We paid for it and didn’t eat it, the pictures show eggs and croissants but we were given curry. Additionally we booked two rooms same price next door to each other but one was massive compared to the other and we felt one half of our party had a huge difference in quality of stay.

- Pinar (9/5): Great location, very clean rooms and friendly stuff - The location was excellent, right in the heart of Shinjuku. But it was on a peaceful street so we didn’t hear any noise. The staff was friendly and willing to help. Like most of the Tokyo hotels, the room was small but very clean. Both the bed and pillows was very comfortable. Also the room had a direct USB-C charging port, so we didn’t need to worry about bringing a plug adapter.

O quarto é pequeno mas funcional. Chuveiro bom. Funcionários atenciosos, check in rápido, nos auxiliaram com o serviço de despachar bagagem e guardaram as malas sem custos no dia que saímos por algumas horas. Boa localização, pequena caminhada até a estação de Shinjuku, e da para ir a vários outros pontos a pé. Tem um 7 Eleven próximo. Gostamos muito da estadia O preço, mas reservamos na alta temporada.

- Sonia (10/5): Brilliant location polite and helpful staff but cramped rooms, perfect for a young couple or singles - Location was superb, it’s a central location if you want to travel to any side of Tokyo with the metro trains. Very close to the Nishi Shinjuku entry. 2-3 min walk to shopping malls and the kabukicho streets, hotel Gracery where the Godzilla head is on the hotel. Few restaurants in the lane of the hotel, family mart and 6 eleven at close proximity. It’s quiet. There is a park just across. The rooms are too small. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and had 2 beds in the room. There was literally no extra space, if one had to cross from one side to the other they would have to ensure rest are sitting on the bed. For the price per night having a cramped room was disappointing. You could only have 1 suitcase open at a time and had no closet or extra space to keep anything outside.

- Michael (9/5): unerwartet positiv - Wir waren schon öfter in Shinjuku, erstmals in diesem Hotel - und es war eine gute Entscheidung: ein verhältnismäßig großes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht und mehr als man in der Preisklasse erwarten kann. Prima Lage zum Bahnhof, Einkauf, Restaurants und Park. Ruhig gelegen (wir haben bei offenem Fenster geschlafen) ! Ist fürs nächste Mal vorgemerkt nix :)

- Xin Ling (5/5): Overall not up to expectations.. - Location was great and loads of shops around Toilet was not up to expectations; flush had sewage smell, shower drainage wasn’t working properly water took forever to go down; bed wasn’t cleaned properly got a stash of hair on it. What was great is that staffs were attentive and could solve problems quick.

- Dusan (6/5): Super lokacija u jako maloj sobi gde prozor ne može da se otvori :( - Pozicija hotela, čistoća, obilan doručak 7 dana sam bio u hotelu i dali su mu sobu gde prozor nije moguće otvoriti.. prosto mi nije verovatno da osobi koja je 7 dana daju takvu sobu, na doručku sam saznao od ostalih gostiju da njihov prozor se može otvoriti u sobi

- Tatiana (9/5): Ótima opção em Shinjuku - Adorei o hotel! O quarto é pequeno mesmo, como é padrão em Tokyo e conforme as fotos mostram, mas - como estava sozinha - funcionou bem. Consegui colocar minha mala grande no banquinho e qdo precisava abrir a pequena apoiava em cima da cama. O quarto tem cofre e frigobar (vazio), além de roupão e chinelos. A cama é bem confortável e o ar-condicionado funcionava bem, mas usei pouco pq as noites estavam com temperatura mais amena. Também tem chaleira e kit para fazer café e chá. Gostei que deixam no quarto também cabos para carregar o celular. O banheiro tem o vaso sanitário icônico japonês com assento que esquenta e jatinhos para higiene, banheira e secador de cabelos, além de shampoo, condicionador, sabonete e kit para escovar os dentes. Em alguns andares possuem máquinas q vendem bebidas com e sem álcool. Ah! Tem máquina de lavar para quem precisa também, mas não testei. Na hora de ir embora precisei deixar as malas por algumas horas na recepção e guardaram sem problemas. Eles foram muito atenciosos sempre. Só não falam inglês muito bem, mas fazem o possível para ajudar. Vale dizer ainda que o hotel é super bem localizado, perto de metrô, diversos restaurantes e lojas como Uniqlo, Donki e Onitsuka Tiger. Fica em uma área tranquila, mas a uma curta caminhada do burburinho de Shinjuku. Ficarei novamente lá sem dúvida se voltar a Tokyo.
- Franadrian (9/5): - Incredible value for money in Shinjuku. The hotel is on the westside of the train station which is the business office side, more quiet and with a lot less people. However, it is only 5 min walk to the east side of the station, where the action is. Also a 5 min walk to Omoide Yokocho. Some people is afraid of Shinjuku Station but it is actually great. No complains

- Melanie (9/5): Had a very good 4 night stay! - It was a small room but big enough for us couple as we were out all day. It is as described in the photos. It was clean and safe as you needed the card to get to your specific floor. The staff are very friendly and speaks English well. The big plus is that the hotel allows guests to leave their luggage at the reception area after checkout which gave us one more day in the city without the burden. It made a lot of difference to our experience. Ichiran Ramen, 7-eleven is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The closest station is Shinjuku-Nishiguchi which is about 3 minutes walk to the entrance (can be some more walking underground depending on your destination and platform). We will definitely stay again next time we need a place at Shinjuku.

- Zoe (7/5): good location to shinjuku station - Location is great, 5 min walk to shinjuku station. Moderately clean. Good air conditioner. Plenty of power outlets to plug your cords into. plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around. Had laundry room and microwave. The room was small ish but probably standard for japanese hotels. If you are travelling with 2 med-large checked luggage it will be a struggle to open them comfortably in this room. We had one underneath the desk and one on the bench seat, it was squishy. The elevator (apparently will receive maintenance) but makes loud alarm sounds when the doors shut, not a major issue. however, it always stopped on the lobby floor even when not requested.

- Hélène (7/5): - Emplacement bien, plutôt calme pour shinjuku, beaucoup de restaurants variés autour. Notre chambre était situé à coté de la laverie, c'était pratique mais un peu bruyant. Impression d'hotel ayant bien vécu, moquette vieillissante et qui sent un peu fort. Sanitaires vétustes. J'ai eu l'impression d'entrer dans une cabine de ferry. La clim se déclenche n'importe quand, et on ne peut pas la couper. Literie peu confortable. A refaire j'irais dans un autre quartier, la gare de Shinjuku ( en travaux) est un cauchemar pour se repérer et circuler, le quartier est relativement cher au niveau hébergement.
- danielle (9/5): Perfect location, nice amenities, helpful front desk. - In a very quiet tucked away portion of Shinjuku. We thought it was perfect to escape all the craziness. There is a really good coffee shop around the corner called CoffeeSwamp. The shower was amazing and room was small but we made it work. Not a lot of space to unpack. Have to get creative with where you lay your suitcase.
