- Savitri (10/5): - Location! Easy access for wheelchair (my husband is disabled) with plenty of sidewalk. The ease of parking, checking in, and checking out. Staff are polite and helpful. The apartment is (surprisingly) very quite and sound proof with plenty of room to move around. Lots of great restaurants close by, walking distance and Uber eats approved. My husband has a Medical Marijuana Card, but it's not allowed to smoke in the apartment - even on the balcony. If that was allowed, this place would be perfect.

- Jeremy (2/5): The entire building is water damaged and moldy - The whole building is water damaged and moldy. I had a severe health reaction within an hour of check-in. Found visible mold behind the sofa and mildewed wall staining throughout the unit and in the hallways. I reported it immediately and vacated the property first thing the next morning. Management denied it and refused to offer a reasonable resolution. Three months later, we are in still in an active dispute process. Would absolutely not recommend.
- Steve (6/5): Great location but buildings are getting a little tired in places - Location is great just a 5 minute walk to the Miami Mover train and 10 minutes to central Brickell. Good safe parking area, We stopped here 2 years ago and it is just looking a bit tired in places with bits here and there needing maintenance. Really good size for a 1 bed apartment with 2 toilets. Handy pool in the main block and a nice roof terrace in block 2 the new Wi Fi was introduced while we were there and the internet tv and fire stick became very strong. lifts very fast and large. They changed the name from Roami to Habbitat residence while we were there Feb 26 so maybe things are changing. Our room safe was broken and the desk told us they were being removed which was a future concern, our bath had no working stopper and neither did the kitchen sinks, there were a lot of chipped floor tiles throughout the apartment. The room had 3 different lighting zones but clearly there had been an issue and even with 3 switches they only worked from one switch with all zones on or off together making it uncomfortable to watch tv at night without every light on. There was an awful chemical smell daily from both lifts that was quite overpowering.

- Mari (4/5): I would never book or stay at that hotel. - No breakfast, not the apartment I expected. I was very disappointed and I didn't feel like the apartment met my expectations. The bed, the entire apartment. It wasn't a place I would rent. It did not look clean, and it was a handicap apartment. The bed was lumpy. We were too tired to look for another place also we were dependent of ubers.

Nous avons bcp aimé et reviendrons ici si nous revenons à miami. Huile sel poivre sopalin, tout est présent ds l appartement et c est tres appréciable. Belle surface, top ! Le balcon qui donne sur l immeuble et est minuscule mais le roof top compense largement !

- María José (4/5): Pésimo, no volvería - La ubicación Nos dieron un apartamento q el baño era para minusválidos y fue un desastre porque no había sitio para poder dejar las cosas y a parte resbalaba muchísimo. Y estaba bastante mal, y los enchufes casi sueltos. Me queje pidiendo un cambio a ser posible al bloque nuevo o a otro q el baño fuese normal y me comentaron q era imposible q estaba lleno, cosa q me pareció fatal ya q yo lo tenía reservado y pagado desde el día 06/05/25 y los días q estuvimos allí vimos como entraba gente nueva y les daban alojamiento en donde yo solicité. Por esa parte muy mal!!. La calefacción hacía mucho ruido. Y los canales de la tele no había nada de habla hispana ni nada. Las indicaciones del plan de emergencia están en inglés, al menos lo podrían poner en varios idiomas, por si acaso. Tampoco había ningún tipo explicación si por ejemplo querías poner la lavadora, lavaplatos o secadora. Y ya por último, el día que llegamos el chico de recepción, tampoco nos ayudó mucho, porque solo nos dio las tarjetas y ya está.

- Abby (4/5): Disappointing at the least. - The apartment is in a good location. I booked and paid for a two bedroom apartment for myself and a colleague. What we were given was a one bedroom apartment with two double beds in the same room and a sofa bed in the living area. The advertising as shown in the picture illustrates that the two large double beds is in fact in two bedrooms but the booking confirmation is worded very vaguely, so at first glance it looks like you’ve secured a two-bedroom, but in reality, it does not clearly specify this, which feels misleading. I can't even cross check if an error was made my side as the booking email do not state what you actually selected. When we raised this at check-in, we were told the building was full and there was no option to move us that night. The only solution offered was to move us to a two-bedroom apartment the following day, which didn’t help the first night of our stay. My colleague was forced to sleep on a sofa bed that was uncomfortable and really dirty, which is not acceptable when a two-bedroom apartment was, I believe booked and paid for. There was no proactive communication after siggesting they move us to a two bedroom apartment the following day (not worth it for a two night stay), no apology, no compensation or refund offered and no real attempt to resolve the issue properly I want to stress that I am genuinely passionate about hospitality and know of its challenges so I do not leave negative reviews lightly at all. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of ownership or customer care is what made this disappointing. For that reason, I really think future guests should seriously consider alternative accommodation as this is very average and expensive for what it is. If you do wish to book, I would recommend: Being extremely clear about what you are actually booking Getting written confirmation of “two separate bedrooms and not relying on the description alone This could have been handled much better and I wouldn't stay again

- Juan (1/5): Mala - Solo la limpieza No funcionaba la piscina, nos enviaron a otro edificio que estaba al frente y no en la dirección que contratamos , cobraron parking por cada día , y encima reclamamos la devolución del dinero o reubicación y no nos dieron solución, obligándonos prácticamente a quedarnos ahí

- Emma (8/5): Great affordable apartment for families - The apartment was really spacious, we are a family of four so this was great. We were in the other tower across the street but it’s literally a few seconds to get to, not a problem The air conditioning unit in our apartment was old and in a cupboard. It was really loud. It sounded like it was going to take off! I am a very light sleeper but it was too hot to turn it off so I didn’t have the best sleep while I was there. My husband and children did though. We were in 1603. Just something to consider for other guests.

En revanche, il y a eu une confusion concernant l’emplacement : je pensais être directement sur Brickell Avenue, mais l’appartement est en réalité un peu en retrait. Heureusement que nous avions une voiture de location, sinon cela aurait été compliqué pour nos déplacements. Petit souci à l’arrivée : j’avais un tarif taxes comprises avec Booking, et on m’a demandé une balance de 75 $ sans explication. Après vérification, cette somme avait déjà été prélevée par Booking sans que j’en sois informé. Il a fallu plusieurs minutes de discussion pour éviter de payer ces 75 $ une seconde fois. Dommage pour cette mauvaise expérience à l’arrivée, mais l’hébergement lui-même reste correct. Manque de clarté sur une balance de 75$ prélevé sans explication une journée avant notre arrivée et redevoir payer cette somme dès notre arrivée et sans explication. Appartement trop éloigné de brickell avenue

- Jozsef (10/5): Megfelelő és felszerelt volt a szállás. - Nagyon szép volt a környék. Nem tartózkodtunk sokat a szálláson, de ennyi időre nekünk minden megfelelő volt.

- Florentino (8/5): Volveria de nuevo. - Buena ubicación. A 10 min. andando del centro de Brickell. Tiene un supermercado y zona de aparcamiento a menos de 5 min. andando. El precio del aparcamiento es de 40$/dia y alguna noche al llegar estaba lleno y tuve que aparcar mal. No deberian vender más plazas de las que disponen. Además de avisar que a escasos 5 minutos andando hay una zona de aparcamiento público gratuito junto a un supermercado.

La camera piena di polvere, ho spolverato io per poterci dormire senza starnutire in continuazione. Inoltre, la camera puzzava, non so definire di cosa, sembrava l'odore di gas dell'aria condizionata, ma proveniva dalle tende. L'odore ha anche impregnato i vestiti. Cucina dotata di poca attrezzatura.

The location was great with groceries, pharmacies, restaurants nearby. Could have provided room service to clean the apartment since we stayed for 4 days.

The fact that it costs 35 EUR per day extra is also not quite cool :( The one fact that really spoiled the experience was that they apparently had a data leak and my personal data got stolen - I was contacted my several scammers who knew my name, date of arrival etc. and were sending me malicious links. When I informed Roami team about it, I did not get any apologies etc, just an automated message “We were informed that some guests are receiving the links, please don’t click..”
