Paid for sea facing but got west facing and not what was advertised by booking.com. Either party have not yet met a solution despite my photos. Confusing breakfast options, vegan get a march larger variety of items compared to full English? we like beans and hash browns too ;-)

Valérie (8/5): Great location by the pier - Location right by Brighton pier. The room was small but well appointed. Bed comfortable. Parking on site. The parking means your car either gets blocked or you block someone, which is stressful. The room can become hot but you can open the window.

SteveHuels (6/5): Britischer Charme mit unschlagbarer Aussicht - Unser Aufenthalt in Brighton bot uns einen fantastischen Ausblick direkt auf den Palace Pier, der besonders abends wunderschön beleuchtet war. Die zentrale Lage war perfekt, um die Stadt und den Strand bequem zu Fuß zu erkunden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal, das uns jederzeit ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen hat. Auch das klassische englische Frühstück war ein gelungener Start in den Tag und qualitativ sehr gut. Zudem hat uns die angenehme Größe des Zimmers positiv überrascht, da man hier ausreichend Platz zum Entspannen hatte. Leider ist das gesamte Haus deutlich renovierungsbedürftig und versprüht eher einen etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Charme. Im Zimmer waren Badezimmerinstallationen schief angebracht. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt okay, bewegte sich aber eher in einem durchschnittlichen, neutralen Bereich. Zudem sollte man beachten, dass das Treppenhaus sehr eng und schmal ist, was den Gepäcktransport etwas mühsam gestaltet. Insgesamt wirkte die Ausstattung technisch leider nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß.

Molly (10/5): perfect location, amazing staff, spacious and very clean rooms - the location is perfect if you're headed to the aquarium like i was!!! 100% recommend getting the deluxe room it was so beautiful! staff were super friendly and helpful too which was nice. super clean room with everything you could want. parking was also very convenient and i felt safe leaving my car at the property. i honestly dont have a bad thing to say! some people may have found it noisy as it is right on the main road but i live on a main road at home so didnt mind too much.

Bowles (8/5): It was overall a good experience and I would definitely consider staying there again - Location was great, free parking a bonus and the room was comfortable The rooms are described as with a sea view or a garden view. I booked a sea view, but the room actually overlooked the garden. You could see the sea, but it felt a bit of a stretch and disappointing. The windows were also very dirty.

Cansu (9/5): Great stay. - Lovely location and view, we could see the sunset perfectly from our room. Good shower and cosy bed. The sink is quite awkward because of how it is situated slightly away from the tap. This meant that every time you used the tap water would go over the side of the sink and the sides in the bathroom quickly became flooded which was quite annoying. If the sink was slightly closer (ie. under the tap) to the tap this would be avoided.

Compact room very well appointed with excellent king mattress, lovely clean wet room with nightlight- a great idea for nightime trips to save waking partner, good selection of teas and Nespresso coffee maker with pods. All very clean and well presented. Dressing gowns and slippers provided. BUT: If you have mobility issues this is probably not be the hotel for you as stairs are quite steep and rooms are located over 4 floors and there is no lift. Very welcoming and light breakfast room with good selection of cereals, pastries, juices and Jura bean to cup coffee machine. Cooked breakfast menu had options for all and was delicious and well presented. Staff very friendly and approachable. An excellent experience and will be back when next in Brighton. Hard to identify what could be improved. A few fresh flowers on tables rather than plastic would have been lovely - I'm really trying hard here to find something to criticise though!

Good location, could even see the sea and the pier from our Room. unfortunately taking a shower, hadn't planned to wash my hair but the shower head went Rogue and saturated my hair, so had to wash. No big deal but there wasn't any hair conditioner, and i never wash hair without conditioner, and I didn't bring any for 1 night. Never Mind.
