Guest Reviews
- Desiree (4/5): - First the good: shower was verygood, and location is so convenient.
The bad: it is very noisy. You can hear noises the entire night: people talking in the aisle, alarm clock from the other rooms, even sneezing from people in nearby rooms. Our room was very close to the reception. So, a lot of noises.
Espaço do quarto minúsculo. Banheiro bom.
- Felipe (6/5): - Perfect place to sleep if you have a flight in a few hours or next day.
- Francisco (10/5): - Excepcional
- Armand (6/5): - Stay if you must, but the room is absolutely tiny, the bunkbed mattresses are hard and you'll still hear nearby conversations after 11:30pm (bring earplugs). On the plus, it's very close to the airport Departures, the bathrooms are spacious and clean. Tips: the light switch is part of the lower bunk AC outlet; the GRU security queue can be huge.
- Camillo (8/5): - Very small rooms, but location is unbeatable
- Francisco (10/5): - Impecável
- brian (10/5): - exactly as expected
- Kevin (4/5): - This place charges so much for so little. I have stayed on a train where I had more room and an actual private restroom.
Less then 6' across, and the length of the bed. That's it.
My wife's review? "I'll NEVER stay in a place like this again! I'd rather sleep on the floor near our gate!"
- Dario (8/5): - In Terminal
Obrigada
- jorge (2/5): - Disaster first the facility is not inside airport transit area is outside
If you try to speak with them they didn’t speak English and nobody know nothing
I lost my reservation because nobody explain me that the hotel is outside. The person that answer my phone call, 4 times I called but she doesn’t speak english
- Vicente (10/5): Saving time while resting - A proper please to wait and relax while waiting for a connection flight
- kstraveler81 (2/5): Not good, try to book someplace else - We missed our last night connection in GRU and thus had to scramble to find a room for the night. There are two Fast Sleep “Hotels” in Guarulhos terminal 2. We accidentally went to the one at the far end of terminal two and they redirected us to the “hotel” we had booked at the other end of the terminal. Too bad as the first hotel appeared to be a little nicer.
To access our room on the second floor we traversed a very narrow hallway and up an equally narrow staircase to our tiny room while dragging our suitcases. There was a double bed with no mattress pad, just an unfitted bedsheet for a bottom sheet. The bed was rock hard. The width of the room was exactly one suitcase width from the bed, so we had to stack our two suitcases upon each other to fit in the room. Our bathroom was the tiniest bathroom we’ve ever seen. There was no ventilation or air conditioning in the windowless room, so the room was stuffy. Sleeping was nearly impossible due to the noise from the hall and adjacent rooms. All this pleasure at a cost of US$188 per night.
- JORGE TOMAS (6/5): - Average stay. Room
Located behind front desk, noisy.
- Natalia (2/5): - Horrible, a lot of noisy, couldn’t sleep at all. Too small
- Vania (2/5): Noite horrivel! Resultado, passei a noite acordado. Creio, deveria ter sido avisado do problema no momento do check-in.
- Darrell (8/5): - Very convenient since I had 12 hour layover and rechecking baggage was just a 30 second walk from hotel
- Carlos (8/5): - Internet didn't work and AC the same. Very nice shower, clean. Price at Hotels.com was one, but at the property, was more. Overall isso worthy when you have longer flights and need a few hours rest.
- Deisi (6/5): - Very noisy.
- Rene (10/5): - All good
- Joe (6/5): - Convenient for a long lay-over. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Clean rooms, and for LaTam connections, the check-in/baggage drop is literally right outside the door. Couldn’t be more convenient.
- Afonso (10/5): - Very convenient
- Lhais (2/5): - No towels for bathroom. Beds were way too small.
- Maria Gabriela (8/5): - This property is located in the arrivals level of terminal two. The property is very convenient to get a few hours sleep between flights. I can also shower. The only problem is that there are no signs around the airport directing you to the property. To confuse matters if you try and find it via GPS it is here to another property with the same name which is outside the airport about six minute drive from the airport. nobody in the airport could tell me that this property existed. They need signage and better instructions on how to get to the property.
- VERIDIANA (4/5): - I made my reservartion more than 3 months earlier because I don’t like inconvenience facts, but this hotel doesn’t have any worries to send me any notice about the incomplete payment, and inform that my reservation is not completed…just notice me on the check in time when I arrived from abroad…
It was very uncomfortable for me.
- Peter (10/5): - Convenient place to stay rather than leaving the airport when you just need sleep between long lay overs. Basic bed cubicle but that is all you need. Good value for money.
- ILSA (10/5): - To have a place to rest while we wait for our next flight (15 hours) was truly a blessing! The convenience of staying at the airport, not having to face the heavy traffic, it’s unbeatable! The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly. I recommend it!
- Doracy (10/5): - Small but perfect!
5 star for a airport hotel!
- Maria Carolina (4/5): - There was no bathroom
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good place to stay
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Windowless but perfect for catching a few hours of sleep and for showering after a 9 hour red eye flight and thena7 hour latover
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Rooms are too small and you can hear everything on the other side
- Raphael (8/5): t good for a ultra short stay - Asked to change the room, to a double bedroom, but wasn’t possible according to the receptionist. I was willing to pay the difference.
At night all the towels were in separate plastic bags, but in the morning was hanged on the wall, pretty confusing, to know if those towels were properly clean, especially with the current pandemic situation.
- Marina (8/5): - A little pricey. You end up paying mostly for the location. The room is very small but if it is just for some resting while waiting for your flight it is ok.
Staff is very friendly.
- CH (4/5): - It was great that was one floor away from airport departure. If you're exhausted and in a hurry go for it. But just know the "rooms" and ridiculously tiny, there's literally no room for yourself and your suitcases. There are no windows, the AC was not working, and I sincerely doubt this place complies with fire safety regulations (I can't image how a bunch of people would be able to scape form such a tight space should a fire break out)
- Roberto (4/5): - The hotel is very covenient, inside the airport and clean. The problem I have is with the price. They up-charged me with the excuse of currency exchange rate. What was agreed upon reservation on the internet was not what I paid. Bait and switch.
- John (8/5): Good for quick sleep between flights or ovr night. - It is very conveniently located in the airport and two of our layovers were overnight in Sampa. So it was nice not to have to catch shuttle late and catch one back very early in the morning. The rooms are small which is fine but the beds were pretty short. I’m 6’2” and wall to wall was maybe 6’6” so my feet were on the wall and had an inch or two of space at the head.
- Flavia (8/5): - Nice place for a short stay. It’s very clean and the location is great!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - everything was really nice and clean, the people were very happy
- Jillian (2/5): Bed bugs - Bed bugs ! The property had BED bugs. I was bit over ten times and my left food was almost swollen due to the bites !!! The walls are thing , bathrooms were always busy you could barely get in. Terrible
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I like the location of the property.
Although I was given 55USD on Expedia I paid more t the property
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It’s was really noisy the cleaning staff talking load at 1 am in the morning very annoying
- B (2/5): - My card was cloned during my check in at this facility!!! It was the only place at the airport that someone held my card for a few minutes. Thank goodness my bank blocked my credit card before too big of a damage!!! Keep
Your eyes on your card at all times!
- Alvaro A (8/5): per one night - it is good for the proposal. Poor location indication at the airport. It was difficult to find. Room is really small but enough to rest. Everything is clean. Bathroom is okay.
- Raphael (8/5): Worth it a quick Sleep - Its a nice hotel to sleep if you are really tired, or have a connection flight only on the following day.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I like everything. The room was clean, the bathroom too.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The price on my second stay, at my return, was 10 USD more expensive. It was unexpected and there was no explanation why the price incrse. Personnel was very helpful and friendly.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Place is nice enough for a quick snooze, but most important thing is that you do not get a unit by the door. You will hear every guest entering and checking in and even the baggage facility outside.
- Verified traveler (10/5): great capsule hotel - Place is great for an overnight before a flight. Booking through Hotels.com allows for a full 24 hour booking. Booking directly via their site is restricted to 8 hours stay only. Rooms are small, but comfy. Bathrooms are shared and showers are cleaned after they are used. Place was very quiet.
- Cindy (10/5): Sleep like a baby - After a flight cancelation until the next day as part of an international trip, we were thrilled to find this hotel in the airport. It was super easy to locate upon arrival in Sao Paolo and the staff was very friendly and helpful
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The receptionist was super helpful and kind. I made a mistake on my book and she was able to fix without any additional costs. Really halppy with the experience
- Verified traveler (4/5): Noisy hotel even with ear plugs provided - Cleaners made noise. Other guests made noise opening & closing doors. Hotel allowed guests to pack & unpack along corridors which added to the noise. Do NOT stay if you have option for a nearby hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It is supposed to be a place to rest between long connections but there are admitting families with children and they are creating a lot of noise. Rooms are too small but that is to be expected although they are very small.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - evrithing is ok.
very nois room and beth is also is very good
thnkyou
- walfrido (8/5): Small place, great solution - It's a small place, but if you can't left the airport is a great option.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The staff told me the hotel is accessible without going through customs which requires a Visa for Americans and others. This was completely untrue and I only learned this upon arrival, in contradiction to the assurances of the hotel staff before booking.
- Carlos (8/5): Brazilian convenience - This hotel is inside the Guarulhos International Airport in Sao Paulo. Extremely convenient for early flight departures. Rooms are very tight however. Suggest a suite for 2 even if you have just 1 person. That will entitle you to a private bathroom
- ANTONIO (10/5): - It was kind of small but useful. Kind of noisy. My reservation wasn’t on system by time I arrived.
- Dayana (8/5): - Very convenient, recommend it. Fills out quickly so book it in advance
- Andrew (10/5): - I had a 12hour layover in Sao Paulo. I found fast sleep online using Orbitz. I highly recommend Fast Sleep. Convenient and quiet. Located inside the Terminal. Be sure and make a reservation. The line was long when I arrived and seems they stay booked. I highly recommend.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is a great option if you don't want to deal with São Paulo traffic and have a long layover at Guarulhos. Just make sure to ask for a cabin towards the back; mine was near the front desk, so there was quite a bit of noise from people checking in, families yelling at each other down the hall, kids crying, etc.
- Lauren (8/5): - Very convenient. Left the domestic terminal with my luggage and walked over to the hotel. It's on the ground floor towards the outside. Nice to have a place to nap while on a long layover. Showers were adequate. Wish they had a little more toiletries like tooth paste. I lost mine and had to go wander the airport for some and come back when I was already tired. Temperature in the room was freezing cold which was hard coming out of the jungle. I'd stay again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Accesability is a plus. This place is very convenient
- Ronald (10/5): Very Convenient. - very convenient for travelers with long connecting flight from Sau Paolo to any other Brazil destination. The rooms are small but really that's all you need. i do not get those who give reviews complaining how small the rooms are. Of course they are small, it's literally inside the airport. :) Clean and the staff are friendly
- Colts (8/5): - For a few hours sleep it works, was a great location for our layover. Walls are thin, you hear everyone coming/going so wear ear plugs.
Only complaint was every shower was used and had to find someone to clean one at 4am.
The bunk bed room in tiny like everyone says so if have more than two large suitcases could be interesting.
- Jorge (2/5): - Terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay for long layovers! - I had a flight come in at 7pm and my connection left at 6am the following morning. This was the perfect option to have a place to sleep. Unless you book the suite, the romms are small. But they were clean and the bathrooms as well. That is the priority for me at least. Friendly and helpful staff. Difficult to find depending where your flight arrives from. But you ask a couple of people in the airport and can find it. Terminal 2, now I know!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Basic Sleeping Chamber - Easy to find within terminal 3 building, tiny sleeping chamber, basically a place to lay down, sleep and have a shower in between flights.
Super small (about 220cm x 130cm), no window, feels like a tiny prison cell (not that I ever been to one ;-) )
- Verified traveler (2/5): - My wife and I were awoken at 23:00 by jackhammer demolition directly above our room. When I called reception, the woman said that she had already called the airport staff and the noise would stop shortly. After 15 minutes I left our room and asked her how much longer until the noise would stop; she replied “soon”. I returned to our room. After another 30 minutes I left the room to find a security guard to help stop the noise. He said that it was not his responsibility and I would have to speak to the hotel to request the noise to stop. The jackhammering continued until 01:00. We were unable to fall asleep after all of the commotion. It was the worst hotel/hostel experience our our lives.
- Ethan (8/5): Ok but small - Very Small room but good stay. Central
- Verified traveler (8/5): - My friend and I had two long layovers in São Paolo and chose to stay here both times. It was great and just what we needed - a place to sleep and shower. The staff is very helpful. Only complaint is it's hard to find, but if you check out the airport map, ask around and keep an eye out, you'll find it!
- Michael (8/5): Nice place for a quick nap - Closet size rooms are a convenient place for a quick nap in Terminal 2 of Guarulhos Airport. Bring earplugs though; passengers coming and going all night long make quite a bit of noise.
- ml (6/5): basic - i only use this hotel beacause is inside of gru airport
- Verified traveler (6/5): for travelers - very good for in transit travelers , need renew rooms ,very small space
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good place to stay for a transit. Room is very good and is able to fit in 4 large luggages.
- Joe (2/5): Horrible, international entrance closed. - So we were getting in late so called ahead to arrange late check in, no problem. We finally find the entrance in the international terminal, we had no visas and it was locked. Finally found a phone to call and took them 1 hour to find someone to tell us sorry, we need to come out to the domestic terminal, we told them we can't , no visas. They said too bad.
Check their web site they still say they have an international entrance.
- Javier (6/5): Grate for one intra night inside the Airport - It's a minimum space place with a confirmable bed were you can rest between flights. The bathroom it's not inside the room but has a lot of bath on the facility that are always clean to be used some of them has showers.
- Verified traveler (10/5): The best idea ever to relax between flights - It was perfect to be able to relax before our next flight!
