Sabine (9/5): Ein wunderbarer Ort in den Bergen - Sehr freundliches Personal, freundlicher Empfang, ein Früchteteller mit Studentenfutter, Sogliopflegeprodukte, reichhaltiges Frühstüvksbuffet Ich habe einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, zum Tee machen, vermisst. Zum Teil waren die Wasserleitungen der anderen Zimmer sehr deutlich hörbar.

Alexandra (10/5): Fabulous small hotel in idyllic location. - Charming hotel in idyllic location. Attention to detail is amazing. Lovely staff, very clean, fabulous garden patio for eating out in the summer. Good transport links with bus stop outside and short walk to amenities in Sils Maria or to the lake to swim. Transport card for area included.

Стаята ми беше комфортна и чиста, с дървена облицовка и дървени мебели, с изглед към езерото Силс. Леглото беше много удобно. Обслужването беше отлично. Закуската и вечерята бяха много добри. Прекарах страхотна ваканция в този хотел. Препоръчвам хотела! Не е недостатък, но следва де да се има предвид, че стаите са без телевизор. Това е услуга, която се заплаща допълнително.

Maryann (10/5): Wonderful❣️We would not hesitate to comeback. - Beautiful charming hotel in a wonderful location. Asian chicken dinner was Ok but not as good as expected.
Jose (9/5): One-night stay in scenic Sils Maria - Easy to find (coming with the car). The hotel is at walking distance from everywhere and there are shuttles to the cable car (for those on skis). The hotel entrance, lounge and the bedroom are very cozy and welcoming, and there are many books available on the corridors and stairs for reading! The staff is very welcoming and I never had to wait to get attention, both at check-in and at breakfast. Breakfast is good, the choice is sufficient (unfortunately there were no croissants at 10:00 ... something I do dearly miss ;-) ). For me it is essential for a breakfast to have enough croissants also for late comers... (often they disappear very quickly from the buffet). A minor issue: The restaurant is only "a la carte" if one makes a reservation before something like 12:00. Because we checked in at 15:00, only the standard menu was available. Therefore we had to look for a different restaurant for the night. It was explained to us that this was so because most clients were staying on full pension, and thus there was rarely any demand for "a la carte" service. Note that there are no TV's in the bedroom, unless one specifically asks for them (for a price). That was not an issue for us as we hardly watch TV during holidays, but for customers who expect to have a TV included in the bedroom, this must be taken into account.
