Tanja (6/5): Für 2 Nächte war es okay, aber für die Unterkunft zu teuer - Das Personal Die Zimmer sind sehr laut, die Flure veraltet und dreckig. Es gab nur eine Bettdecke.
a+m GmbH (7/5): Alles in allem ein nettes Hotel - eher im Jugendherbergsstyle - aber für einen Städtetrip super - Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden und wurden mit kostenfreien Getränken versorgt. Super war auch, dass immer Wasser zur Verfügung stand - auf den Zimmern und im Foyer. Wir haben uns auch sehr über den kleinen Gruß (Popcorn und persönliche Karte) im Zimmer gefreut. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und reichhaltig. Leider gab es kaum richtiges Brot (außer Toast), bzw. es war schnell vergriffen und das neue Brot musste erst lange aufgetaut werden. Das war schade. Toll, dass es Freitzeitaktivitäten (Gym, Tischtennis) zur freien Nutzung gab. Bessere Brotversorgung beim Frühstück und der Kaffee aus der großen Maschine war nicht richtig heiß.

Michel (9/5): Excellent hotel with great staff, restaurants, supermarkets and public transport nearby - The Social Hub seems to have different types of accomodation, so I can only talk about my one. I loved it! The room was spacious, the breakfast was delicious and varied and the staff was world-class. Really, it's hard to overstate how polite and mindful the staff was! The location is excellent for a variety of reasons. The hotel sits barely a block away from the Holland Spoor (HS) station and several tram stops. The plaza between the hotel and the HS Station has varied restaurants, from burgers to a posh Arab one, and the hotel street itself has a delicious ice cream and coffee shop. It's also near an Albert Heijn and a Jumbo supermarkets, in case you need them, and the street that flows from the HS plaza has several restaurants. I found the insulation a bit too hot, to the point I had to open my room window. It's also a bit inconvenient having to go through a lot of doors and corridors to navigate between the hotel's facilities such as reception, breakfast, laundtry, rooms, etc.

Anne-Ly (8/5): Practical and Convenient Stay - A reasonably priced and good-quality place to stay, especially if you don’t plan to spend much time at the hotel and only need accommodation for a short trip. The room was quite simple and not particularly cozy, but it had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It was also a nice touch that they left water and popcorn in the room as a snack. The location is very convenient as well, with a train station nearby that offers direct connections to places like the airport.

Samuel (8/5): A friendly and budget-friendly option for staying in Den Haag - The hotel is a very short (~3-4min) walk from Den Haag HS train station. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The Social Hub itself had lots of facilities (such as a laundry room) that I did not use, but that would probably be useful for longer stays. The staff were amazing, extremely friendly and very helpful. I would certainly recommend this as a more budget-friendly option for staying in South Holland. Everything was perfectly acceptable. The rooms and facilities are a bit basic and little outdated, but very reasonable for the price.

Our room was next to the G/F entrance. Quite noisy at night when people got in and out of the building, using the till at the entrance. Toilet is designed for disabled, hence no bath tub nor curtain to divide the shower area and the toilet, making the floor quite wet after shower. Probably not all rooms are like this.
Matthias (7/5): Für einen City Trip passend - Zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal, welches einen early checkin ermöglichte. Lage der Zimmer in den Innenhof, welcher sehr gut besucht ist. Es ist dadurch immer Bewegung (auch nachts) und vor allem ist ein permanenter Rauchgeruch wahrnehmbar- Fenster öffnen nur begrenzt möglich.

The room was big and clean and the hotel had nice spaces for eating, working and relaxing One thing that was annoying, was the sink in the room which was really, making it har to use. Also the location is not in the nicest area of the Hague but it’s quite well connected to the city center.

Shutterbug In Norway (6/5): A centrally located place, but with limited comfort and a lack of cleanliness and maintenance. - Central location, about a 7–8 minute walk from The Hague HS train station. Very convenient area with shops and restaurants nearby. The room was not properly cleaned and looked quite old, with no modern equipment. I have stayed at this hotel several times before, but this time I didn’t notice any improvements. There was dust in many areas. Charging points were limited, and the WiFi was unstable. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly and had dust.

Wir wurden sogar abends angerufen, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist oder es uns noch an irgend etwas fehlt. Allerdings wären wir ohne Englischkenntnisse aufgeschmissen gewesen, da das Personal nur Englisch spricht. Das Hotel ist in direkter Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Gut für die sehr gute Bahnanbindung, mir der man ganz unkompliziert zu den Sightseeing Orten gelangt, aber nicht schön bezüglich Sauberkeit und Kliente. Da wir morgens nicht frühstücken können wir zum Frühstück nichts sagen. Am Abend waren wir jedoch im Hotelrestaurant. Es war sehr lecker und man kann es gut empfehlen. Das Personal spricht kein Deutsch

We did arrive late, and the gate was closed, we followed the instructions but the bell didn't connect to the porter, luckily another guest arrived and let us in. Shower was good, but it was slow to drain.
