• Isabelle (10/5): - Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeitende war unglaublich freundlich und herzlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Lage ist ideal, um Chiang Mai zu erkunden. Restaurants, ein 7-Eleven sowie ein gut ausgestattetes Gym sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der North Gate Jazz Co-Op ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geräumig und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Besonders aufmerksam fand ich die kleinen Details – zum Beispiel die kleine Snackbox im Zimmer. Solche Kleinigkeiten machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Man merkt wirklich, dass viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich Gäste wohlfühlen. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich nach Chiang Mai zurückkomme.

• Elena (10/5): Perfecto - Es un precioso hotel familiar con una ubicación perfecta para conocer Chiang Mai. La atención fue excelente, el personal es muy amable. Un hotel muy cómodo, bonito, y super limpio. Lo recomiendo.
• Jen (10/5): Great location and great staff. - The location was great. It's right at the north gate so easy to get around or for a grab to come get you. Staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. They are on site until 6pm and then there is a lovely older man who stays as security overnight in case anything is needed. Upon arrival, they already had the AC in my room started knowing I was on my way and it was super hot out, showed me a map around town, gave advice on things to do and where to go. They also were proactive in notifying guests about things out of their control and providing solutions. There was some construction behind my room that they were worried about and they provided me with earplugs in my room in case it was needed (I didn't) and offered masks on this one day there were fumes outside (rooms not affected). The room was also stocked with water and welcome snacks which was lovely. Also, I was fully participating in Songkran so didn't mind but I appreciated that they sent communication to guests through booking to let us know about the impacts of Songkran in front of the building. It's little things like this that make a great stay. There are also 2 cafes right out front which was convenient for the mornings I had early starts for tours. If I'm ever back in Chiang Mai I would absolutely stay again. I was pretty happy with everything! I would say there aren't elevators to get upstairs though so may not be the best for those with mobility issues.

• Hyacinth (10/5): Uitstekend - Waar moet ik beginnen. Wij hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad bij Le Canal Boutique house. Ten eerste werden wij heel warm ontvangen door de receptionist. Hij legde ons alles goed uit en gaf veel tips over Chiang Mai. Het is een familie bedrijf en dat voel je aan alles. De gastvrijheid, de vriendelijkheid en de zorgzaamheid. Elke dag werden we vriendelijk begroet en een kort praatje over onze dag en eventueel meer tips of de gelegenheid om vragen te stellen. Beneden bij het hotel zit het intown cafe waar je heerlijke koffie kunt krijgen en ontbijten voor redelijke prijzen en uitstekende service. Le Canal Boutique House zit dichtbij de sunday night market en dat was echt een leuke ervaring! De ligging is goed. Je bent op loopafstand van leuke restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. De kamers werden goed schoon gehouden en je kunt gebruik maken van de gezamenlijke woonkamer. Dit hebben wij als zeer prettig ervaren. Wij kwamen erg vroeg aan in Chiang Mai omdat we met de nachttrein waren gekomen en zouden pas 2 uur kunnen inchecken maar omdat de andere gasten eerder waren uitgecheckt heeft het personeel de kamer zo snel mogelijk in orde gemaakt zodat we konden uitrusten. Dat was erg lief! Wij komen zeker terug. Het is een fantastische ervaring dat je ergens kunt verblijven wat voelt als een thuis . Alles was naar wens :)

Das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich nett, hilfsbereit und auskunftsfreudig! Nichts war zu viel und wir wurden immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Es war sehr familiär. Die Lage in Chiang Mai ist toll, so dass man die Altstadt fußläufig erkunden kann. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, dort ein Zimmer zu buchen!

Easy step out your door for some lovely cafes and bars or jump in a tuk tuk and head off to view some fantastic temples. • Elif (9/5): Very Good Experience - I had a really lovely stay here. The room and overall atmosphere of the hotel were beautiful and very comfortable. There are also two nice cafés/restaurants downstairs where you can have breakfast or grab a meal, which was super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is great as well, it’s close to many beautiful temples, and it was easy to get to other key spots around the city. Plus, there’s an amazing jazz bar just a minute away, which was such a nice bonus. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.

They offer scooter rental for 400THB. Room was comfortable and very clean, its close to the road so you can hear cars and scooters driving, but hotel supplies you with earplugs.

Heel veel info, super behulpzaam, elke dag water in de koelkast, snoepjes en snacks op de kamer + gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Aan het hotel zijn 2 gezellig ontbijt zaakjes. Niets, we bevelen deze plek heel erg aan!

Even though next to a somewhat busy road noise was not an issue in the room. Also liked the fact that there were some TV channels in English Limited storage for clothing etc. There was a lounge for guests. It would be nice to have a microwave available for reheating food.

The staff were able to source a driver for days out and they were very friendly and helpful. There were one or two niggles with the room, which got sorted.

• Chiesa (10/5): Un soggiorno molto piacevole, con uno staff davvero accogliente e una posizione perfetta per visitare la città. - La posizione è ottima, proprio in centro. Lo staff alla reception è estremamente gentile e disponibile e ti fa sentire subito a casa. All’ingresso ci sono due piccoli bar dove le persone sono molto cordiali e preparano colazioni davvero spettacolari. La camera che abbiamo scelto è piccolina ma ha tutto il necessario e l’aria condizionata funziona perfettamente. La camera è un po’ piccola, ma per il resto è tutto molto funzionale e confortevole.

Beaucoup de temples superbes. - Petit hôtel familial en bordure de canal autour de la vieille ville (porte Nord), très bien placé malgré la proximité de la route (donc un peu de bruits), restaurants aux alentours, quartiers du centre de la vieille ville très proches. Le personnel est très accueillant et très sympathique. La chambre est petite mais offre tout le confort utile. Bonne connexion Internet. Nous avons pu faire le "check out" à 18 h en payant une compensation pour la chambre au-delà des horaires prévus
• Joshua (8/5): Great place to chill on the north side of town - The property was nice and there are two cafes right near the entrance. The location is kind of away from some of the bigger attractions, so you don't have as much chaos as you'd have near Thaphae Gate. Man, I would have loved an elevator. I was on the 3rd floor and walking those steps like 10 times a day got to me. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Wir bekamen jeden Tag zwei Flaschen Wasser und neue Handtücher. Direkt vor dem Hotel sind zwei Restaurants, in denen man auch frühstücken kann. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr guten Aufenthalt! Es ist etwas hellhörig.

They quickly offered to store our luggage and allowed us to leave our bags after check-out. Any questions we had about getting around, which transport to take, prices, or other decisions, they helped us immediately and made everything so easy. They even took the time when we arrived to explain the area, what to see, what to avoid, and gave us many useful tips and conveniences. We truly appreciated the warm and personal treatment throughout our stay. The location is excellent, close to everything we wanted to see and do, making it very convenient. The rooms were comfortable and clean, very good considering the price. Overall, a great value and a fantastic experience – we would highly recommend this hotel!

Oh and I guarantee there will be a next tr - The location was in the old town, walkable and every night there was a food street market across the street. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has two little cafes attached with great meals throughout the day and seating. They also had a little living area that you could sit in and read. Rooms were standard, beds were comfy and they provided ear plugs as it’s on a busy street and can hear traffic at times. It was also an easy location for tour guides to find for tours. The traffic can get hectic and loud which didn’t bother me but might annoy others.

• ERIKA (10/5): - はじめてのチェンマイの宿泊先としてベストでした。 まず、スタッフの感じがいい。 私はチェンマイに到着したときロストバゲージしてしまって疲れ切っていました。予定の時間よりも大分遅いチェックインになりましたが、スタッフの方は笑顔で優しく迎えてくれて、本当に安心できました。滞在中もみなさん笑顔であいさつしてくれました。言葉がほとんどできないわたしに難しい顔をせず常に親切な対応をしてもらいました。 そして、立地もとてもいい。旧市街を歩いて見てまわるのに便利で、わかりやすい。近くにセブンイレブンやナイトマーケットがある。 部屋も問題なくきれい。 問題があるとしたら、大きな道路に面してるのと近くのバー？がたまにさわいでるので、そういう騒音だけは問題かもしれない。でも宿は耳栓を用意するなど対応している。これは宿の問題とは感じない。

• Juri (10/5): Wonderful! - This was our favorite stay in Thailand, and we stayed at different places over three weeks! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. So many bright smiles on their faces all day long. The room is clean and has everything you need. What I was really impressed by was the centrality of the place. You're really in the middle of the city, and yet it is fairly quiet at night, something that was really important for me. Again, of all the places, this was our favorite. And when we make it to Chiang Mai again, we'll be sure to stay here again. Ten out of ten, would warmly recommend.

Aus dem Abfluss/ dem Bad kommt andauernd ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch von Kloake, der durch das ganze Zimmer gezogen ist - wenn das beseitigt wird, ist alles super. Nachts kann es etwas laut werden, durch die Straße.

They provided a bag of snacks and bottles of water every time they cleaned the room. The location is great. It's located close to many cafes, a 7-eleven, and laundromat. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The bed was a bit firm for my liking. The hotel is located on a busy street and there is construction behind the hotel so there is constant noise, but the hotel provides ear plugs to help.

• Sofie (10/5): - Very cozy and clean hotel, nice rooms with great bathrooms :) also very good location at the canal. We want to especially thank our receptionist Mine, who really went out of his way to help ☺️there was also a very friendly security guard during the night hours. Nothing really to complain!
