* Please note the superior cottage is the only one located right in front of the lake. The rest are located opposite side of the Villarrica–Pucon road, about 500 mts from the lakefront. Guests must cross the road in order to reach the lake. LOCAL TAX LAW. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19% To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.

Jag vad om att byta sängkläderna, men de bara vädrade. Den vackra sjön vi hade var svårt att komma in i, då det är stenar över hela vattenytan och det gick inte att gå.

Ortiz (6/5): Hermoso entorno - Servicio por mejorar - Nos gustó la cabaña que está muy bien equipada, la vista que es espectacular y la posibilidad de realizar un asado al aire libre, en parrilla ubicada justo fuera de la cabaña. El acceso al lago está muy descuidado, no sólo porque el ingreso es muy pedregoso, sino que todo ese espacio está en malas condiciones, sin mantenciones, nada de grato de visitar. También pedimos una reserva para las termas, la cual no fue realizada por el personal de las cabañas y casi nos quedamos sin ingresar. Por último, el aseo no estaba hecho en detalle, dentro de los closets había suciedad. Estuvo sucio desde el inicio y nunca se solucionó. En este mismo sentido, hay mínima proactividad de la recepción en cuanto a retirar basura, ofrecer ayuda, estar preocupados del bienestar de los visitantes.

Rena (8/5): - Die Hütten sind gut ausgestattet, sauber und mit Kamin sehr gemütlich. Ausgezeichneter Blick, guter Parkplatz, sehr freundliches Personal. Die Anlage ist sehr hübsch. Wir hatten eine Hütte direkt am See, allerdings damit auch die Hauptstraße direkt hinter dem Haus. Uns war das zu laut in den Schlafzimmern.

Romina (9/5): Excelente lugar para disfrutar el sur - Está muy bien ubicado cerca de Pucón, las instalaciones están bien mantenidas, un bonito espacio y jardín con juegos para los niños. Las recomiendo y volvería sin duda. Lo limitado del servicio de aseo, sólo entre 9 y 12 horas. También considero que si bien es un buen lugar el precio es un tanto elevado, para la temporada, y para las instalaciones. El lugar está bien cuidado pero son cabañas antiguas falta modernizar. Finalmente comentar que las cabañas en sí son complejas para niños pequeños y/o adultos mayores, hay varias escaleras dentro de la cabaña y desniveles, es necesario poner bastante atención si se quieren evitar accidentes.

Unfortunately the cabins by the beach are close to the road which is super busy until late and from early morning. Besides that, comfortable beds and good WiFi.

Local road passes by a few meters from the main entrance of the cabin, some big trucks go by during night that make a lot of noice, some of then make the cabin shake a bit. Maybe some noice barrier between the cabin and the road would improve the situation.
Kevin (10/5): Cosy, spacious cabin in a gorgeous setting - The lakeside cabins have amazing views and direct access to the beach. Very peaceful setting with great views of sunsets over the lake from the very large windows. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night was very relaxing. The cabin was cosy, well designed, and spacious with a very well equipped kitchen. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
