- Kazuya (9/5): とても良い宿泊施設ですが、次はまた違うところも試します…。 - お部屋が広々としていて、とても気持ちが良かった。プールも家族4人で遊べる充分な広さがあり満足。 バトラーの方が困ったことを相談するとすぐに対応してくれて助かりました。その他のスタッフも皆さんとても親切でした。 チェックイン時、ドアの裏や椅子の下などに絆創膏やプラカップの蓋などが落ちていて、清掃が行き届いていない印象です。自然が豊かなので仕方ないかもしれないのですが、ベッドにたくさんの蟻が歩いていて、娘がそのベッドで寝ることを拒否してました。よく見ると洗面台やソファなど、あちこちに小さい蟻はたくさんいましたね。しょうがないかな。

- Penny (7/5): A nice villa but could do with a little upgrade of furniture and beds - The villa was spacious clean and bright, the pool was a bonus although a little cold, the staff were very friendly and helpful and attended to all our needs. We had problems with the plumbing and it was attended to immediately on reporting. The beds were very hard and feel mattresses needed replacing. The price for the pickleball was very expensive and thought it should be included in the price of the villa.

- Stephanie (9/5): Relaxing luxury family getaway - we’ll be back - Big beautiful resort - loved the pools and the greenery. Lovely villa, staff were great. Location super convenient and on a stunning beach. Food was tasty - good breakfast buffet. Loved seeing the peacocks every morning. Choice of food at lunch time a bit disappointing and limited, especially for my mum who doesn’t eat meat. Lots of strange noises at night made for a broken sleep if you don’t wear ear plugs - some strange generator type noise every few mins and what sounded like members of staff chattering outside quite loudly at 5am. Kids club staff were lovely but lots of broken / tired looking toys and the slide needs a good greasing! A bit of investment to give it all a refresh is needed.

- Shigehiko (4/5): - お風呂の給湯が、ぬるま湯で、プールの水温とあまり変わりません。ハンドシャワー使用時、天井からの漏れてくる水が頭に当たり、不快でした。自転車を借りれるとの説明があったが実際にお願いすると、故障で借りれないとの事でした。韓国製テレビのリモコンが２つあり、説明書もないため、ホテルのスタッフを呼ばないと分からず不便でした。また、朝食ビュッフェは、フラマリゾートホテルに比べて、種類は少なく、味も劣りました。ただ唯一フォーなどは、美味しかった。プライベートプールは、9月下旬だったせいか、冷たくて入れず、暖かいcentral poolを利用するしか無かった。ただ、キッチンがついていたので、スーパーで買ってきた食材で料理が出来たのはよかった。

- Hyunjin (8/5): 친구들과 다낭 3번째 숙소 - 친구들과 다낭 세번째 여행이였어요 ~ 풀빌라라 편하고 좋았어요 ~ 별을 많이 주지못한건 버기때문에 너무 짜증도 났고 화도 났었고 ㅎㅎ 소통이 안되었다고 생각이 들어서 칭찬을 많이 할수가 없네요~ 다음에도 갈 의향은 있지만 여행가서 버기때문에 기분나빠지고 싶지는 않아요~~ 독채라 좋긴했는데 3층 다락방은 커텐이 없어서 햇볕이 너무 많이 들어와서 덕분에 일찍 기상을 하긴했어요~~ 3층방은 화장실도 샤워실도 열어두어야해요 안그러면 그안이 후덥지근해져서요 ~~ 방 구조상 어쩔수 없는 거 같아요 이렇게 단점만 이야기했지만 그래도 편안하고 즐거운 여행 하구 왔습니다~~^^ 다음에 또 갈거 같아요~~ㅎ

- AlexUv (10/5): - Заселили в виллу большего размера. Удовлетворили запрос на ранний заезд. Приняли оплату наличными. Зеленая территория, как в джунглях. Тень, ветерок. Чистый большой бассейн. Удобная система кондиционирования - разделена на зоны в кухне госнинной. Можно включать в одной зоне находится в другой, при этом воздух охлаждается везде. Сотрудники отзывчивые - запрашивали середство от комаров - все доставляется на виллу в течении 10-15 минут. Готовы помочь с вызовом такси или разобраться с вызванным через граб - у нас было что водитель ждал нас не у ресепшена, молодой человек помог - позвонил водителю и объяснил куда приехать (умничка). Дворецкий тоже очень приветлив. Вкусный фо бо на завтрак. Европейские блюда присутствуют, фрукты и йогурты есть. Не голодали ) Уборка состоит из заправки кроватей, уборки мусора и складывании полотенец на место. Полотенца не менялись ни разу за 6 дней. Вилла была с 3 спальнями - брали чистые полотенца из других ванных комнат - в принципе мы решили проблему, но хотелось бы чтобы уборка была как минимум - подметали, как максимум влажной. Но это Вьетнам и мы в принципе были готовы к такому. Дом большой нам не мешало. Пляж грязноват, рядом впадает речка вода грязная. На пляже нет полотенец. Сходили один раз и больше не пошли. После того как искупались тело воняло то ли рыбой то ли плесенью (не поняла) - хотелось быстро помыться. Дальше купались только в бассейне.

The house was sparkling, well maintained , private pool daily cleaned , buggy arrived in time and the staff were very caring and hospitable. Nhung checked on us every day to ensure all our needs are looked after . Special tokens of care like welcome drink, cake on Mother’s Day , souvenir when we checkout , plenty of Indian breakfast options for my vegetarian family and special requests were all met exceeding expectations. Their manager rather that act on it was so utterly incompetent that tried to lie it way out to the level of producing fake legal justification. Unbelievable! Never got any type of apology from it. A manager with a serious grasp of what hospitaly and service mean would be recommended.

- Cheuk (9/5): Relaxing and enjoyable stay in the Villa - Spa was superb, and there are discount coupons available for spa and for afternoon tea in the villas. Transporting between villas and resort is easy, the buggy usually comes within 5mins. The free classes in the resort area were quite fun, hope to have more choices within the days. The private pool is clean and big enough, and the private beach is very enjoyable. The value for money of the breakfast is relatively low. More English speaking staff would be great. Drinking water is far too little compared to the size of the villa.

- Andrew (2/5): Poor sound insulation, and poor layout of property - Stay far away, this property is not good if you want rest. The villas have terrible sound insulation, and most villas are jammed in close to 3-4 other villas so the main problem was screaming kids starting to play in the villa pools very early in the morning. You can hear every scream and the parents don't control the children so its extremely loud and disturbing. Villa is also old and worn out. I do not recommend.

Jacuzzi was broken and everyday someone would spend 20 minutes trying to fix it, only managed to be fixed after 4 days and only 5 minutes job, manager compensated a half hearted gesture with 2 pizzas, 1 pasta and few cans of coke. Housekeeping terribly stingy with bath gel, had to dial for extra bath gels everyday ( it’s a villa for 9 and resort where you shower often after swim in the pool/sea) sometimes ,it feels like staff are hiding behind language barrier, but I somehow feel they understand you perfectly, also wanted to charge be 200,000 dong for a misplaced key, first time I have been to a 5 stars hotel wanting to charge so much for a key card ! Overall , lovely Villa and friendly staff.

- Chetana (8/5): 5 star villa with 3 star hospitality - The villas aren’t equipped with dish washers or microwave and they have some unwritten rule where they expect the guests to do their dishes. If you end up bringing back some local food back to the villa you will end up using the pots and pans to heat up on the heater and will have to clean them up. Also seemed like the house keeping staff need to be better trained in how to interact with the guests. Overall the villa is spacious and comfortable.

- chungman (4/5): 가족여행갔다가 도둑으로 몰리는 아찔한 추억을 선사하는 곳 - 퇴실 시 버기를 불렀더니 5 minutes. 10분이 넘어도 안오길래 전화했더니 짜증내며 5 minutes. 내가 민감한건가 생각하며 꾹 참고 체크아웃하는데 객실 유카타가 없어졌다고 도둑취급하는데 진심 살인충동이 느껴졌다. 사람 거지로아나. 그깟 천때기 필요하면 돈 주고 사면 그만이고, 실수로 내 짐에 섞였다면 모르겠는데 그 전날 하우스키핑이 수건들이랑 같이 치우는걸 봤다고해도 없어졌으니 물어내라니 일부러 엿먹이는건가 싶다. 아무튼 덕분에 베트남과 다낭, 특히 푸라마는 다시 오기싫은 곳으로 남게되었음.
- choon choo (10/5): 가족 또는 친구들과 함께 가는 여행으로 최고의 장소입니다. - 시설이 매우 깨끗하고, 잘 관리되어있습니다. 조경 또한 훌륭하고요, 룸과 수영장 상태도 매우 괜찮습니다. 매일 아침 웰컴과일을 교체해주고, 룸청소 또한 매일 잘해줍니다. 수영을 위해 큰 타올을 요청하면 여러개 가져다줍니다. 빌라에 있는 개인풀을 정말 강력 추천합니다. 한낮에도 나무들로 인해 그늘이 생겨 덜 더우면서도 충분히 즐길 수 있습니다. 긴 거리를 수영하고싶은거라면 빌라쪽에 있는 메인풀을 이용하면 됩니다. 리조트쪽의 메인풀은 이쁘지만 그늘이 없어 너무 뜨겁습니다. I stayed at R35(Ruby35) with friends last week. It was great place to stay and relax. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well-maintained. Big trees and lots of plants were everywhere and made me relax. There are a big size dining room and living room area in villa. Everyday breakfast and welcome fruits are great. My butler 'Thue' was friendly and very helpful. You could ask her about good place to go around. There is Furama's private beach. It was good place to go but weather was too hot to swim even 9am. But happily enjoyed swimming in private pool. pretty big size, clean, deep(about 1.2m) Specially good at night time with spot lights. Must enjoy it :) Pretty sure I will be back next time with family in near future. Thanks for your service!

- Tomoko (10/5): 日本人スタッフはるかさん、ありがとう！ - ２ベットルームのヴィラに宿泊しました。１階にはキッチン・ダイニング・リビング・シャワー・トイレ。２階が２ベットルーム、そしてなんと３階にもシングルベットが２つもあります。（３ベットルームでは！？と思う感じです。） うちは４人家族だったので、３階はまったく使いませんでした。 ２階の２ベットルームにも各々シャワーとトイレがあり、３階にもシャワーがありました。 ２家族で行ってもプラバシーも守られいいのでは？と思ってしまうほどの大きさです。 ヴィラにはプールもあり、ホテルのプールで遊んだあとヴィラのプールで毎日遊んでいました。 朝食も美味しかったです。 スタッフの方たちも優しかったです。 そして、インターンとして勤務している日本人スタッフのはるかさんに大変お世話になりました。 うちは小さな子連れだったので、近隣でご飯を探すにも一苦労。 そんな時、はるかさんに美味しいレストランを教えていただいたり、その他にもいろいろ教えていただきました。 はるかさんがいてくれて本当に心強かったです。 はるかさんありがとう！ 一緒にお写真撮ればよかった。 ロケーションは繁華街のミーケビーチから少し離れているため、周りにはあまりレストランなどがないです。 また、ダナンは道路環境がとても悪いのでベビーカーはほぼ機能しませんでした。 小学生くらいならいいけど、うちのように小さい子供がいるうちは外に出て何かするのはかなり大変かもしれません。

- Nicole (8/5): Great family holiday at a beautiful resort - Our family of two parents, four children (aged 10-16) stayed in a three bedroom villa at Furama Villas resort. The accommodation was fantastic, large, spacious and nice amenities. There were three pools to choose from (two at the resort, one at the villas). You get around within the resort by taking free golf buggies. The staff are just LOVELY, so helpful, and smiling, and they got to know our family well by the end of our stay. The breakfast buffet was beautiful, and we enjoyed a complimentary afternoon tea one day which was lovely. There was a smelly creek in between the villas and resort that I didn't enjoy driving over the bridge of, and it occasionally it flowed out into the ocean, but in general, the beach was clean, and nice sand, water very pleasant, seemed safe. The various life guards on duty at the pools and beach helped to make us feel safe with the kids being well supervised. We used the gym at the villas, which was well appointed, and nicely air-conditioned. We went out into the local Da Nang area to eat out, and the staff at the reception helped us get taxis, or a private car any time we needed it. We enjoyed a day trip to Hoi An, where we went shopping and sight seeing. We also enjoyed a day trip up to the Ba Na Hills, to see the Sun World resort from the long cable car ride. Very picturesque, and fun at the top, with lots of Disneyland like activities to do for free. We would highly recommend this resort to other families.

Large 3 bedroom villa also great as the two teenage boys had their own space & didn't annoy us too much. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful, varying degrees of english comprehension which wasn't that much of a negative & was more than compensated by their fantastic customer service, nothing was a problem. They would help organise day trips, tell you which shopping malls were best & got the right cabs at the right price.

- HYUNWOO (8/5): 분위기, 풀장, 위치 완전 굿...버기서비스, 객실관리는.... - 일단, 외관과 풀장 특유의 분위기는 아주 만족스럽습니다. 방이나 화장실들, 거실, 주방의 크기도 아주 좋습니다. 세월의 흔적은 있지만 깨끗하기 때문에 쾌적함도 아주 만족스럽고 다른 풀빌라들과 다른 점은 동남아특유의 분위기와 휴양지 느낌이 많아 휴가가 더욱 실감난다는 점입니다. 나쁜 점은 버기서비스 입니다. 풀빌라 특성상 리셉션과 거리가 있기 때문에 나갈 때는 버기카를 불러서 나가야 하는데 20분 넘게 기다린적이 두, 세번이나 있습니다. 아기와 동반해서 힘들게 준비해서 나가는데 버기가 오지 않아 피로도가 쌓입니다. 또, 건물이 세월에 비해 깔끔하기는 하지만 확실히 관리는 잘되어 있지 않습니다. 샤워실과 세면대의 배수가 좋지 않고 전등들이 잘 교체되어 있지 않아서 아쉽습니다.(저희 빌라는 개인 풀 조명도 작동하지 않았습니다.) 조식은 들었던 것 보다는 좋았습니다. 침구와 어매니티도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만, 버기서비스와 직원들의 서비스 처리속도는 재방문을 고민하게 만드는 단점입니다. (버기카는 부를때마다 스트레스, 시내에서 그랩부르는 것 보다 더 오래걸려요, 방에 도마뱀이 나왔을 때 치워준다고 오는데 한시간 이상 걸림) 이외의 청결상태나 친절도, 풀장 및 부대시설, 분위기나 빌라시설들은 만족스러웠습니다.

Breakfast was boring and the same dishes were served everyday for the 4 days we were there. The restaurant was way over priced and the portions were very small. I understand it’s a resort and the price should be high but at least make the portions bigger. We had a flight out of danang at 7 pm so we asked if we could check out a couple of hours late and they no because our room will be occupied immediately after we check out which is at 11 am. After a few harsh words, they finally agreed to let us check out at 2 pm but with a $800,000 vnd charge. I will not come back to this resort again.
- Hyelim (10/5): 7명 대가족 풀빌라4박이용 - 부모님모시고 남매 가족동반으로 7명다녀왔습니다 푸라마 너무 좋던데요? 뭐 흉볼게 없던데~~ 한국사람들많구요~ 어딜가나그래요그건 풀빌라에서 4박했는데 1층부터3층까지 추울정도로 에어콘잘나오고 라군보다 빌라동 수영장이 더 좋더라구요 깨끗하고 직원들친절하고 버기 부르면 금방금방 왔습니다 빌라동 조식갔는데 좋았어요 1번은 사먹을만했습니다 전자렌지 인덕션 다 잘되고 풍경도이쁘고 숙소내에서만 있어도 흐뭇했어요 다시가고싶은 숙소였습니다 풀빌라내 수영장 관리 아침마다 해주시고 굿굿
