• Les (6/5): Great spot but a little more care around being a hotel would be great. - Location was great, pool was ok as well. It felt like an AirBNB. Water wasn’t replenished wasn’t replenished, there was no room cleaning and no towel replenished. With two young children the bathroom and towels hit a workout.

• Thomma (9/5): Werde gerne wieder Buchen - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war angemessen groß und sauber. Für den Preis kann man keine Luxus Villa erwarten. Bei Fragen oder Problemen kann man sich an die Rezeption wenden. Die einem sehr gerne weiter hilft. Die Lage an sich ist sehr gut. Wenn man dem Trubel der Stadt entfliehen möchte. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Restaurants, Kleiner Super Markt ( 7 Eleven ) usw usw. Alles in allem Betrachtet. Gut bis sehr gut. Ein absolutes Plus ist der große Pool. Leider kein Wasserkocher und Glas oder Tasse auf dem Zimmer. Man kann sich mit dem Glas aus dem Bad behelfen. Es gibt keinen Duschvorhang. Dadurch wird nahe zu der ganzen Boden beim duschen Nass.

• Jo (8/5): - Sehr zentral gelegen. Sauber aber in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist kein Backpackerhostel sondern ein Backpackerhotel. Es ist alles sehr angenehm dort. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend obwohl es so zentral ist.
• Anja (8/5): Super Lage und Pool - Der Pool war für die Hitze perfekt, um sich immer mal schnell abzukühlen, gerade mit Kindern. Auch die Lage war super und vieles Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Frühstück war okay, aber irgendwann haben wir außerhalb gegessen. Auch konnten wir das Hotel im Vorfeld weder über booking, E-Mail noch Anruf erreichen, da wir gern etwas eher eingecheckt wären und das abklären wollten.

Perfekt poolområde Venlig personale Fine værelser men simple Hvis endelig skal nævnes så savnes der stige opgang i pool på modsatte side og lidt klipning af det grønne ved pool

• Demelza (1/5): - Piscina y la ubicación. En el sexto piso, la cama se movía y no estoy loca, la puerta de entrada a la habitación estaba rajada y daba sensación de inseguridad, pequeña e incómoda. Me cambiaron a la planta 2, la habitación mejor pero con bichitos que me picaron en el rostro, ruidoso, una persona que estaba muy bebida trató de entrar en mi habitación, a menudo se equivocaban y me asustaban tratando de entrar en mi habitación porque se confundían. La gente que limpia hace un ruido terrible desde las 8 de la mañana. Un desastre de hotel.

• Werner (1/5): einfach schlecht. Wir haben das Lagoon verlassen und anderweitig neu gebucht - nichts. (außer dem Pool) das Zimmer - einfacher geht es nicht. Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und 22" TV. Kein Schrank ect. Bad - Toilette, Spiegel offene Dusche - das war es. Nicht zu empfehlen.

• Charles (6/5): - Très bien situé On était au 6e étage près du local du personnel, c'était très bruyant. La chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos. Personne n'est passé faire la chambre ou remettre de l'eau.. On a du demander du papier toilette à la réception 2 fois.

• William and Sonja (8/5): Mango lagoon 2026 - There is a ferry pier nearby, several reasonable places to eat and very cheerful street vendors. Ideally located if you want to go to Kohsan road. We did have a room on the sixth floor which meant it was quiet. It also had a swimming pool. The laundry service was to class, done the same day, ( you pay by weight). No coffee making facilities in the room despite paying for an " upgrade". Several emails requesting airport transfers went unanswered - this meant we paid over the odds to get to the hotel. Booking.com did mention that with the upgrade, transfers were available. The breakfasts had very little Thai style food and any food displayed. The biggest issue for us was the lack of public transport to the area.

• Pernille (10/5): - Beliggenheden personale pænt rent super fin pool billigt. Meget for få penge. Simpelt men gør intet Morgenmaden stod alt for længe uden at blive tildækket eller spist så ikke meget udskiftning så glad for vi valgte uden morgenmad. Men maden fra menu kortet var fint

• Sylvie (1/5): - Pas eu de chambre, il aurait fallu payer d'avance, chose pas prévue sur le site. On s'est retrouvés à 20h sans logement. Allez voir plus loin....nos amis sont arrivés le lendemain même chose, ils n'avaient pas payé en avance et ont eu leur chambre. Depuis 15 ans sur Booking.com c'est la première fois que ça nous arrive. Alors pardon mais je n'ai pas vraiment d'avis sur cet hôtel.

• corinne (5/5): Je retourne sur Bangkok mais pas dans cet hôtel - Hôtel bien situé, pas très loin du bateau pour le fleuve, du grand palais. Quartier animé mais soft les soirs. Les rues avoisinantes l effervescence 🤣🤣🤣 L accueil n était pas agréable, aucune explication, pas très souriant , la propreté limite.

• Christa (9/5): Gute Lage, schöner Blick, leckeres Frühstück - Tolle Lage in der Soi Rambutri, aber ruhig mit schönem Blick zum Fluss und aufs Kloster. Der Pool war schön und besonders eine Frau am Empfang ist unserem Wunsch nach einem anderen Zimmer gleich entgegengekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns gut gefallen, gute Auswahl. Es war relativ teuer, aber für uns okay. Am Empfang waren nicht alle gleich freundlich, aber uns hat es insgesamt gut gefallen!

Обслуживающий персонал был доброжелательный.. Приехали в 10 00 а.м. заселили около 15.00 р.м. Остальное все хорошо
• Katerina (1/5): Sehr schlecht - Nichts Alles, es war dreckig, die Tür ging nicht richtig zu, bis wir dem Personal Bescheid geben mussten, dass die Tür sich nicht mehr schließen lässt. Die Tür hätte man mit der bloßen Hand aufbrechen können. Die Handtücher waren dreckig und fleckig und mit fremden Haaren. Die Kopfteile von den Betten waren dreckig und abgenutzt.

• Jelena (1/5): They lied about changing dates. - Pool I tried to change the dates for one night less, the price doubled ?! For 4 nights it would be 114 EUR and for 3 nights would be 233 EUR. They are punishing you to pay double price for one night less. Does booking allow this?I asked how is this possible on booking contact property. They refused to answer. I asked nicely again and ask for replay. They ignored me. I sent an email directly to property. They didn’t answer. I tried both contact again and again because the time for charging my account was in 2 days. They ignored me. Sadly. I don’t want it to happen to you.
