Het zwembad is ook netjes en schoon en er is voldoende schaduw. Voldoende keus wat betreft ontbijt, lunch en avondeten. Ook raad ik zeker aan een massage te boeken hier. Geen minpunten

Breakfast selection and quality was excellent. The pool was clean and refreshing with comfortable chairs. The staff was attentive, warm and professional. The hairdryer in the room should be upgraded. The current one is very low power and it’s impossible to get your hair dry.

Liked the coffee and cake in the afternoon. They let us know in plenty of time if they were going to spray mozzie spray outside so we vacated the area for a short while. Excellent stay thank you A temperamental shower. Hot then cold hard to get a consistent temperature.
• Elena (10/5): A fantastic stay - Klumpu Bali Resort is an incredible place - easily the best room we had and the best overall experience of the three locations we stayed at in Bali. The room was spacious, came with a small kitchenette, and was cleaned daily. Every evening they'd drop off water and chocolates in the room, which was a really nice touch. Breakfast came with a few options to choose from, all really good, and you could have it served in your room or at the restaurant. The pool is lovely and very clean - just be careful getting in, as it can be quite slippery underfoot.

• Katalin B (9/5): Excellent overall experience - Great pool, warm water, which I found not common, even the hyatt's adult pool is cold... the surrounding is beautiful, and the attention to detail is 5star. The listing of products in the bathroom is 7star. Getting aloe,sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and shower products is great. The evening chocolate/water is a nice gesture. Bathrobes are good, and slippers are cute. For laying, swimming, and true relaxation, this place is awesome. Free bicycle is my other reason why we extended our second stay there. The food is very good. The turn down service is nice. We love this place, the giant water station is great, and we loved it. If empty, staff replaced it immediately. The farewell gift is a box of bamboo drinking straws, a nice gesture. Free airport transport is also considerate. It's definitely a highly recommended place for beautiful, visually pleasing, relaxing experiences. The staff is polite, they leave you to enjoy the peace and freedom here. The frangipani scented amenities. The frangipani smells different here in Australia. The balinese one was yucky for me. I ended up taking my amenities from Australia for our second booking because the closest supermarket, Arta Sedana, just sold brightening(aka whitening products, showergel and body lotion, and Im Caucasian). There was one house, 105, which has rising damp behind the toilet, adjacent to the room, just 80cm from the bed. It smelled like years of urine. House 104, however, had no issue with that. The English breakfast includes toasts, which is sugar covered, and it's not my favourite. There were microscopic size ants in the kitchen everywhere, so you need ant killer or the gekkos run all day on the walls. The gekkos actually in each building, which is okay, they're small, just eating the flies. Food can not be left out because of insects +gekkos.

After a terrible flight it was so nice to be welcomed by a lovely friendly driver, then staff at the hotel. They go above and beyond with little extras to make your stay special. The onsite massage is great too! I loved this place and will be back. The pool is outside the rooms and people were quite loud early in the morning diving in the pool and playing marco polo...as the rooms all face the pool it would be great to have some more rules about being quiet between certain hours. When I stay again I would request a room far from the pool.

You can get your breakfast and other food served at the restaurant, to the pool or eat in front of your own house. The breakfast was really good and so nicely arranged. All the other food we tried as well! The service was exceptional and the staff so attentive and lovely. Since this is a small resort with only a couple of villas, it all felt very familiar and easy - the kids could just go to the pool by themselves since you can easily watch them from the house. Excellent pick up from airport and transfer to our next location as well. We had a lovely time, thank you to everyone at Klumpu ❤️

• Katalin (9/5): Very good place and experience, use the bikes, and read the negative feedbacks before U book - The vibe is great, this place is a hidden gem in Sanur, not far from the main road and the beach. The biggest positive aspect is the free bikes you can take to explore the area. We took bikes twice during our 4-day stay. First, it wasn't clear where the resort is; Google maps were lost, but the signs on the main road helped. A very narrow and curvy street leads there. The welcome drink and cake were tasty and great, check-in is quick, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The fruit basket is also a nice touch. We tried snake fruit for the first time, and we had some fruit from the basket every day. The welcome message on the frangipani leaf is also heart-warming. The selection of products in the bath is great, mosquito repellent, sunburn oil, and very considerate. The frangipani flowers around the room are lovely, and turning on the electronic mosquito repellent in the room is a must. The huge water bottle in the kitchen is great; however, it only dispenses hot or warm water coming from it. If empty, they are replaced immediately. Evening chocolate and water is a great addition. Breakfast is served at the verandah, and the English breakfast option is great/fulfilling. The first impression entering the villa is a bad pee smell, coming from the wall behind the bathroom. Upon further inspection, we found that the wall has severe wet damage and smells like pee from the toilet attached on the other side. Guessing that, the cleaning ends up with a wet floor which leaking towards the bed. Rising damp stinks and is visibly impacting the wall just 60 cm from the bed. we where too tired to go to the reception to complain about it, and I think this issue must be addressed to the management, not the staff. All the bathroom products smells frangipani, even the one in the kitchen, which we didn't like. It might be good for someone else, but not for us. No hair conditioner available, interestingly, the Arta Sedana nearby is also lacking hair conditioner. The hair dryer is a 400W travel version; don't expect fast hair drying here. Haven't found a bath mat, only other towels. No hanging sign provided to ask for privacy, turn-down service came every day, even though it wasn't required by us. It was two gekko's in our room, behind the kitchen and came out everytime we left the kitchen area. Do not leave any fruit there, they are coming to get the fruit flies, and the first encounter was scary. Other than that, the kitchen sponge caused me a shock, which was heavily used and looked nasty. These are minor things, but if a place is priced for Western travellers, it should meet with westernian needs. These minor issues did not change much of the overall experience, so I'm happy to rebook next time, just prepare to clean for yourself if you have higher expectations than the Asian staff/management does. We were placed in villa 105. We had zero privacy at the verandah. When we sat to eat, other guests walked in front of us, sometimes kids swim and stare, annoying. I would appreciate a choice of a privacy wall, for example, which we can remove or set up when eating. The beach has sharp sand that sticks to your skin.

• Tremmie (9/5): Een heerlijke start van de vakantie in Klumpu Bali resort Sanur. - Super goed georganiseerde accomodatie met heel lief personeel dat niets teveel is. Mooie kleinschalig complex met leuke luxe huisjes. Fijn dat er een klein keukentje is waar je zelf koffie of thee kunt zetten of iets koud kunt bewaren in de koelkast. Goede airconditioning en prima bed. Erg leuk is de complementary thee in de middag en de bonbons in de avond. Ook fijn dat je (gratis) van het vliegveld gehaald of gebracht kunt worden en dat ze een 15 min. (gratis) massage aanbieden. Ook het ontbijt is perfect, voldoende keuze en zeer mooi opgemaakt. Verder is het eten dat je er kunt bestellen heerlijk. Lekkere ligbedden met badhanddoeken bij het zwembad. De accomodatie ligt heel centraal, je kunt te voet al heel veel aanlopen (strand, Icon Mall, pasar Sindhu), maar met de gratis fietsen die ze ter beschikking stellen kom je nog net iets verder. Kortom we hebben het hier erg naar ons zin gehad en zouden zeker nog een keer boeken. Als je op het terras voor je huisje zit heb je niet veel privacy. Er lopen (zeker als je aan het begin zit) andere gasten en personeel langs. Niet echt storend, maar wel iets om bij stil te staan als je boekt. Verder zouden wij het een goed idee vinden als het een adult only accomodatie zou zijn/worden.

I liked to location which was across from Andaz (a Hyatt managed hotel) and Hyatt Bali and one could go in either direction once they walked to the Main Street and find many restaurants and shops. It was private, excellent service, generous servings and offered a variety of breakfast options. Great massage room and turn down service at night and extras like afternoon tea served by the poolside. Nothing!

Inklusivleistungen wie kostenfreie Fahrräder, Zimmerservice ohne Aufpreis sowie Flughafen Transfer und Gepäck Aufbewahrung und Duschmöglichkeit nach offiziellen Check out. Die beschränke Auswahl im Restaurant beim Frühstück sowie anderen Mahlzeiten (Mittag- und Abessen). Ich fand es besonders schade, dass die kulinarische Auswahl weniger balinesisches war. Wobei jedes Essen, was ich gegessen habe auf seine Weise sehr gut war!

Loved the choice to eat either by the Villa or in the main restaurant area of the resort. The pool being steps from the door was fab! The resort itself is a short walk from the shops and boardwalk in Sanur. Minibar prices were very fair and not much more expensive than the local convenience store for a cold Bintang! We were travelling with our toddler and they were all so accommodating, especially at breakfast time.

• Melissa (9/5): Beautiful boutique retreat with exceptional attention to detail and genuinely warm, attentive staff - Klumpu Bali Resort is a beautiful small resort with an incredible focus on attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, the staff truly went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble, and we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The à la carte breakfast was outstanding, with fresh fruit and juices each morning, and the evening chocolates were a delightful and thoughtful surprise. The bungalows are quite unique in design, cute yet very functional, they comfortably accommodated our family of five. The attention to detail was exceptional, from fresh pool towels and sunscreen in the rooms to well-thought-out amenities that made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The free bicycles were a highlight for our family. We loved cycling along the Sanur beachfront and out to the shopping strip. It was a quick and easy ride to Icon Mall and down to the beach for the many activities on offer. While the resort isn’t directly on the beach, it is very accessible. The lagoon pool is incredibly tranquil and a place where you could easily spend the entire day relaxing. The food and drinks were delicious, and the airport shuttle was very convenient. With extra touches like complimentary massages, we truly felt looked after and would recommend this resort.

All the little extra touches were there - free sunscreen, after sun, mosquito repellent etc. A lovely fruit basket on arrival. The garden with the pool is small but peaceful. Staff were so helpful and friendly! This hotel is too small in my opinion to not be an adults only hotel. When there are kids playing in the pool there is nowhere calm to not hear noise, not even inside your own room.

• Brigitte (9/5): - Klein aber fein top Lage alles fussläufig erreichbar und doch sehr ruhig. Die Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet und sehr sauber. Die Villen im balinesischen Stil gestaltet und sehr schön. Frühstück reichhaltig und grosse Auswahl können wir nur empfehlen.

Die Anlage und Zimmer sind hochwertigst ausgestattet - weit über dem Standard in dieser Klasse. Personal kümmert sich überdurchschnittlich um die Gäste. Speisenangebot ist toll. Im Zimmer frische Blumen und ein Obstkorb! der Aufenthalt war zu schnell vorbei aber das lag ja an meiner Buchung😌

• Kate (10/5): Absolutely sensational complex with no improvements to be made! Would return for sure. - Everything! This was a last minute booking after we had issues at another venue and needed to move. I honestly think this is the best complex I have ever stayed in. The focus is so evidently on optimum customer experience with a low volume of places. From the welcome drinks and cold flannels on arrival to the ability to have room service for breakfast, the daily visits for delivery of little chocolates in the evening and water to the sheer quality of the staff from reception to the masseuses to the house keeping. The whole place is wonderful and I couldn’t improve on it at all! Nothing!

• Katherine (10/5): - Lovely little hotel with a lot of nice touches. It was the most expensive of all of our stays, but maybe this is because it's Sanur.
• Paolo (10/5): Wunderbar, inmitten vieler Pflanzen - Seist ein kleines Hotel, das sehr gut unterhalten wird. Es hat viele Pflanzen. Man übernachtet in nachgebauten Reishäusern. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das Empfangspersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Meer geht über löchrige Strassen und Trottoirs. Dies liegt aber nicht in der Verantwortung des Hotels.

• alecia (8/5): Great stay in a small quiet resort with all rooms pool side. - Small resort, which helped make it feel secluded and not overcrowded, great location not too far from Sanur beach and access to lots of restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and very accommodating, rooms were kept clean with house keeping a couple times a day, laundry service was great when travelling as a family and clothes were returned very clean and flat ironed. A lot of chlorine in the pool which irritated your skin quite quickly, limited food options on the menu.
• Soraya (9/5): Fantastisch! - Het personeel wat super vriendelijk en deed er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken . Het onvangst was super warm. We kregen een gratis massage van 15minuten. Wij hadden een huisje met boven verdieping. Echt prachtig! Het resort is heerlijk rustig. Ik zou het zelf niet aanbevelen voor kinderen. Dan is het wat saai denk ik. Heerlijk douche met goede straal. Van alles aanwezig qua douchegel, zonnebrand, aftersun, zelfs tandenborstels Elke dag om 16uur was een afternoon tea en werd je verwend met thee/koffie en wat lekkers. Elke dag werd er vers fruit gebracht en een doosje chocolade. Er is een goede gevulde mini bar waar je tegen betaling drinken en wat lekkers kan pakken. Water mag je de hele dag door gratis pakken. Je mocht gratis gebruik maken van de in grote hoeveelheid aanwezige fietsen. Het ontbijt is echt Zaaaalig! Mijn zus was jarig en werd verwend met een heerlijke chocalade taart en er werd zelfs voor haar gezongen! Bij een kleine klacht werd dit gelijk opgelost en bood men excuses aan. Bij het uitchecken mochten we voor onze vlucht nog gebruik maken van een douche. Misschien een droogrek om je natte badkleding op te hangen op de veranda
• Amanda (10/5): The most lovely tranquil oasis to spend a few days. - Absolutely beautiful. Immaculate. Stunning gardens and a beautiful villa. My teenage son was in heaven in the upstairs loft. The beds were comfortable, the sheets and towels fresh and clean and the bathroom spotless. The air conditioning was perfect and the pool was just delightful. The staff were so lovely and the food was delicious. Not a single thing.

• Stephanie (9/5): Eine ruhig gelege Oase um Sanur zu entdecken. - Das ganze Resort ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Das Bad hat auf Grund der Feuchtigkeit etwas gemuffelt.
