Georgina (9/5): Excelente opción en Taxco!!! - Excelente ubicación, el hotel es muy bonito, por su ubicación y la misma naturaleza de la ciudad, se suben escaleras y la calle es empinada, sin embargo está muy cerca del centro, de las platerías y los atractivos turísticos. Nos gusto mucho el Hotel. Creo que podría mejorar la amabilidad de las personas en la recepción, si bien era temporada alta con mucha gente y entiendo eso impacta en lo pesado de su trabajo, no está por demás la cortesía al cliente.

Helmi 007 (8/5): - Gute Lage, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr schöner und gepflegter Garten in dem es sogar mehrere Pfauen gibt. Dachterrasse mit schönem Blick auf die Altstadt Dusche und Toilette haben das Flair einer Gefängnisszelle. Wer kein super sicherer Autofahrer ist sollte sich lieber ein Hotel am Stadtrand suchen da die Zufahrtsstrassen steil und sehr eng sind.

Sandra (4/5): Mala experiencia, no me gustó y no lo recomiendo - Lo único bueno es que el hotel es parte del centro de Taxco Uffff es larga la lista de lo que no me gustó del hotel: las personas de recepción (mujeres) prestan pésimo servicio y atención, la habitación muy austera, las camas duras, el baño incomodo, la regadera poco funcional y vieja, no tiene aire acondicionado sólo un ventilador que hacía mucho ruido, el único espejo que tenía la habitación estaba horrible pedí que me lo cambiaran y nunca fueron, lo único salvable es el señor que nos subió las maletas a la habitación, él nos ayudó más que nadie del personal del hotel. Definitivamente no regresaremos y tampoco lo recomiendo.

Está última vez que asistimos el agua de la alberca estaba súper fría, no era posible meterse y estaba sucia, aunque fui a recepción a reportar no me hicieron caso. Iba con mis pequeños y la ilusión era la alberca, solo por eso me hizo dudar si regresar a ese hotel.

Cyril (8/5): Sehr nettes Hotel am Rande der Altstadt - Sehr nett, gemachte Hotelanlage, die sich über mehrere Stockwerke in den steilen Berg sehr geschickt einfügt. Es beinhaltet sogar einen Swimmingpool, ein Restaurant und wohl auch ein Yogazentrum. Sehr gut geführt, alles sauber, kaum 5 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum zu Fuß entfernt. Von oben gibt’s eine tolle Aussicht. Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind, zwei oder drei Nächte sind durchaus empfehlenswert!

La puerta de mi habitación no cerraba, tuve problemas con el agua caliente de la ducha, las camas son muy duras y las almohadas viejísimas. No recomiendo la cena de Fin de año. El staff no está preparado para este tipo de ocasiones especiales, no saben nada de los platillos, las bebidas son muy limitadas y mal preparadas.

Alejandra (7/5): - La ubicación es súper buena. Tiene un restaurante con terraza con una vista muy linda y además el jardín es muy bonito y está muy cuidado. La cama estaba fatal. Un colchón durísimo. La atención del personal de recepción deja algo que desear. A pesar de que por mensaje habían sido atentos y resolutivos, al llegar entre ellos no habían tenido comunicación. Por otra parte, pedimos dejar el coche en el estacionamiento un par de horas después del check out en lo que íbamos a comer y nos dijeron que 12 en punto el coche tenía que estar fuera. Previamente, en otra ocasión no había habido problema y nos habían dejado. El estacionamiento, por cierto, estaba vacío y era lunes. Estos detallitos hacen que te quedes con mal sabor de boca.

Sherrie (8/5): A beautiful centrally located room. - We had a beautiful balcony over looking the gardens. The location was exceptional and breakfast is served on the top terrace overlooking the city. Because the door is translucent, The hall light sensor kept coming on whenever we turned over in bed or moved toward the door. I’d also like to see attention to detail: shampoo, conditioner and nice soaps, also an oscillating fan that didn’t squeak. Also we had ants in our room.

Juan Carlos (8/5): Mi estancia en Taxco. - La ubicacion del hotel esta bastante bien para ir a cualquier lugar de Taxco y la habitación tiene muchos detalles en madera, vidrio y hierro forjado, eso llama mucho la atención porque es bien clasico, ademas de la piscina. Te ofrecen desayuno continental unicamente, pero si quieres desayuno mas completo tambien te ofrecen un descuento para otros platillos, el desayuno estuvo rico y abundante, el servicio bastante bueno y las vistas de la terraza hacia la iglesia santa prisca para las fotos. Dificil comunicación desde la habitacion hacia el lobby, hay un numero de whatsapp que cuando lo guardas nunca se registra en la app por lo que no les puedes chatear y tomando en cuenta subidas y bajadas de gradas (no hay ascensores) es muy cansado ir y venir a pie. Dejan muy poco insumo que rapidamente se puede acabar y volver a necesitar como papel higiénico, jabon y toallas, a nosotros nos toco improvisar con cosas que llevabamos nosotros mismos.

Casper (9/5): - This hotel is absolutely great. Super friendly staff, stunning rooms, great swimming pool and overall a feel good and relaxed atmosphere. The room included a very basic breakfast with one toast, jam, tea/coffee and a small muffin (which we appreciated) . If you want something extra you have to pay for it. I ordered 2 fried eggs and was charged 136 pesos, which is for Mexican standard really expensive for 2 eggs. The buffet breakfast was 180 pesos. Apart from that, everything was fantastic!

Lo que no nos gustó mucho el agua de la alberca fría, lo que no vi es que no hay rampas para personas discapacitadas.
