• Emma (10/5): Wonderful stay at this Riad with the perfect hosts in Julien and Olivier. The medina is quite chaotic but once you’re in - Olivier and Julien were the perfect hosts - so welcoming and helpful and wanted to make sure you had a great time with lots of recommendations. The Riad was beautifully clean with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were really comfortable as well. Great breakfast and Julien even got up early on our last day to make us breakfast before we went to the airport. They even accommodated my endless requests for hot water and milk to make English tea. Julien arranged taxis to and from the airport for just 20 euros each way and came to meet us from the car when we arrived - it’s a little bit tricky to find so I would highly recommend doing this. The Riad is on the edge of the medina, about 20 minutes walk from the main square. It’s perfectly safe although a little dark getting home at night and you’ll need Google maps. NIna, the resident cat, is beautiful and likes a bit of soft cheese for breakfast. Thank you for a great stay.

• Anthony (10/5): Parfait vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. - Olivier et Julien ont été des hôtes parfaits, toujours disponibles et d’excellent conseil. Les deux personnes en charge du ménage et du petit-déjeuner sont d’une gentillesse remarquable et d’une grande efficacité. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de plusieurs souks, dont l’un mène directement à la place Jemaa el-Fna. Pour les excursions, la prise en charge s’effectue à seulement 200 mètres, ce qui est très pratique. La chambre était équipée du nécessaire et propre. Le Rooftop un petit coin de paradis pour se restaurer et se reposer avec sa piscine. Dès notre arrivée, et sur les recommandations de nos hôtes, nous avons fait appel à Icham et à son collaborateur pour le transport. Tout s’est déroulé à merveille : chauffeur ponctuel, véhicule impeccable, aussi bien à l’aller qu’au retour. Sur place, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis au riad avec un thé, un plan de la ville et de précieux premiers conseils. Lorsque nous avons eu besoin de prendre le petit-déjeuner plus tôt que prévu, une solution nous a immédiatement été proposée. De même, pour nos achats, ils nous ont accompagnés chez l’un de leurs partenaires à proximité, ce qui nous a permis d’acheter en toute confiance et aux meilleurs prix. En résumé, rien à redire : vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

La chambre est nettoyée quotidiennement, la literie parfaite après un journée de transit ou de visites et la douche immense … L’accueil de Julien et Olivier a vraiment fait du bien ! Le petit déjeuner était complet et avec des produits frais : même en période de ramadan, Julien n’a pas hésité à nous régaler ! Rooftop paisible et appréciable ! Nous recommandons vivement ce Riad !

La chambre est très confortable et la piscine un vrai plus pour se rafraîchir au calme à tout moment. Idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville à pied tout en restant à l'abri de l'agitation, rien à redire : nous ne pouvons que recommander !

Les hôtes Julien et Olivier sont aux petits soins, bienveillants, rassurants (nous étions deux femmes à voyager seules) et toujours disponibles. Leurs recommandations et leurs nombreuses petites attentions nous ont permis de passer un séjour unique. Le Riad, idéalement situé au cœur de la médina, est un havre de paix. Il est décoré avec goût, les chambres sont très propres, bien équipées et la literie d’un excellent confort. La terrasse est très agréable pour se reposer ainsi que le bassin pour se rafraîchir. • Ana María (6/5): - Bonito y limpio. Estuvimos cómodos y muy tranquilos. Lamentablemente malísima experiencia la mañana de nuestra salida hacia el aeropuerto. Acordamos un taxi muy temprano por la mañana acompañados de la encargada del riad, que nos atendió muy amablemente hasta entonces. Por la mañana , a la hora acordada, nadie apareció en la recepción aún llamando reiteradas veces al número de contacto. No sabíamos dónde nos esperaba el taxi, ya que no pueden acceder a la medina y no nos lo había dicho la noche anterior ya que ella "estaría con nosotros". Para no perder nuestro vuelo y sin respuesta alguna durante casi media hora de llamadas y espera tuvimos que caminar 20 minutos hasta donde poder coger un taxi. Después de todo, solo una disculpa y "ha debido ser un malentendido".

• Elisabeth (10/5): Beautiful riad topped off by perfect service - Very comfortable beds, quality linen, very clean not only in the rooms but throughout the Riad. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, a veritable oasis of comfort and peace. The food prepared with love and pride is outstanding.And to top all this off: managed by majordome extraordinaire Sakine, who’s outstanding service, professionalism, kindness and helpfulness made our stay perfect.

• Antonita (6/5): - 1.La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Sakin (alias Jocker). très professionnel, à l'écoute et très serviable sans oublier son humour. l'homme au multiple facettes. 2.La litérie: lit très confortable. 3. Petit déjeuner : j'ai bcp aimé leur pain et le "mille trous" préparé soigneusement par Sakin 1.l'insonorisation : on entendait tout, jusqu'à la jute de thé dans la tasse des gens! réveillé par le bruit et les discussions. 2.chambre petite et assez vieux (besoin d'être un peut rafraîchit).

• Keler (9/5): Overall we had a good experience and no big inconveniences. - Location close to Medina, because we wanted to experience the authentic vibe. Mr Sakine is a very good adminstrator of the facility who helped with a lot of information. As well we met the owner, who is also a kind person willing to provide best services for the guests. The room looked renovated, but the bathroom not that much, or they wanted to keep the old architecture.
