- Soltane (10/5): - Mahmud est le meilleur des réceptionnistes ! Il nous a surclassé et bien conseillé pour profiter au mieux de notre weekend. L hôtel est d une grande propriété et avec un Spa qu il faut à tout prix essayer. L emplacement est idéal pour se rendre au centre historique avec le tramway T1.

- Mehmed (8/5): Tavsiye ederim. - Tramvay hattına yürüyerek 5 dakika mesafede olmasından, odalarının genişliğinden ve personelinin profesyonel ve yardımsever olmasından gayet memnun kaldım. Olumsuz olarak değilde tavsiye olarak bildirebileceğim tek şey resepsiyon personelinin biraz daha güler yüzlü olması.

- Grigor (4/5): - Очень тонкие стены между номерами: каждый чих в соседних номерах слышен с оглушительной силой, не говоря обо всём остальном. Перегородки в санузлах с санузлами соседских номеров ещё тоньше: слышны все действия соседей, душ, спуск воды и т.п. Само здание довольно "усталое", ремонта не было по ощущениям лет 15-20. Тёмные санузлы, нехватка света. В санузле стоит запах канализации.

Our rooms were upgraded for the second time into family suite room. Everything is in order and the staff is always ready to assist. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a stay in this area in Instabul.

He was truly exceptional always kind, attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. His warm welcome and professionalism made our stay much more comfortable. Thank you so much, Mahmoud, for your support and hospitality. You really made a difference. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, modern, and kept spotless. Housekeeping does an excellent job every day, and we really appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. The breakfast was generous and varied, offering many choices and fresh options each morning. We enjoyed it a lot. The hotel is also well located, with easy access to transportation, which made it convenient to move around the city. Overall, we had a great stay and we truly recommend this hotel. We would definitely come back again — and once more, a special thank you to Mahmoud for his kindness and outstanding service.

- Mehrdad (10/5): - It was clean and friendly stuff,speciall thanks to Sibel and Davut. It is close to public transportation as such as Tram and Meetrobus which acan take you easily to city center.
- Eda (6/5): Nicht weiterzuempfehlen - Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade für eine Suite bekommen. Die Metro Station war in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war leider nicht wirklich sauber. Im. Bad lagen noch Haare als wir ins Zimmer kamen. Es wurde auch nicht gründlich gereinigt. Die warmen Gerichte beim Frühstück waren leider immer kalt. Der Spa-Bereich war Katastrophe. Die Frauensauna war nicht an und wurde erst auf Wunsch angemacht - dann aber auch nur auf 40 Grad. Der Hamam war dreckig, es lagen benutzte Windeln rum und Müll. Das Dampfbad konnte man nicht betreten, da es nach Abfluss und Schimmel stank.

- Houssam (4/5): This Hotel is maximum 4 stars not 5. - Clean rooms. 1-The bad Internet connection and speed. 2-First night we stayed in a room with very bad airconditioning, we moved to another room next day. 3- there was no hot water in the new room in the third day in our stay, it took long time to be fixed.
- Aydin (10/5): Sensationell - Äußerst freundliches Personal, vor allem Sibel und Eyup waren uns sehr behilflich. TOP Service: da wir die ganze Nacht im Auto saßen, konnten wir sogar gegen 10 Uhr einchecken. Durch die Nähe zur Straßenbahn T1 eignet sich dieses Hotel perfekt, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten Hagia Sophia, Blaue Moschee, Zisterne, Topkapi Palast usw. zu besichtigen. Die Tiefgarage samt E-Ladestation und das sehr gute Frühstück runden das Hotel sehr gut ab.
