Quartos organizados, diversas atividades para os hóspedes todos os dias e uma localização impecável Café da manhã simples e dispensável, servido apenas a partir das 7h30. Os armários de madeira estavam com o tampão solto, o que comprometia a segurança e facilitava o acesso. Além disso, os banheiros do andar superior estavam sujos e mal conservados.

Banheiro compartilhado sempre limpo, assim como todos os outros ambientes. Café da manhã bom. Staff muito atenciosa. A ducha deixou a desejar quanto ao fluxo de água que estava fraco em todos banheiros que tomei banho, mas a pouca água era aquecida.

Apart from the Brazilian girls and one guy from Chile at the front desk, the rest of the staff is very dismissive. It’s obvious they’re just there for the free accommodation. The bathrooms could also be cleaner.

Maria F Torres (5/5): Poor conditions - Beds were comfortable and storage space inside the rooms was good. Apart from the Brazilian girls and one guy from Chile at the front desk, the rest of the staff are consistently dismissive. It’s quite clear they’re only there for the free accommodation. When I asked about tours, the person at reception responded in a very condescending manner, as if my question was a nuisance—I was simply asking for confirmation of availability. The building is in very poor condition, with constant cracking noises in the floor even when no one was moving. Everything feels old and poorly maintained, and you can hear everything happening outside. The bathrooms were also not properly cleaned. I heard in my last day there they had a gym, but when I checked in nobody gave me any information or showed me the place (as they did with some other women in my room).

Henk (8/5): Het was een gezellig en leuk hostel! Fijn om nieuwe mensen te ontmoeten en wat te ondernemen - Elke avond werd er wat georganiseerd vanuit het hostel. Zowel avondeten als een gezellig drankje in de patio. De gezamenlijke ruimtes waren gezellig. De bedden waren prima en de kamer was ruim. Als er iets kapot was in een badkamer was het de volgende dag gemaakt De kamers waren soms wat warm en gehorig, maar dat hoort bij een stad. Toen een medereiziger beroofd was liet de hulp van de receptie wat te wensen over.

Dheerendra (6/5): - Nice location, atmosphere in common areas was really good ! The beds were squeaky. Turning while sleeping made a lot of noise. I was in room 17 which was right on the main road. Windows were broken and entire night you can hear noise of vehicles passing. The WiFi in my room was spotty at best. Most of the time it didn’t work well.

Eu realmente amei a estrutura da hospedagem, cama e travesseiro macios, localização perfeita, atendentes disponíveis, vende chip internacional (o que me salvou), atividades todos as noites que integram os hóspedes e para quem viaja sozinha como eu, é ótimo. Edu Tudor (7/5): Hostel com ótima localização, mas não muito seguro. - A localização do hostel é ótima, perto de estações e da atrações turísticos. O café da manhã também é bom, apesar de não ser self-service. Os eventos culinários noturnos eram ótimos. O quarto era aberto por chave que em alguns momentos não funcionava, por vezes deixavam o quarto aberto, fazendo com que não me sentisse tão seguro. As camas não tinham cortina, o que prejudicava a privacidade. O chuveiro do banheiro era solto e caia direto em mim.
Gustavo (9/5): Boa, divertida e confortável - Ambiente muito bom para conhecer pessoas de diversos países.Quando cheguei a cama estava bem arrumada e cheirosa, os banheiros são sempre bem limpos, os recepcionistas que falam portugues são muito simpáticos e prestativos, me ajudaram sempre que precisei. Localização boa, com mercado, metrô e pontos turísticos próximos. A porta do quarto 108 range muito, precisa de reparo, pois acaba fazendo barulho ao sair e entrar e incomoda as pessoas que estão dormindo. A cortina do chuveiro incomoda ao tomar banho, pois ela fica encostando na perna, poderiam melhorar colocando um box.
Luise (9/5): - Die Lage ist super und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit vorallem wenn man Fragen zu Aktivitäten oder so hat :) Die Unterkunft hat einen Gruppenchat der es ermöglicht Aktivitäten mit anderen zu planen und es werden sehr viele Aktivitäten im Hostel angeboten (dinners, pubcrawls,etc.) daher ein sehr soziales Hostel! Ausredem ist die reception 24/7 und als ich mitten in der Nacht ankam konnte ich auf einem Sofa in der communal area schlafen :) Meckern auf hohem Niveau aber es hätten mehr Töpfe in den Küchen sein können und mehr Kühlschränke (es war ein bisschen wenig Platz fürs Essen)

Lucio (10/5): Excelente - Los baños compartidos están muy bien, al menos en los cuartos privados. Siempre limpios y al haber varios siempre había disponibilidad. Excelente ubicación a pocas cuadras del metro. El espacio de cowork estaba bastante bien y el wifi bastante bien en general. Estéticamente los cuartos no son tan lindos, pero para el precio considero que cumple súper bien

Martin (9/5): Excelente vibe en un excelente hostal - Excelente hostel a dos pasos de Baquedano — metro y centro de la ciudad. Ambiente muy positivo, el personal MUY amable. El lugar es social, con muchas personas interesantes que viajan y con las que puedes charlar también por la noche, cuando el hostal casi siempre organiza algo de comida. Muy valioso. El ambiente es tranquilo (chill), no es un lugar para fiesteros desenfrenados. Excelente elección. El wifi en las habitaciones va y viene. Los baños no son muchos; en uno, una mañana no había agua caliente. Pero, en general, el hostal es realmente TOP.
