Guest Reviews
- Valento mascarenhas (2/5): - Nothing at all the owner dident even recognise our booking we were knocking to get the door open so some one could acknowledge our arrival.
The rude lady was so bad to us as if she disliked us in the first glimpse and the rooms.were sham we refused to stay it looked so un safe .
- Stephanie (2/5): - Rooms are a disgrace, no towels in room and room dirty . Wouldn’t even take a photo due to embarrassment
- Verified traveler (2/5): - False advertisement. Room was disgusting. Taps didn’t work to wash and shower or mouldy
- ralph (8/5): - cheap and cheerful very cheap to rent
- Zoe (6/5): Great location to amenities and friendly staff - 2 nights with bf n daughter we arrived to a lovely friendly lady that run the hotel. we paid a £50 damages deposit we got bk the day we left we paid £20 for parking for two days
Good points the lady running this hotel is hardworking doing everything she still manages to smile after working long hours her partner was also friendly and kind. There a pub downstairs with pool tables so something to do in evening if you don’t want to venture out. The room was clean and spacious for our needs hot running water heating in the room. It was reasonably decorated it was somewhere to lay our heads after a day out of exploring. The biggest advantage is this hotel is right next to pleasure beach amusement shops and beach the airport is literally a 5 minute drive from hotel. So a great base.
Now for the disadvantages there wasn’t any towels but we always pack our own anyways so not a problem. Some of the guest are inconsiderate and loud early hours in the morning which affected our sleep we were also witness to a domestic incident and functioned on 1 hours sleep but I’d like to make it clear it was no fault of the hotel just the people staying there the guy for security was quick to act and police called I felt awful for the lady running it as the room was damaged due to these inconsiderate people. This hotel lovely due to staff location but is let down by some of the undesirables allowed to stay here. That why a 50 deposit is needed. I will be returning again in summer due to location
- Zoe (2/5): - I wouldn’t know as I didn’t have the opportunity to stay after the manager requested me to contact him to say he couldn’t accommodate my stay but yet proceeded to charge for the inconvenience and was exceptionally rude over the phone to me
- Verified traveler (10/5): Abuse owners the lady - The room was terrible shower only worked when put tap on in the sink as I complained they called the police and no money refunded do not go to this hotel
- David (2/5): Dirty - Rough as , don’t even think they changed the sheets from the previous people , stains and hairs in the bed urrrrrr , paid £95 room only for the privilege maybe last resort and max £10
- David (10/5): Nice hotel , great location 👍 - Enjoyed my stay , been there a couple of time before and i’ll be going back .
- Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel close to the beach - Blackpool was very good never been before so really enjoyed the experience. Only stayed for a weekend but next time would defiantly be staying for a week as there is so much to do there and where I live in Portsmouth which is other side of the country was a rather long car journey but despite that will defiantly bring coming back again soon and will be recommending people to go.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel was located really close to pleasure beach and beach hotel was pleasant and good value parking was charged extra and had to be booked couldn’t get answer on phone when tried ringing to book parking and check in was before 6 pm which could have been a problem if we were delayed
- Amanda (10/5): Nice hotel close to town centre - Gorg hotel, couldn't fault it, lovely staff, children friendly..
- Verified traveler (6/5): Very basic but ok - This hotel is very basic but ok
No free drinking water only from the bathroom sink which I don't like.
The bar shuts very early
Breakfast was 9-9:3o
Seemed rushed to eat it
But very nice
Overall an ok hotel but beds not good
Location good
- Verified traveler (4/5): Booked one hotel that was closed?? - Booked Sinatra Hotel because of the location and price. On arrival was advised it was closed? Luckily, there was a room at another hotel around the corner, the Roker. After a long journey just wanted to relax rather than all this confusion. Eventually on arrival at the Roker was confusion at reception, where the booking from the other hotel didn't correspond. My daughter was extremely upset that she was harassed for payment. The following day this was clarified and all was sorted out, but had left an impact on the visit as she felt intimidated with the thought of being kicked out of room for non payment. Never received an email to explain the change of alternative accommodation. When did challlenge and air my grievance was advised "to stop moaning you nag" from the owner of Sinatra. Thought this was totally unprofessional
- Sarah (8/5): Nice clean hotel with nice breakfast - Nice clean hotel and a good breakfast with a great host.
- benlw1994 (6/5): great location - Location was really good close to the pleasure beach which is basically what we wanted, room was small but it was good for a short stay.
