We enjoyed waking up early with a cup of coffee and watching the hot tub balloons takeoff. Every morning before starting our day, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast served.

Mustafa Bey ve Burçin Hanim'in güler yüzlülügü, ilgisi ve hos sohbeti sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. 😊 Tüm tur önerilerimizi, gezilerimizi ve ihtiyaçlarimizi büyük bir özenle ayarlayip her konuda bize yardimci oldular. Otel sahibi de ayni sekilde son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve misafirperver biriydi. Otelin manzarasi muhtesemdi, Kapadokya'nin büyüleyici atmosferini en güzel şekilde yansitiyor. Kahvaltisi ise gergekten çok lezzetliydi, her sabah güne harika bir baglangiç yaptik. Kisacasi hem rahatlik hem de sicak bir ortam arayanlar için Rox Cappadocia'yi kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. • Selime (8/5): Wir sind im ganzen zufrieden - Die Lage ist einfach top, mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Besonders toll fanden wir den Ballonstart am frühen Morgen – ein echtes Highlight! Das türkische Frühstück war super lecker und , vielfältig und geschmacklich klasse. Ein grosses Dankeschön an das Team: alle waren mega freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Sogar ein Kinderbett wurde uns sofort organisiert, obwohl wir erst am gleichen Tag gebucht haben – richtig toller Service! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Ein paar Dinge waren für uns nicht ganz ideal: Das Zimmer ohne Fenster war mit Kind etwas schwierig, und ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre sehr praktisch gewesen. Ausserdem sind immer wieder kleine Steine vom Felsen heruntergefallen – das gehört zwar zur Natur, kann aber im Bett etwas störend sein. Wir haben diese Punkte mit dem Personal besprochen, und sie haben uns alles freundlich erklärt und gute Lösungen angeboten (z. B. durften wir unsere Sachen im Kühlschrank des Hotels deponieren). Vielen Dank dafür – wir sind sicher, dass in Zukunft noch mehr darauf geachtet wird.

• 2patc (10/5): Rox Cappadocia - A perfect little hotel in Uchisar to explore Cappadocia - We LOVED this little diamond of a hotel (at the base of Uchisar Castle), which we stayed at in early September. Don't be fooled by any first impressions of this apparently unassuming, little spot with only 8 suites. Surrounded by flashy neighbours, ROX really rocked !! It is a perfect base for exploring Cappadocia. Unique individual suites. We got to experience #6 and #3. We loved both - each had their own individual charm. Arda, the owner, was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Husband & wife team Mustafa and Burcin, looking after daily guest needs, were AMAZING. Breakfast was AMAZING. Burcin's daily home baked breads and sweetcakes were AMAZING, as well as the homemade jams and honey. Laundry was taken care of at a very reasonable rate. A local private tour was arranged when our booked tour was cancelledĺt minute by the tour company. Cold beer was in plentiful supply. Watching the sunrise balloon flight from the rooftop terrace was just magic (having flown the day before). We were a little unsure when we first arrived as to whether we had made a good choice. We quickly realised we had found a complete gem. This hotel was pretty much perfect. Thank you Arda, Mustafa and Burcin. If you want a unique, genuine, and personal care experience, this is the place to go to in Cappadocia. We thoroughly recommend and give it 5 🌟.

Rooms were super clean & also and baby crib was ready for our 19 month old. Mustafa helped us booked ATV RIDE & recommend local place to eat, which had great food. Thanks to Mustafa & his team, we loved it & highly recommend this place!

Convinient parking lot as well and best breakfast ever, with an amazing service and friendly staff. I had a problem with my rented car and I was very lucky to have Mustafa calling the agency for me and explaining the issue in Turkish. He really saved my day and my vacation and he really didn’t have to. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is unreal at the bottom of the Castle at the top of the hill. The views to watch the balloons in the morning was great. The staff were all so friendly and helpful which made our stay so easy. Our room was large and we had the best shower that we have experienced in Turkey. Would be recommending! Room was quite warm in the summer. Would be nice to have a pedestal fan or something similar
• Road550592 (10/5): Casual Luxury, Old World Charm - Beautiful boutique hotel, just 8 rooms. We so enjoyed our stay here. Our room, #7, the Cave Room was beautiful, with old world charm, yet modern with a big bathroom and shower. The shower is fantastic and the bath products luscious. Bidet's, built into the toilet, are always appreciated. Nice big towels, hairdryer. The bed was comfortable, pillows as well. And the duvet was really nice. There's a kettle, thermos of water, cups, instant coffee, sparkling water....however, be aware that there's no Aircon, but we were fine with just the fan. It's a great location and on their upper terrace you can watch the sunset, sunrise and the hot air balloons. Or, just lounge. And it's right next to Uchisar Castle. The hotel is beautifully decorated, each room different and unique, the attention to detail evident everywhere you look. Arda, the owner, and the staff are terrific, service is excellent, everyone very attentive. The breakfast, which comes with your room booking, unbelievable. A typical Turkish breakfast, next level, like everything about this Hotel. Cheeses, breads, nuts, olives, so many different spreads from savory to sweet, homemade jams...... It's definitely one of the most unique places we've ever stayed. And very romantic. I highly recommend it.

The hotel itself had all the amenities I needed for my short stay, making everything convenient and comfortable. Its location is perfect, situated at the foot of the stunning Uchisar Castle and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Each morning, I enjoyed a beautiful Turkish breakfast that was included with my stay, which was both delicious and authentic. The hotel staff were also very helpful in arranging any activities I wanted to do around the region. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore the area while enjoying top-notch service and comfort! Mustafa as a host is a stand out nothing is too big or small for him to organise for you Nothing
• Chelsea (10/5): Exceptional - Not a single complaint about this stay. We were upgraded to a beautiful cave room with a large bath. It was clean and very comfortable. The location is phenomenal, right below the castle and with a perfect view over the valley. The hotel is small and hardly anyone was staying so we often had the entire terrace to ourselves, which is rare for summer in Cappadocia. Gorgeous decor and very photo friendly. Then staff were all so helpful and kind and the breakfast was the best we had in Turkey. Truly, as far as accommodation goes, this is a still hidden gem.

• yildizlilly (2/5): Definitely a no in the summer, Claustrophobic, no air circulation and no air-conditioning no windowsno air circulation - We decided to check out of Rox Capadokya due to the unbearable conditions and lack of proper sleeping arrangements and the airless rooms with no air conditioning or windows. My 14 year-old and 11 year-old daughters were expected to sleep on a small couch called a double bed LOL The room had no air circulation due to no windows there was no air-conditioning Has been a cave room it was extremely claustrophobic, especially with no air circulation. We checked in we notified the staff that the room was not adequate to us and asked if we can change the room and he said the hotel had no availability and he may help tomorrow morning Expecting my children to sleep on single couch on a full price paid room which was very unfair. The manager Furkan refused to refund our money. He insisted that our travel agent should have known that the hotel does not have air-conditioning because it’s stated on their website. However, upon checking, there was no such information available. This was after a long period of arguing and without providing any satisfactory solutions initially. Our experience was terrible, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Images and videos of the room will be attached as evidence of our complaint.

The only thing to keep in mind is during summers the cave room gets hot and they should arrange a small fan to make it comfortable. We had given this feedback and they have well accepted

The breakfast is really good and freshly made for small group sizes. The cleanliness can be improved. While it's dusty due location, also an endeavour is made to give the property a rustic vibe. However, we felt a lot of places felt a little dirty, stuffy and generally not so clean.

• Falah (9/5): A small but beautiful, quiet and warm hotel in Uchisar - Oh my, where to start.... We had the best breakfast here in our entire 2-week trip. We seriously looked forward to breakfast everyday! The hotel is located in Uchisar, the quieter little town of Cappadocia, which we really liked because we got tired of Goreme. We drove here and got a little confused on how to reach the hotel; we got as far as Uchisar castle before we soon realized that the hotel is located very close to the castle. There is a public parking space just in front of the hotel, shared with some other hotels around the area. Our room has two windows overlooking the valley and Goreme city, which is very pretty at night and extra pretty during sunrise what with the hot air balloons and the mountain view! The room is sufficiently warm, and the bathroom floor is heated, which we really appreciate (we stayed in other hotels with no such facility that made us realize that it is important to feel warm during winter haha). Rox has a terrace with amazing views especially during sunrise; we love to sip hot turkish tea while enjoying the view every morning. I think among all, the best features of this hotel are the staffs and the breakfast. The owner is super friendly and gave us a few recommendations for our next destination, Gaziantep and Sanliurfa. We will definitely stay here again if we have chance to go back :) Not much. The hotel is much smaller than the other 2 hotels we have stayed in Goreme, but this doesn't bother us.

• Maja (8/5): Cool hotel with a fantastic location! - A cool cave-like hotel overlooking the valley and with a perfect view of the sunset and the hot air balloons. The room was beautifully decorated and the staff very friendly and eager to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was sublime! The staff spoke very limited English, which made it very hard to communicate with them in all matters. This led to a misunderstanding of a hot air balloon booking, and we ended up buying the tour online - at a higher rate - as we wanted a guaranteed spot. Also, the room smelled of sewer and was quite dense at most times. We loved the location though, and the layout of the hotel, so we would most likely come back.
