• Assel (10/5): Очень чисто, уютно, есть все необходимое: фен утюг стиральная машина посуда кофе снэки и даже молоко) вода горячая чисты - Есть все необходимое, тихо, чисто, много пространства Все понравилось. Мы были в октябре, чуть прохладные полы, так как не подключено еще отопление, нужно тапки брать с собой. Но возможно надо было попросить включить. Мы не стали просить так как еще не так холодно в целом.

• GETAN PUIG (10/5): Excepcional - És un apartament-casa molt acollidor, molt ben comunicat, en una zona tranquil·la on es descansa molt bé. La Carol i la Rosella són unes amfitriones excepcionals, ens hem trobat molt a gust I ens han ajudat amb tot el que hem necessitat. Evidentment, si tornem a Roma, repetirem. Tot perfecte.
• Berényi (10/5): - Everything was amaizing. The apartment was really clean, fully aquipted, large interiors. Wery close to the central. The is a busstop in 4 minutes walk, subway 10 minutes walk. Beautiful garden. Very comfy bed. Karol and Mateo were really sweet. Helped us with everything. We hope we can return soon! -
• Jousselin Chagrin de St Hilaire (9/5): Appart vraiment.sympa - Joli appartement, bien conçu et bien équipé. Donnant sur une.cour intérieur donc au calme avec un petit espace extérieur ce qui n'est pas désagréable. Carole est une femme très sympa et aux petit soins pour ses locataires , très réactive si besoin. La situation de l'appart n'est pas si mal . 13 min du métro, 4 min d'un bus qui vous mène aussi dans beaucoup d'endroit touristique et le.quartier n'est pas désagréable. Bref je recommande ! Pas de critique particulièrement .

• Gary (10/5): Amazing, perfect, beautifully decorated house in a fantastic location with excellent host. - We loved everything about this place and will stay here again when next in Rome. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. It's perfect. Its in a great location and close to the metro station. 4 stops from main train station. So easy to get around. We explored all of Rome and went back to our little piece of heaven. The area has so much to offer. Park, grocery shops, restaurants, bars, very authentic area with friendly locals,feels very safe, family friendly and we can't recommend this place enough. For families, couples and solo travellers. Its in is own secure courtyard in a residential, area and so quiet. The host has been excellent from the moment we booked to the moment we got home. The communication has been excellent throughout. The amenities are excellent, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. My partner was literally wanting to move in. We took our teenage granddaughter who was very happy with her room. It has plenty of storage, washing machine, fully functional kitchen with evrything you need and more. The host met us on arrival, explained everything clearly, showed us around, answering any questions we had. There was little treats that were complimentary and really thoughtful. The trrace is beautiful and has a table for at least 6 people. An airer that was spacious. Washed and dried clothes daily, Plants line the terrace and makes it feel sochilled. Loved spending time out here. Inside feels homely, spacious, good sized fridge freezer, toaste machine, coffee machine and lovely pods were complimentary along with so many other complimentary bits and bobs. Lots of lights, beautifully designed and the stairs are fab. This place is decorated to a high standard throughout. The bathroom is a lovely colour and the shower amazing. Both bedrooms have a tv, one in the frontroom too. Air con throughout which was very much needed. If you go to Rome, you will hit the jackpot if you stay here. Absolutely nothing. It is perfect as it is

• Mirosław (9/5): Hassle free, pleasant stay, super friendly host - Location, close to bus stop, also metro station not far comfortable equipped apartment, very good stable wifi, and above all host, Carolina always available, helpful, and Matteo who welcomed us. Host had very good idea to share with guest a few pages document which summaries communication options near by, shops, restaurants. We really liked that summary and used some suggestions for dinners nearby. Our favorite was/is restaurant “Big Friends”. Thank you Carolina Nothing

The location was quiet yet conveniently placed for exploring Rome. Caroline was incredibly accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, and her communication throughout was excellent. • Evgeniya (10/5): Perfect stay in Rome - The hosts were great and very responsive. Matteo was very welcoming. Carolina sent us a lot useful information. The apartment was great for a 3 days Rome trip. Very nice secure courtyard, lovely to sit with your morning coffee. The apartment is located just outside the old city walls, but close enough to walk to the city. With bus 628 you can go to the old city and enjoy the sightseeing. Close the the apartment you will find a grocery store. Thank you, Carolina and Matteo! We will be back:)

The house was very well equipped with everything you'd think about, extra towels, extra toilet rolls, they even placed snacks, little breakfast, watern drinks.... 😊😊 The house was very clean and Matteo was very sweet and helpful . The location is perfect very close to bus station 3min walk to 628 bus that takes you to all the touristic places. CAROLINA and MATTEO supplied us with all the maps and details about the area/ supermarket/ metro/.... I highly recommend this house that is in the city yet in a very quiet neighborhood... 😀😀

• Kristina (10/5): Best home we stayed in! - The owners met us at the property to give us the keys and show us the property. Between our stays in Rome, Florence, and Venice, this home was the best one! We were very comfortable and felt safe. The train station is about 15 minutes away and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.
• Janice (9/5): Lovely, clean and comfortable. Excellent value - Really lovely apartment in an apartment block. Has everything you need and more for a home from home with little extras provided by the host which was really nice. Very comfortable and great for group of friends or family. Very nice secure courtyard, lovely to sit with your morning coffee. If you’re ok walking it’s only 26 minutes walk to the coliseum where if you purchase a hop on hop off bus ticket you can get to every must see site in Rome. The square toilet lol, If you’re not very mobile or have a pushchair it’s good to be aware there is a small flight of steps down to the apartment.

• Vaida (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was great for a 4days Rome trip. It is located just outside the old city walls, but close enough to walk to the city. Close the the apartment you will find a grocery store and bigger shopping centers within a walking distance. Apartment itself is perfect for 4 adult or a family with 2 kids. Highly recommend.
• Emmanouil (9/5): Spacey apartment with great hosts - The hosts were great and very responsive. The apartment was spacey, had a great fully functional kitchen with a lot of ammendities. The place was near the metro station so we had easy access to the places we wanted to visit. A very nice place for a group of friends or family. The pillows were a bit sub par.

• Dusanka (9/5): Charming apartment - Spacious apartment, everything you need for your stay. The outdoor space is a real gem, we spent most of the time outside. Not too far from the public transport and really nice restaurants nearby. Matteo was very welcoming and promptly responded to everything we needed. The second bedroom is semi separated, which was fine for us, but something to be aware of if you need more privacy.
