- Florian (8/5): - Wir waren in der Vorsaison, daher war nicht viel offen am Campingplatz. Die Busse fahren leider nicht so oft und in die Stadt ist es auch, für Menschen die gerne spazieren, sehr weit. Sind hin und zurück gegangen und etwas in der Stadt und haben dann 36.000 Schritte gehabt. Mit Fahrrädern, stehen auch zur Verfügung, ist es ganz okay :) Strandabschnitt ist ganz schön.

- Fleck (8/5): Würde aber in der Hauptsaison trotzdem wieder hinfahren. - Gute Parkmöglichkeit für Auto mit Überdachungen und extraparkplatz für Anhänger neben Mobilheim Sommeraktivitäten waren gesperrt da sie erst am 21.05.2026 öffnen, das Negative daran, dies war erst nach der Buchung ersichtlich und nicht vorher. Sehr schade das man dies dem Kunden nicht vorher mitteilt.

- Josef (10/5): Super location wenn man die Entfernung nach Grado akzeptiert - Villa A ist schlichtweg phantastisch. Für 2 Personen Luxus, für 4 Personen perfekt. Personal in Rezeption und Bar sehr nett, Frühstück empfehlenswert. Restaurant im naheliegenden Golfclub sehr gut. Leider war noch nicht alles in der Anlage geöffnet; kein Supermarkt, kein Restaurant, kein Bikeshop; Entfernung nach Grado ca. 8 km, Taxi oder Rad notwendig

- Csilla (10/5): Tökéletesen megfelelt, bármikor vissza is mennék! - Nagyon jól felszerelt házak, tiszták és kényelmesek, újszerûek! Nagy terasz! Nekünk tökéletesen megfelelt! Szívesen vissza is mennénk, bármikor! A reggelinél nem volt túl nagy a választék, gondolom még nem volt szezon, és nem igazán volt egyértelmű, hogy mi tartozik bele és mi az amiért fizetni kell! Nem tetszett, hogy egy kávézóban és elég kicsi helyen kínálták a reggelit! Fő szezonban ez biztos másképpen zajlik!

- Casula (6/5): - Il comfort, la disponibilità del personale e la tranquillità. Accesso al mare chiuso, piscina e altre strutture interne al club chiuse. Avrebbero dovuto evidenziarlo prima della prenotazione, non dopo, come è successo. Inoltre, sa un po' di bunker con tutti i cancelli chiusi. In effetti, non è il genere di struttura che prediligo.

- Hansjörg (9/5): Komfortables und sauberes Appartment zu einem super Preis! Leider keine Ladestation für unser E-Auto - Die Lage war für uns optimal, da wir jeden Tag zur Marina gehen mussten. Das Appartment war sehr gemütlich und sauber, mit Klimaanlage und separaten Badezimmern. Man konnte auch (z.B. zum Essen) draussen auf der perfekt eingerichteten Veranda sitzen. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet, sogar mit Geschirrspülmaschine. Auch ein eigener Auto-Abstellplatz ist vorhanden! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich sehr gut! Da kommen wir gerne wieder zurück! Es wäre sehr schön, wenn in der Zukunft irgendwo eine Ladestation für Elektroautos vorhanden wäre. Vielleicht sogar eine kleine Wallbox beim KFZ-Abstellplatz? oder notfalls eine zentrale Ladestation, gemeinsam mit der Marina auf dem grossen Parkplatz.

Bicycles were a pleasant surprise as a private parking right next to the room. We will definitely come back here with our children and dogs. We were in April, before the opening of the main season, maybe that's why the bikes creaked a little. the service may not have been performed yet.

- Michaela (9/5): Tolle Anlage obwohl wegen Umbau und Reparatur Arbeiten vieles noch offen war. - Frühstück und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Das Check in liess sich nicht über Handy oder IPad machen, es ging nur über Computer und war viel zu umfangreich.

Sehr hundefreundlich! - Die Lage, die Unterkunft mit super Ausstattung, die Freundlichkeit des Personals waren toll! Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Es war schade, dass man kein Brot oder Ähnliches in dem kleinen Café fürs Frühstück kaufen konnte. Der Supermarkt hatte saisonbedingt noch zu. Der Wasserdruck ist gering.

Größe des Bungalow ausreichend für 2 Personen. Cottage Deluxe (Nr10) für 2 Personen: Es fehlt an Geschirr (Töpfe mit passenden Deckel, Besteck, Gläser), Gasherd bedarf einer gründlichen Reinigung-Installateur wäre von Nöten, keine Mikrowelle vorhanden im Cottage für 2 Personen, Schalter für Fußbodenheizung defekt, Fernbedienung für Klimaanlage nicht ident mit der Betriebsanleitung, nur 1 Fernbedienung für Fernseher intakt, Matratzen zu hart, im Bungalow Tiere erlaubt, für Allergiker ungeeignet, da die Hundehaare sich trotz Reinigung in den Pölstern befinden, wäre wünschenswert nicht nur Doppelzimmer sondern auch Cottages für Allergiker anzubieten. Vorhang bei begehbaren Schrank wäre wünschenswert. Fernseher im Schlafzimmer hängt weit von der Wand weg, stört den Durchgang noch erheblich, da schon sehr eng.
- Kurt (6/5): - Die Villa war sehr schön, aber schon abgewohnt. Wir kommen schon seit über 30 Jahren in den tenuta. Leider hat sich durch die Übernahme sehr viel verändert. Nicht zum positiven. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Zimmer wurden gar nicht geputzt.

- Michael (8/5): Entspannte Tage bei freundlichen Menschen. - Sehr freundliches Personal. Check in unkompliziert. Die Mobilehomes (Deluxe) sind geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Wegen Bauarbeiten im Poolbereich( Abschluss im Juli) war auch der Strandzugang eher beschwerlich.

- Christine (8/5): Ruhig und erholsam - Da wir mit dem Rad angereist sind und uns nur ein paar Tage erholen wollten, war diese Unterkunft perfekt. Viel mehr ist im Moment dort nicht möglich, weil es noch viele Bauarbeiten im Resort gibt, z.B. wird eine neue große Poolanlage gebaut, und auch Lokale und Supermarkt noch geschlossen waren.

Vor unserer Anreise hatte ich dem Hotel eine Nachricht geschrieben, möglicherweise ist sie untergegangen, da ich keine Antwort erhalten habe.

- Rayan (8/5): Service impeccable ! - J'ai énormément apprécié qu'on vienne me proposer du café à mon chalet tous les matins c'est la première fois que je vois un service de cette qualité bravo encore J'ai aimé que chaque chambre à sa propre salle de bain c'est vraiment parfait. Camping sécurisé, calme. Personnel agréable. Heureusement ce n'était que la dernière nuit mais lorsqu'il pleut le fait que le toit soit sûrement en tôle je n'ai pas vérifié mais cela fait effet de caisse de résonance dans les chambres c'est très compliqué de dormir heureusement ça m'est arrivé qu'une seule fois.

- Lenka (10/5): Moc příjemné ubytování pro rodiny se zvířaty! - Velmi útulné bydlení i pro cestování s dětmi! Z přístavu byli slyšet rackové a za živým plotem je ihned moře. Vše čisté! Postele pohodlné. Sítě proti komárům v oknech samozřejmostí a prostorná terasa! Velmi příjemné uklízečky. Kuchyně a lednice prostorné. Velmi hezká pláž. Chyběl návod na klimatizaci. Chyběl ucelený plot, což je nevýhoda při cestování se zvířaty.

- Sandra (9/5): Perfekter kurz Urlaub - Wir waren in der Villa C, diese Villa war einfach nur toll, modern, sauber alles was man braucht. Für uns als Familie ist uns immer wichtig, dass wir genügend Platz haben und das war in der Villa perfekt. Super war auch die Lage für uns, da wir unseren jetski mit hatten und wir direkt am Hafen waren. Wir kommen sicher wieder!!!!

- Zeljko (8/5): Unkomplizierte Abwicklung, freundliches Personal und hervorragendes Preisleistungsverhältnis. - Die Unterkunft hatte drei Zimmer und zwei (!) separate Badezimmer mit WC. Das fand ich hervorragend und es verlieh der Unterkunft einen besonderen Luxus. Gute Schalldämmung, außerdem waren zwei Klimaanlagen vorhanden, und es war sehr sauber – selbst der Geruch in den Zimmern war angenehm neutral. Insektennetze an den Fenstern und Eingangstüren, super! Die Bademeister am Pool waren sehr aufmerksam, haben ihre Arbeit aktiv ausgeführt und sind auch in den nötigen Situationen eingeschritten – zum Beispiel, wenn neunmalkluge Eltern ihr Bier im Pool trinken wollten. Generell waren die Straßen und Schotterwege sehr sauber. Der Spar-Laden in der Nähe war wirklich praktisch. Ein oder zwei Rollen Toilettenpapier mehr in der Unterkunft hätten nicht geschadet. Die Liegestühle am Pool waren leider nicht sauber (Tische und Gehwege hingegen schon). Das Restaurant bot à la carte ausschließlich verschiedene Pizzen an – alle anderen Gerichte auf der Karte waren schlichtweg nicht bestellbar. Alternativ konnte man ein Buffet nutzen (ca. 27 €/Person), aber die geringe Auswahl rechtfertigte diesen Preis leider nicht. Fast ausschließlich österreichische Urlaubsgäste – das italienische Flair wurde dadurch im Keim erstickt. Die Stadt Grado hat das jedoch problemlos wieder wettgemacht.

- Julianna (10/5): Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, még biztosan visszatérünk!! - A reggeli bőséges és finom volt, de nem változatos egy egész héten át. A camping területe tiszta és rendezett, sok programnak helyet biztosít. Fantasztikus élmény volt számunkra az ár-apály megtapasztalása. A laguna és a medencés strand is kellemes kikapcsolódás helyszíne volt. A személyzet (recepcióstól, felszolgálótól kezdve a kertészen át mindenki) nagyon kedves, segítőkész volt. A 40 C-os melegben a mobilházak klímái nem tudták visszahűteni a levegőt. Sajnos a kutyatartók intelligenciája miatt figyelni kell a kutya ürülékre. Az esti órákban a sok szúnyog miatt nem lehetett használni a rendkívül kényelmes és tágas teraszt!

- Céline (7/5): Super spaßig! - Uns hat sehr gefallen wie viel man dort machen konnte. Es war alles sehr einfach zu finden. Ebenfalls das es ein privat Parking für das Auto gab. Sehr schöne Anlage. Super Personal. Der beste Strand in Grado ist Spiaggia Costa Azzurra. Mit dem Auto nicht sehr weit von der Anlage. Leider funktionierten die Duschen nicht gut. Für 5 Personnen war das Häuschen bisschen eng. Da man nur einen Schlüssel besitzt, kann man den Air conditioner nur anschalten wenn man zu Hause ist. Das macht es beim betreten der Wohnung unerträglich warm. Da der Air Conditioner aber seht gut funktioniert legt sich das ganz schnell. Was auch ein bisschen gestört hat war, dass der Spar (in der Anlage) von 13h-16h geschlossen hat. Das hat den Einkauf ziemlich eingeschränkt. Der Strand direkt an der Anlage hat uns nicht gefallen, das ist aber geschmackssache.
- Victoria (6/5): Gemütlich - Die Anlage ist sehr schön bepflanzt, es gibt viel Schatten und Bäume. Das Frühstück war keine gute Qualität! Prei-Leistung nicht gut! Unsere Veranda war noch sehr schmutzig von den Vormietern. Und am Hafen war die Musik sehr laut.
