Stellena (3/5): - The first night was terrible because the power and water was off so it wasn't comfortable walking around in the dark with children and no water to wash or flush toilet the fridge was off so hoped the food we got didn't get spoilt but once it was fixed it was quite pleasant for the next night.
Elisha (2/5): Very disappointed, not good enough for the amount we paid. - location VERY DISAPPOINTED! - We were told that the room would be services approximately half way through our 7 say visit. This did not happen. - The cutlery drawer was poorly equipped - only 1 dessert spoon and 1 soup spoon was provided. - The crockery provisions were minimal - not enough for multiple meals in 1 day for 2 occupants. - The shower flooded EVERY time we used. We spoke with reception staff who gave no suggestions / help. We happened upon a cleaner who provided us with extra towels to make a barricade to stop the shower flooding the unit. - The room came equipped with a floor squeegee indicating that the flooding shower was ongoing and known about by management. - The soap dispenser in the hand basin had no soap in it as it was rusted shut and unable to be opened. No other soap was provided. - The air conditioning unit failed and we were told it would take 3 days to be repaired. - The electric frying pan failed and no alternative frying pan to use. When we spoke with reception about this, they sent the maintenance man with an extension lead to run from one side of the unit to the other. The frying pan then cause the power to the unit to trip. - The tripped power caused the shower to shut down and we were unable to use the facilities, consequently, we had to walk to the amenities block to shower (we booked a unit specifically as we are elderly and didn't want to walk across the park to use any amenities). - When we spoke with reception again on check out, we were met with blank faces and no apology. We were told the manager would need to be contacted but that they were uncontactable now. We were told we may be able to get a discount on our next stay - we live in Queensland and will not be back to WA, PLUS we WON'T BE BACK HERE!

Susan (3/5): Overpriced, basic accommodation. Not good value at all for what you pay. - Handy for the wineries. Actual room was a donga. Small, noisy, bed that rolled around. Very expensive for the basic facilities.
K D Hancock (7/5): - The space inside the cabin could be up graded as in get rid of the giant cupboards that hold 1 blanket. It would allow for a bed side cabinet. The shelf above the desk was annoying, head my head on it a few times while hoping up from the desk. The tea, coffee etc could just go in the corner of the desk by the jug.
Jeremy (5/5): Basic but clean and well appointed. - The room was as promised, clean and well appointed. Good communication from reception before and throughout. My son was looking forward to using the Recreation room but was disappointed to find almost everything in a state of disrepair, and an elderly gentleman holed up in there on the couch for almost the entire two days. My son didn't really feel safe to be in there on his own, even though our accommodation was only metres away.

That someone else was put in our room and they couldn't tell us why we then had to go in a lesser room for a night and change over the next day as that's all we could do they did apologise and said they couldn't find out till the next day and they would talk to the manager next day to see if we could get compensated.

Jessica (1/5): Non existent - Looked like a cool set up Upon arrival I had to spray as there were ants everywhere in the kitchen. Western power was doing works in the area so the generators were on which I get and I know can’t be helped but I didn’t get a heads up about it or a chance to potentially cancel my stay. We arrived after hours and the chalet I booked happened to be directly in front of the generators. It felt and sounded like a plane was flying low over top. The two bedrooms were the closest to the generator it was so loud and the vibration was so bad. We decided we would try to sleep in the lounge room and pull mattresses out then when moving the couch to make room something ran out from under the couch so the plan to sleep on mattresses on the floor went out the window. I can normally make the best out of a situation but I had my 3 year old with me we had just driven 3 hours it was so late already we ended up just leaving and staying else where. Again I know the generator was necessary and it couldn’t be helped with western power doing works but a heads up would have been nice.
