I will book it again if , I come back to Naples .. - Clean , comfortable , near all attraction , near the train station , the owner was lovely and helpful Using internet to accesses to the building and room also you need to have internt so our eyes were on charge our mobile phone may be our age not good for IT for young will be much easy.
Christine (10/5): Comme à la maison ! - Gino est sensationnel, il accueille chaleureusement et prodigue de nombreux conseils. Loger ici est très stratégique : proche du site archéologique, de la cathédrale, des gares, du centre ville. De Pompéi il est facile de rejoindre Herculaneum, le Vésuve ou la côte amalfitaine. Beaucoup plus paisible que Naples. N'hésitez pas ! Choisissez B & B Eco. Rien, juste une petite remarque pour les personnes ayant un sommeil léger, il est préférable de choisir une chambre sur cour. Les chambres sur la via sacra donnent sur une très agréable terrasse avec une jolie vue sur la cathédrale et les restaurants très animés le soir. Notez que l'insonorisation est de bonne qualité donc le bruit est assourdi.

William (10/5): A perfect base from which to explore Pompei and Naples - highly recommended - The location was ideal, just a few minutes from each of Pompei's railway stations. Communication with Gino was very good and the instructions to enter the apartment were easy to follow. The twin room we had was a very good size and the whole premises was spotlessly clean, with the room being serviced daily. No complaints at all.

Ralf (9/5): Man möchte dieses B&B am liebsten gar nicht weiterverraten - ein wahrer Geheimtipp - Eine sehr zentral gelegene, saubere und modern ausgestattete Unterkunft. Es gibt auch eine Kaffeeküche für den Snack zwischendurch. Gino ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt auch einen Parkplatz auf dem Hof, die Einfahrt ist aber sehr „platzsparend“. Das typisch itanlienische Frühstück konnte man im Bistro nebenan einnehmen. Hier war das Angebot mit Kaffee und Croissant oder einem Pizzastück sehr übersichtlich.

The Pompei ruins are a stones throw away and the Pompeii Santuario train station is literally a 5 minute walk away - perfect for trips into Ercolano Scavi and Napoli. It can get a bit noisy outside with all of the restaurants on the street but just buy some ear plugs and you'll be absolutely fine

Friedrich (10/5): Tolles B&B in Pompei, würde ich sofort wieder buchen - Das B&B liegt hervorragend von den Bahnhöfen in Pompei entfernt. in ca. 2-5 Minuten sind Sie vom Bahnhof aus da. Man hat natürlich Geräusche von außen, da es in der Stadtmitte liegt. Aber sobald man die Fenster geschlossen hält ist es ruhig. Gino ist ein 100% engagierter Gastgeber, der einen mit absoluter Herzlichkeit empfängt. Ob frische Handtücher, Restaurant Empfehlungen oder ein Taxi; er ist immer zur Stelle. Ich kann das B&B uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde sofort wieder buchen wenn ich in Pompei bin.

Would recommend. - Host was lovely, nice to have a good balcony (if you ignore the Napoli flag - imo should have been Chelsea 🤭), clear understanding of coffee needs, good location, comfortable beds, reasonably priced mini bar, range of charging points. Stairs (though Gino helped, thankfully). We missed breakfast on first two days (our choice) but on last day one member of staff in the cafe was happy to take our breakfast card whilst saying we were too late. Others did offer breakfast when we went inside to check we didn’t owe anything, but by then we had to leave. Tbh, since the cafe is open all day, there was not a good reason to quibble about the time.

It consisted of one croissant and one cup of coffee. Way below the standards of other places I’ve stayed.

Cathryn (10/5): Our stay in Eco b&b was perfect from start to finish and such a good base to visit pompei ruins and experience authe - We had a lovely room with a balcony , spotlessly clean and spacious , comfy bed and plenty of fresh towels . There was a well stocked mini bar and a selection of snacks too. We had a lovely welcome from Gino ,a perfect host and very friendly ,he had good suggestions on places to eat and various sightseeing trips that could be booked, he also sent messages before we arrived and gave details on which trains to catch and directions to the property which is 5 minutes from the station and is in a lovely area, we loved our time there and will definitely return . There was nothing to dislike , it was perfect

Our host, Gino, went out of his way to accomodate us (even with an extremely late check-in due to a late plane). He provided us with lots of valuable information regarding food, attractions and the best ways to travel in the area. The location is prime, with very good restaurants literally outside the door. Even with great nighttime entertainment possibilities within walking distance, quiet times on the balcony are possible. We loved it and are already looking forward to visiting Pompei and Gino again. And the free parking was so helpful as well as having air conditioner. The staff were very nice too. Breakfast is advertised and the photos of breakfast are really appetizing, but we didn't get any breakfast while we were there for three days, even after we asked about it.

Jätte bra läge gång avstånd till allt. Värm rekommenderars. Frukosten var i coffer jämte huset. Man fick välja bulle eller pizza bit o valfri coffe. Som va ingår i boendet.

The street below is one of the more lively streets of Pompei at night. Great restaurants and bars all around. I think we didn't stay long enough. The town is very clean, the food is great and the locals are friendly.

Michael (10/5): - Wir waren 5 Tage zu Gast im B&B Eco und waren sehr zufrieden. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten und erst Nachts ankamen, stellte uns Gino, der Gastgeber, dankenswerterweise spontan seinen Pakplatz im Innenhof zur Verfügung. Alles klappte reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Wir starteten jeden Tag sehr früh und kamen erst spät wieder zurück aber wir waren ständig mit Gino per WhatsApp in Kontakt. Frühstück gab's mit Gutscheinen im Cafe nebenan. Der Kaffee und auch die Süßspeisen waren echt lecker. Pompei selbst ist auch sehr nett. Jede Menge Restaurants und eine schöne Einkaufsstraße samt großer Kirche. Und man ist zu Fuß schnell von der Unterkunft beim Eingang des Archäologischen Parks (Eingang Amphitheater). Gino stand uns bei jedem Anliegen sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal und ganz liebe Grüße. Wir können das B&B Eco in Pompei auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Dale (9/5): I would recommend this hotel to any and all travelers. - The hotel is situated perfectly for travelers, it is close to the Excavation site, the street has many choices for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are options for those who like to go out in the evening for drinks. The hotel is close to the train station so arriving and leaving was just a short walk to the station. The room was clean and spacious, we had a balcony which was nice to sit outside in the morning and evening. The staff was professional and very helpful. The shower is small for a larger person but overall an excellent stay.

Ron (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed one night, walking distance to everything, especially the train station. There is an amazing deli right downstairs. The owner met us on site and provided clear info about the B & B. Coffee and Croissant in the am was delicious.
Aila (8/5): Very good - Good location for visiting the excavations and making trips by train (Naples, Herculaneum etc.). Friendly and helpful host. Special thanks for his very quick reaction to the little problem that occurred in the room: all was fixed within a couple of hours! The common kitchen area with fridge allowed us to complete the Italian breakfast to our "Nordic" taste.

Jamie (8/5): Excellent staff conveniently located lots of restaurants within seconds - The staff went above and beyond to secure us a taxi; stored luggage for 30 minutes while we waited for our transportation to our next destination. Not a complaint just acknowledging that the apartment is on a very active street with music playing until very late (1am)followed by street cleaner? at 4am.
Isabella (10/5): Excellent B&B, would stay there again! - Great location and excellent host! It’s incredibly loud outside of the property at night. Not a problem for us but important to note for those who might be light sleepers.
Paola (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage - Die Lage des Eco B&B ist super, nur 200m vom Bahnhof FS oder 250m von der Haltestelle Pompei Basilica der Transvesuviana. Zum ersten Eingang von Pompei Scavi sind es ca. 600m (es gibt mehrere Eingänge, zum letzten Eingang Marina Superiore und zum Bahnhof der Transvesuviana Villa dei Misteri muss man ca. 2 km laufen). Das Zimmer ist schön, mit viel Platz, einen kleinen Kühlschrank und TV an der Wand. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon (es gibt 2 Zimmer mit Balkon und 2 Zimmer ohne Balkon). Die zwei Zimmer mit Balkon sind abends ein wenig laut, da es auf der Hauptstraße bis spät mit lauter Musik gefeiert wird (mindestens bis 1:00 Uhr nachts). Wenn Sie lärmempfindlich sind, würde ich die zwei Zimmer ohne Balkon empfehlen, mit Fenster Richtung Innenhof. Es gibt auch eine gemeinsame Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, kostenlosem Kaffee und Wasserkocher. Frühstück wird im Cafe nebenan serviert (Kaffee und Croissant). Der Besitzer ist sehr nett, die Kommunimation auf What's App hat gut funktioniert. Vielen Dank, ich hatte eine schöne Zeit in Pompei!

Louise (1/5): Bad - Location is above a nightclub, we stayed across Easter and were told that this was the reason for the excessive noise, but we had no sleep for the stay. Owner called the police on second night, which did stop the noise, and moved us to another (smaller and no balcony / view) room - but noise issue remained. Room was a nice size, clean, and handy for train / Pompei etc.. and i'm sure there isn't noise to 2/3am every day, but for our stay i'm afraid there was.
jennifer (8/5): - The bed was a bit hard, but the hotel is located about a 2 min walk to the train station and it is less than 5 minutes walking to the archaeological park. The staff was excellent and manager communicated with us via text and messaging to make sure check in was smooth. Breakfast was a choice of coffee and a delicious pastry from the cafe next door. Overall, it was a great stay.
Alicia (9/5): Very nice b&b in the heart of Pompei - The b&b is in a great location right on a busy Main Street in modern Pompei. The balconies in the rooms have a wonderful view of the town and cathedral in the main square. There are many good restaurants and bars within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The host, Gino, is very friendly and welcoming and offers a lot of great tips for places to eat and other activities in the town. He was also very helpful with our parking situation which we really appreciated. It is dog friendly, though you will be asked not to leave the dogs in the room by themselves or to let them on the bed - which was fine for us since most places in the town are dog friendly (even the restaurants will let them in). I definitely recommend staying here when visiting Pompei! There was nothing I didn’t like. The only thing to keep in mind is the check-in cut off time is 6pm, which can be quite early if you are trying to get there after work as I was, or if you arrive on a later flight. Gino was accommodating for this, however, and met us at 9pm even despite some misunderstandings. I think the b&b would benefit from extending the check-in hours. The breakfast is basic, a croissant and coffee from the bar nearby, and could be a bit better. The noise from the street can be quite loud with the bars and clubs - just something to consider if you are a light sleeper.

Zoe (8/5): Great location - The host Gino was great and really helpful.the place was clean and tidy.great location not far to train station or entrance to Pompeii. Only downside which is not Gino fault. as it overlooked a busy street at night the noise would keep you awake or found hard to get to sleep.

Jekaterina (5/5): Passable - Close to Pompeii entrance Host was friendly and very helpful Good mattresses Pillows were awful, there was one normal pillow in a wardrobe but without pillow case provided. First thing we noticed after cheking in was previous visitors hair in the shower, also had to clean the toilet from someone's dry poop. Noticed under the bed someone's cut off nail. Very noisy outside especially during friday night, people party outside all night and then streets get cleaned by a very loud machine. I woke up at 1 am because of loud noises and I was wearing earplugs during the sleep. The ventilation in the bathroom makes weird loud noise as soon as you turn on the light.

Raluca (2/5): not great to be honest,couldn't wait to leave - I guess it was near restaurants and not quite where the loudest part of town seemed to be; also near the station, but it was not clear which one, so we ended up far away when we arrived. It was ... creepy - accessible via a high staircase which is not useful when you have luggage and it's 36 degrees outside, via a back alley kind of thing and it just didn't feel safe to be there even if the door was locked. You felt you could easily be followed and nobody would hear.

Verified traveler (8/5): - Great economy accommodation close to the south entrance of the Pompeii archaeological site. Close to both train stations. Gino and Alessandro were most helpful and sorted out a couple of minor problems we had with heating and towels very quickly. Gino was very helpful and kind. Good place to be based if you want to climb Vesuvius, which we did on one day following the trail to the "Inferno Valley" from Ottaviano. Eco B&B was clean and staff were friendly. We recommend!
