Le buffet proposé pour les dîners les premiers soirs était très bien également. Le manque de choix et de disponibilité de certains plats dans le menu à la carte (formule 1/2 pension) et le temps d'attente pour dîner après avoir passé commande alors qu'il y avait peu de clients.

• Krisztian (6/5): Everything is always very good. My last stay was not good. There was a lot of noise from other guest, many slapped doors - If I need to travel to Nairobi, I always use this hotel. The forest view garden is amazing.

Por lo que merece la pena pedir lo que quieras alli. Las bebidas aparte las pagabas. Los servicios son muy lentos. Se fue la luz de la habitación 4 veces y tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación. Una de las chicas de recepción se quejaba cuando íbamos a decírselo. No lo recomiendo y no volveré

• appleton (7/5): - I like the location, kitchen and bar onsite. Room was musky and for second stay not the best view. Felt like on 1st visit staff was very friendly and not as much the second time. Need fans in the room to get air circulated, windows couldn't be left open with monkeys onsite.
• Stefan (9/5): Tolle Lage mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zurück. Die Lage mit der Stadt vor der Tür und Karura Forest im Hintergrund ist einfach einmalig. Wir werden beim nächsten Mal darauf achten ein Zimmer am Ende des Ganges zu bekommen. Der Verkehr in der Nacht war etwas zu viel, aber definitiv nicht dem Hotel anzulasten.

When you go to the bar ask for a strawberry margarita with Don julio. They make it the best in kenya . Very good staff as well .
• Maryam (9/5): Another lovely stay at Westwood hotel - It was my second time staying at the Westwood hotel and absolutely loved everything. The location is perfect with only 5 minute drive to the Westgate mall. The rooms are clean and spacious and the hotel has a lovely view into the forest. I didn’t see any monkeys this time around but they are always a great addition to the experience. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. Over all, a great experience. I can’t wait to return. Would be great to add a lamp to brighten up the room in the evening.

Good water pressure and availability of hot water too. No air-conditioning, but the room was always cool They seemed to have lots of parties there everyday for the entire duration of my 5 nights at the hotel. Very noisy at night. WiFi stopped working overnight on two occasions.

The bed was very comfy and the staff were all so friendly. The door to my bathroom had a broken handle and it got me panicking every time I had to use it. I thought I could get stuck. The breakfast was also underwhelming and not very friendly for a child.
