Hope to see you next time. - Good location, accessible to shopping centers and transportation, comfortable room and bed, clean kitchen, lounge, and bathroom facilities, warm bedroom, safe, and with privacy. The bathroom sink was getting blocked easily all the time when using water. No fly screen on bathroom windows. No wardrobe to put or hang clothes in bedrooms. Electric heater for the lounge room not working. Alarm clock not working properly.

• GrayMcGowan (10/5): So much better - We arrived in the dark, but the room had lights and heater on already, so the room was warm and cosy when we entered. Also, there were welcome drinks there for us. These small touches made a huge and positive difference compared with our several previous stays. The room was spotless, shower was hot, and nothing could be faulted. Nothing.

Much quieter street than being on Riccarton Road. As I was being picked up by car they stored my bags after check-out until my ride arrived. An easy 7 - 8 minute walk to Westfield Riccarton Mall. Great shower. As it was very warm inside, it would have been good to have had a blanket option other than the duvet

• Jason (9/5): Great central location - Easy to check in, great central location, very convenient location and the unit was nice and clean. Heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom were an unexpected touch. Nothing really. The street outside is busy during rush hour but very quiet at night.

• Martin (8/5): - The unit has everything you need. In some ways better than a Hotel, with a microwave and fridge. The bathroom was small but had a good shower. No storage space and one chair had only three legs.

Nice shampoo/cond & bodywash. Nice linen, good heater. Need to blackout curtains car lights light up the room in the morning. Chip cup and plate. A couple of wine glasses and wine opener. Some cloths to wash dishes we had a tea towel only. A pot was no use to heat food in a beautiful new microwave. Maybe a breadboard and knife too.

• Gail (10/5): - When in Christchurch subject to availability I always choose 123 because it is consistently good. There's been occasions where an online booking doesn't match the photos. It's also close to Christchurch Railway Station. Motelier always cheerful greeting guests. A nice gesture to leave a couple of complimentary cans of Coke. Nothing negative except to say my visit was only one night before travelling home.
• Tara (1/5): - Unfortunately got to the room and it had the worst smell like very musty smell that wouldn’t go away after having to have the door open for hours all night just to by past the smell there where also stain marks all over the bed like someone had spilled something prior very dirty. Tried to contact the owners and don’t think they really cared.

Very quiet given location. Both chairs in the room were wobbly and didn't feel secure to sit on. Entrance door to the room was heavy to push and it would have been helpful to have a door hook or door stop to keep it open when moving bags in and out. Currently has scaffold around the complex which slightly impacted parking.

• Klaus (8/5): Perfect stay for the airport and walkable to the centre if you like walking. Next to Westfield. - Good value for money for a stay close to town and airport. It's a solid 40 minutes walk across the park to the center but we enjoyed that for our last night in NZ. The motel is good and not expensive. Short Uber drive to the airport the next morning.

• Averlea (4/5): Disappointing - Location Very messy outside. Buildings covered in dirt. Long weeds in outdoor areas. Outdoor tables and chairs were filthy and rusty. The “pullout” couch in the living room was soooooo uncomfortable to sit on. Like sitting on wood. That was all there was to sit on to watch tv. On check out day, at 9.20am we were packing the car and the cleaning man just came in to the unit and put his stuff down. He wouldn’t leave the unit, ( English not good). We had to leave the unit 40mins early.

• Justin (9/5): Excellent for transit travellers. - There is easy parking on-site. The motel is located near a mall. Very friendly staff. Some furnishings have dust accumulated on them.
• Sarah (5/5): - The gardens were badly overgrown. The curtains were thin and the outside light outside our room shined through. Also there was no privacy to the room so had to keep curtains shut all day, needs windows tinted or a net curtain.

Floor sticky, finger prints on tv, all windows and doors. Curtains hanging of hooks. Gardens over grown and disgusting. Office dirty, floor covered in dead leaves from pot plant. What's happened, been here before, and nothing like this. Would never go again.😒
