• Christine (9/5): - Excellent, central location to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. While very clean the bathroom could use some updates.
• Thomas (6/5): Worth it for a one-night stay near the airport and beach. - Location next to Hollywood Beach and cost made this worth it. Some beach accessories available. Really close to the airport. Front desk response by phone was hit or miss, mostly miss (went to voicemail or not physically present when needed). Refrigerator was clanging all night long - ice clogging fan in freezer part. Cooling system didn't work.

• Nancy (6/5): - The location was great! Only steps away from the beach and places to eat. Since were getting off a cruise ship I asked to have them store our luggage until we could check in. They did give us an early check-in which was super nice. The bath towels were super thin and the pool towels smelled like they haden't been washed in a while.
• Marla (10/5): Had a great stay and would definitely stay again. - Location was very close to the beach…just a one-minute walk. Also loved having 2 bathrooms. The pillows weren’t comfortable.

The wi fi is terrible the fridge doesn’t get very cold so wouldn’t risk putting and food in it and there is no security as unfortunately came during spring break so had groups of teenagers screaming and shouting to each other outside our room late at night and although the pool isn’t supposed to be used at night that didn’t seem to matter didn’t feel very safe here

• Paul (6/5): Not quite what i expected for the price . - Nice and close to Beach ,restaurants ,stores. Not really under the control of the hotel but the noise all day from the loud lous speaker and specators and paddles next door at the pickel ball courts was awful. It went on all day . Also very loud people yelling around the pool at 10-11 pm which was only a few feet from our room . There didn't seem to be anyone in charge of this place once the office closed. We needed to be up early for a flight. Hotel very dated Pool furniture a mix and match .. The Gate to pool area was propped open with rock or brick . Surely a safety hazard for young children .

• Mary (10/5): - Location was perfect. Friendly staff at both the front desk and tiki bar. Didn’t use the pool but it appeared inviting. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice. Great place to stay and great people watching on the boardwalk. It’s a nice place as is.
• Stephanie (8/5): Great place to stay. Very friendly staff and very close to the beach. - We loved the location and the cleanliness. Having a pool and a tiki bar was a wonderful perk. Our particular room was a little cramped. There just didn’t seem to be enough places to put things down (like no counters or even a folding luggage rack to place the suitcase. But I have a feeling our room was just one of the smaller ones.

• Dana (8/5): A few days at Hollywood Broadwalk - The location is wonderful! The beds are comfortable. But I will say the futon bed is rather hard. Our grandson slept there. And he's young so it worked out. Having a kitchen was very handy for some of our meals. Location is wonderful and it was clean. The staff were all friendly. We didn't use the pool much. The tiki bar was nice to grab some drinks at. Over all we really enjoyed it stay. The TV in the main area we couldn't use the 1st day. So that was disappointing. We did get someone to come and look at it. But he couldn't get it going. Also he spoke Spanish and we speak English. Day 2 my husband went to the office. This time with another controller they got it working. The refrigerator worked fine. But the handle was loose when we arrived and putting stuff in it. On day 3 the handle at the top came off. Is all it needs is a new handle attached.

From the staff (the owner Andy) to the staff were all incredibly nice to the room and property were perfection! The check-in process was quick, easy and organized. The room was extremely clean, modern, GREAT bed, GREAT towels, so many extra shampoos, soaps, lotions… cutest little kitchenette with basic utensilszzz

Great area but it’s too tight to park at the hotel and I was asked to move out my spot after paying for 4 nights parking. I would go to another hotel 🏨 next time. Never had an issue with a hotel about my deposit. Be Aware when booking here. I returned my keys 🔑 and I didn’t get a receipt nor was told when I’d get it back the room was clean no damage so that’s a big reason I wouldn’t stay again.

• Bret (10/5): Perfect getaway - This was the perfect getaway! This is our 2nd time coming to Hollywood Beach and we will be back. It's about a 4 hour drive for us, just enough to make us feel like we are on a mini vacation! We stayed at Caribbean Resorts and it was the perfect spot to relax. It is right off the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. Once we parked the car it never moved and we walked to everything. The Resort was very clean and nicely renovated. There is a cute little pool and a nice tiki bar on the premises. Staff was friendly and we really enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be back! I would have expected to pay much more for this location, it is a real bargain. You can't go wrong staying here. The pictures i took of the beach area are right by the resort. Thank you Caribbean Resorts for a fantastic weekend..
• stephanie (2/5): - Claudia and Andy were the only thing good about this hotel. From the check in experience with I think Her name was Carmen was not friendly. 450pm check in after sending an email the day before letting them know I was Arriving at 2pm. Finally getting to my room with a bullet hole in the window over the bed I’m sleeping in. A completely packed pool with blaring music. A remote control with dead batteries in the bedroom. Then the people staying next to me screaming and breaking stuff till 4am. Calling the desk no answer. Shocking part was is the owner of this motel was staying the night witnessing all of this. Pool closed at 8pm asked Carmen how strict it was she said very stricted. Multiple people still in the pool at 1130pm. Worst stay ever. Big room. No customer service from front desk. I would Only stop by to say hi to Andy and Claudia is they were the only employees with customer service.

• Cathy (10/5): - Right behind the Hollywood boardwalk and a 1 minute walk to the beach, location is spectacular. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a very late check in, so I called earlier and the very nice staff made sure to leave my key and code in a secured lockbox along with a map of the property facilities for me. The pool was cozy and there are tables and multiple grills available to cook on. Overall, it was a great stay for a family with kids. I would only say the TV's could use an upgrade but we spent most of the time out and about so it didn't really matter. Great stay and would definitely stay here again.

They kept the locked gate open with a brick. Hogged all the chairs and kept towels/ clothes on them so you couldn’t use them

• Wendy (10/5): Best place I’ve stayed on the broadwalk in Hollywood beach. - I have been coming here for many years. The staff are wonderful, the place is perfect. It’s right in the middle of the broadwalk. Couldn’t ask for more. Miss Molly at the tiki bar is the sweetest bartender. We look forward to seeing her every year. Boris the owner always wants to make sure you’re happy. I’m looking forward to returning in august again and in October. There’s nothing I can say that I don’t like.

• Kira (2/5): What a disappointment. - The only good thing about this hotel was the close proximity to the beach. I would never stay here again. The walls were so thin I could hear the women in the next room coughing all night. The pool rules said no loud music or alcohol allowed, yet there was constant loud music and beers in glass bottles. The parking was a nightmare, I had to threaten to call the tow truck myself. What a shame. I wish more people would have given honest reviews of this property so I knew to never book here.

• Michelle (4/5): - The property was old and had really dirty/dusty vent covers and the baseboards were dirty. Walls were not clean, the flooring was patched with different flooring that didn’t match and there was an odor in the bathroom.
• Tina (8/5): Beautiful location, but come prepared! - The location is fantastic, steps from the beach, the Broadwalk (no wood, so it's not called a boardwalk there), and the Hollywood Beach stage. Pool was very pretty. Even though we got a suite, we felt a bit cramped, barely any room to get around the bed, especially with luggage (no place really to put it because there is only a stand up closet and no dresser). Everything was clean, bathroom was nice but a bit small and no counter space to get ready. The kitchenette is nice to have if you're there for an extended stay. Sadly, there are no grocery stores or corporate gas stations within walking distance, just a couple of private convenient stores (that are VERY expensive to purchase anything from, even water is way overpriced). We encountered a few staff on our short trip, only one was nice, the rest behaved as if they were inconvenienced by having to speak to us, wasn't happy with that. No guest ice machine, told to go to the tiki bar and ask; the bartender was not happy the front desk sent us and only offered ONE cup of ice because they had to buy the ice at the store each morning because the bar ice machine is broken. Very little parking, but there is a paid public parking garage located on Garfield St. It's a bit of a confusing walk from the front desk to your room if you're in the suites, it's all outside and uncovered walkways which are but confusing at first and are not fun if it's raining (no luggage carts or assistance available either).
