good alternative or works great for a winding down dip in the evening. The hotel is very close to one of the islands rent-a-car shops and it's very convenient but we rented a car only for a few days and the hosts picked up us from the port late at night and went to take us back there in early morning for our ferry back to athens. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a laidback and chilled days. We will be coming back.
