Guest Reviews
- Rebecca (6/5): - Parking was excellent. Staff were friendly. Room facilities were very minimal. There wasn’t any crockery or utensils available in the room to use for your eating your own food. There wasn’t any tea towels or dishwashing liquid for even cleaning the teacups and teaspoons that are provided to use. There were no hand towels or face washers in the bathroom. The bed was rock hard. The shower curtain made showering difficult, however, shower pressure very good and bathroom was a decent size and clean. Not enough toilet paper was provided, we had to buy our own as the room is only serviced on request.
- Dolores (10/5): - Good
- John (10/5): - Great
- Jeremy (6/5): - Constant cigarette smell. Irish junkie homeless person threatening for not giving him a cigarette even after telling him I don't smoke while collecting my laundry.
- Luke (8/5): - Take down the perspex.
Treat the customer like a customer.
I've had a couple of 'overcharged transaction's solely because the person behind the counter cannot understand English.
Or cannot formulate a flowing sentence.
It's a regression in culture. 'But in my country' so on and so forth.
Being penalized by fools in every aspect of life is becoming lackadaisical.
Especially when you're paying resort prices in the slums.
- Nigel (10/5): - .
- Anthony (8/5): - Yeah
- Langton (8/5): - Great property, good rates and very close to everything one would need
- Maya (6/5): - For the price it wasn’t that good, water instead of milk, I have stayed anthor time where we stayed 5 nights and it didnt once get cleaned, laundry closes, the bar/shop is extremely over priced, staff are quite but nice, rooms are clean, I just think for the price there should be more!
it’s a cheap alternative which is good!
- Mucheki (8/5): - Enjoyed it
- Elizabeth (8/5): - This property initially didn't inspire me too much. I thought it would be noisy and maybe not the best choice but I was surprised. They have a swiming pool and seating area, although they are on the main road it is surprisingly quiet in the later evenings. The room I had was recently renovated, also very quiet between the rooms which is a plus, lots of parking available. The only thing for me, and totally a personal opinion is that the bed was extremely hard. It appeared to be pretty new as well but not the most comfortable although I did sleep fairly well
- Johnson (10/5): - .
- Bernadine (8/5): - Lovely clean room and quick check in .
- Susanne (8/5): - Had a lovely stay, room clean, no restaurant as advertised, microwave oven would have been helpful due to no food

- Ms Thanh Thanh (10/5): - Happu
- Debbie (10/5): - Arrived after driving 500kms into Perth spent the next 2 hours driving from hotel to motel looking for a room and this was the last place with one available. So glad!
Room was clean. Bed a bit saggy, but otherwise warm and cosier than sleeping in my car. Check-in was quick Receptionist was very nice and helpful after finding no towels in my room. Will stay here again.
- Jane (8/5): - The room was aa little empty, and could use a proper table or something to put luggage on. But otherwise the sheets were clean, the bedding was very comfy. The bathroom was clean. They supply the usual soap, shampoo and conditioner. For the price I was happy with it.
- Natalie (8/5): - Clean great service great prices
- david (8/5): - Nice rooms close to city plenty of car parks
- Craig (8/5): - Get what you pay for
- Craig (10/5): -
could hear some dragigng chairs on floor above - if staying ground floor - and that bothers you
- Ms Thanh Thanh (10/5): - Happy
- Jordan (10/5): - Very comfortable bed
- catherine (10/5): - The Motel could do with a lick of paint but it was clean and the beds were so comfy, the showers were great, you have the chance your clothes, for the money we would definitely stay here again.
- Robert (6/5): - More Functional than a basic Hotel, will stay again in future
- ALEN-IGOR (10/5): - From booking to checkout, everything was smoother than a Hilton hotel pillow. Communication? Prompt and friendly. The room? Massive. I could’ve done cartwheels (I didn’t but I could’ve). Comfy bed, spotless and exactly what I needed for a couple of solid nights of peace. Bonus points for loads of parking and a security guard keeping watch overnight like a hospitality ninja. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I recommend it? Already have, my travel group chat knows all about it! Thank you to the team!
- Ms Thanh Thanh (10/5): - Happy
- Trevor (10/5): - No enough parking
- Mathilde (10/5): Great stay - Spacious rooms, friendly staff at the reception
- cherri (10/5): - After a difficult late flight from Sydney, the cup of tea and comfy bed were wonderful. I would have loved to have a bigger teacup- maybe a mug!!
But it was a great rest thank you
- Darren (10/5): - Comfortable, quiet and easy accommodation
- Ms Thanh Thanh (10/5): - Happy
- Brian (8/5): - Comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful.
- Ms Thanh Thanh (10/5): - Very happy
- Jennifer (4/5): - I recently stayed at this property however I didnt realise how noisy the traffic would be and the lacking in cooking facilities.
For the price per night and the lacking of a basic microwave, a toaster even standard cuterly, it was no where near worth the price paid. If you can shop around, I would highly recommend shopping around.
- Luke (10/5): - As a customer I'm quite happy.
Bar that one person in reception. I'm not spending her money. Intolerable human.
- Luke (10/5): - All the staff are generally polite and helpful.
Bar one person who is difficult. Painful. Excruciatingly ignorant.
- Sion (10/5): - Check in was wonderful great staff food was very good room very clean beautiful bed good wifi and balcony aircon nice quite washing machines dryers good
- Heath (10/5): - .
- Brian (8/5): - Very economic for what I was after. Would have preferred a ground floor room. Perhaps this should be offered when booking.
- Jill (6/5): - Good basic accomodation. Lovely staff
- Christine (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay, I was greeted with great respect, the room was very clean and well maintained. Everything I needed was provided.
It was easy to find and I felt very safe.
- Sion (10/5): - Staff are wonderful room tidy bed abd shower realy good exelant
- Leonard (10/5): - Staff good room not so , but not staff problem owner needs to spend some money & upgrade
- Mark (8/5): - Just nice place to stay
- Michelle (4/5): Disappointing Stay – Needs Major Improvement - I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. Even for an older building, there’s a lot that needs attention. The bed had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes, which made it really unpleasant to sleep in. The overall condition of the place is aged and in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint.
Cleanliness was another issue—high-touch areas like doors, around handles, and taps clearly needed extra cleaning. It felt like the basics weren’t being kept up with. To top it off, the faded fake flowers scattered around gave the place a dreary, almost cemetery-like feel.
I expected some charm from an older property, but instead, it just felt neglected. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless serious improvements are made.
- Leonard (8/5): - Handy to airport, rooms clean and spacious, aircon very efficient.
- Elias (8/5): - The staff there are excellent, nice and polite that are able to provide a comfortable environment.
- michael (4/5): - Didn't like the smell off cigarettes and slippery shower floor tiles
And no shower mat
- Leanne (10/5): - We have stayed here a few times now when we have a late or early flight. The staff are lovely and the beds are comfortable
- Peter (10/5): - The room was large clean and nice service
- simon (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay
- Heather (8/5): - Good for the price.
- Colin (10/5): - I prefer the ground floor but choose to stay at Econolodge when in Perth .
- Juana (10/5): - All good
- Nicholas (10/5): - Great property close to the casino, affordable, friendly staff, rooms are clean
- Leonard (6/5): - It's an alright place to stay between places while traveling but wouldn't stay for more than a couple of nights, not a place we would base ourself from for to long while on holiday. Had one of those wall aircon units in our room and over half the fan bits on it were missing there was just a big falling hole where they were ment to be
- ANTON (10/5): - Great service nice and clean quiet.
- Kasia (6/5): - The room stunk of cigarette smoke we had to have the back and front door open, the towels had a smell to them, no hand towel provided. There is no wifi, they have the password but there is no wifi. The upside, the bed was comfortable but there again was a smell to the bedding. I’ve stayed at places cheaper and more nicer.
- Brett (8/5): - I
- Murray (8/5): - It had been renovated new tiles in the bathroom. They had toothbrush and toothpaste. The shower had liquid soap and shampoo. The restaurant wasn't open but it was a Tuesday night. I don't have a complaint
- Cassandra (2/5): - Very bad beds
- Luke (6/5): - Smoking 🚬 has been banned for almost 50 years. 1972 cigarette commercials were banned on radio and TV
Again subservient to cigarette toxin.
- Kule (6/5): - I was really disappointed and My bedsit was not changed 6days. I was using the same Bedsits for 6 day.
- Luke (10/5): - One employee can barely speak english. You're at the point of being subservient to - what?
When I could've stayed at the Hilton Ritz
- Susan (6/5): - Very presentable but needs a lift for elderly/disabled people
to tote luggage to upper level rooms.
- Sandor (8/5): - More Blankets or Doonas.
The towels were old and smelled.
- Christine (4/5): - The hotel felt pretty seedy and grubby on arrival. Entering the room felt pretty much the same. Very old and dated interior, shower with shower curtain not pleasant. No airport transfers included. Couldn't get any food when we arrived at night. Nowhere to put suitcases, couldn't access the balcony.
- Ellah (10/5): - Best
- Darin (4/5): - I liked the comfortable bad

- Anntonia (6/5): - Room was too dark could not open the curtains.

- Mark (8/5): - Clean quiet friendly
