• Rafal (7/5): - Location and seaview from the room are awesome. For a four stars hotel - there should be more attention to detail regarding housekeeping. The spa-bath was all in brownish dots - probably a result of not being protected during ceiling painting (which is brown), but looks quite disgusting anyway. Wouldn't use that so it should be either fixed or removed from the room features advertised in the offer.

• Viktor (1/5): - L'hôtel est situé juste à côté de la mer J’ai séjourné à l’hôtel Palm Beach à Ajaccio du 24 au 25 septembre. J’ai payé deux fois pour le même séjour : une fois via Booking.com et une autre directement à l’hôtel, car on m’a dit que le paiement n’avait pas été reçu. On m’a promis un remboursement le lendemain, mais je n’ai toujours rien reçu. L’hôtel ne répond ni aux messages ni aux appels, ce qui est inacceptable. Très mauvaise expérience, je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

• auberi (8/5): Une pause les pieds dans le sable - L'établissement est posé sur la sable, avec des chambres vues mer qui profitent du merveilleux bruit de l'eau. La literie est très bonne, la chambre est très fonctionnelle. Je recommande +++ cet établissement. Dommage que quelques réparations (autour de la poignée de porte) soient négligées car tous les détails d'accueil sont biens pensés dans la chambre !

• LEILA (3/5): Fuyez !! - L’emplacement est absolument incroyable Cet hôtel est simplement un scandale. La fiche de cet établissement est une arnaque. Il est inconcevable de faire payer un tel prix pour une chambre à la porte cassée avec une porte communique avec une autre chambre qui ne ferme pas, on entend les voisins de chambre comme si ils étaient avec nous. La propreté laisse à désirer. La baignoire à remous est cassée, la lumière ne marche pas les jets fonctionnent à peine. On arrive à l’heure, notre chambre n’est pas prête. Le petit déjeuner n’a rien à voir avec un hôtel de ce genre, musique, criarde, je ne sais combien de sortes de muffins décongelés et digne du kebab du coin. Pas de coquetiers, pas de sel. Nous n’avions pas de fourchette vraiment il n’y a rien qui va, c’est absolument ce qu’on a vu de payer 315 € pour des prestations aussi nulles. J’ai malheureusement vu les commentaires des autres usagers après avoir fait ma réservation, si j’avais pu, j’aurais annulé. C’est inconcevable qu’avec des commentaires comme ça qui effectivement reflètent la réalité, c’est établissement, continue à avoir une belle publicité sur votre site.

Le personnel très attentionné et d'une grande gentillesse. Un buffet très complet pour le petit déjeuner. Encore merci pour tout, j'ai passé un très bon moment en vos lieux !

Mais surtout, un accueil vraiment pas à la hauteur des photos et d’un 4*… Une espèce de salle de bain avec une fausse baignoire, qui est en fait une sorte de douche dans laquelle on arrose tout autour. Jolie décoration de la chambre mais très sombre (noire). Du sable partout, un petit déjeuner minable, et la « gueule » de 100 pieds de long du personnel à chaque fois que l’on demande quelques choses ! Nous sommes partis le premier jour et avons « abandonné » une nuit, tellement le lieu étant « beauf », bruyant. Vous devez payer de manière séparée la chambre, le restaurant, la plage et ses installations - bref, rien n’est fait pour les clients. Mais surtout, nous retiendrons le personnel qui est capable de ne pas vous regarder durant 5 mn, derrière le bar avant de vous adresser la parole avec un «  quoi ? D’un ton bien « faux corse » ! Sò corsu è aghju vergogna pè u me paese di vede st’istituzioni è ‘ssi genti cusì.

Rooms were very humid and had unpleasant damp smell, need to invest in a dehumidifier. Shower messed everywhere really needs a door or different solution.

• Cristaki (7/5): an amazing location you will love. - We booked this last minute as our plane was delayed. the location is absolutely amazing. it is a 10/10 romantic getaway. We had a meal in the restaurant was was fantastic. unfortunately our room smelt of cat pee, the culprit was strolling around looking like it owned the place. The room was very hot that evening and the remote for the Aircon was not working. If we were staying longer I'm sure these issues would have been resolved to our satisfaction. If we ever go back to Corsica I would look at booking the hotel.

• Tanja (7/5): Good - Most breathtaking view I ever had! The room is literally by the beach, never saw anything like it. The hotel and rooms are beautifully made but in rough shape. In every corner there is some paint coming off, some tiles missing, etc. The olace just needs a little love. They do not seem to have enough staff and while they were nice it was a long way from a classic 4 star trained service. For the prices paid I would expect the sun beds and beach towels to be included in the price. And please change the first message you send to guests after reservation. No one wants a list of all the things that are forbidden, fined or charged extra as their welcome message :)

Very little rooms, everything crammed into a tiny space including the shower next to the bed. Obviously huge demand in that part of the city but overpriced

• Alison (9/5): A wonderful hotel right on the beach away from the noise of the city - The hotel was right on the beach. Our hotel room literally looked out on the sand. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. We loved all the drawer space in the room. The price of the room included a beautiful big buffet breakfast. The deck of the restaurant was wonderful for watching the moonrise. Our biggest problem was that the wifi did not reach our room, so we could not use our laptops in our room - we had to go out to the dining area to work. There were no privacy curtains for our room, so we either had to dress with the heavy curtains completely closed with the room dark, or we dressed with everyone on the beach able to see us. We needed some little gauze inner curtains that let in the light but maintained our privacy.

• Roland (5/5): Great location, but rooms are tiny and pokey - The hotel is small and the rooms have a beautiful view over the beach and are virtually bordering right on the sand. The hotel also has a lovely terrace for cocktails and meals overlookig the beautiful beach. The Reception and Bar staff was very young, unexperienced and at times quite unhelpful and unfriendly. Our room was extremely small and pokey, with the shower/bathtub situated rather awkwardly, right in the middle of the room, so that a normal shower was not possible, unless you wanted to end up with soaking the bed...
