The bathroom was smelling of urine on the floor and leaking The bathroom sliding door was not functional and made noise when trying to close or open, which was a hassle The aluminium window sliding unit was bent and didn't open or close.

Receptionist had attitude towards me . No telephone inside rooms I had to use my cellphone to call for assistance. No WiFi

During breakfast some guests were on their phones with the speaker on load. We had to.listen to their music. Movie TV channel - sound not working. Toilet sliding door was difficult to open - top rail was loose - cleaner staff said it was fine.

• Lloyd (4/5): Good value but with challenges. - Value for Money. Mostly quiet. Quality of fittings. Shower door broke. Staff missing from reception area.
• Sthembiso (5/5): Mbali who we found at the reception was extremely cold and unwelcoming. She saw us coming in and just ignored us and car - The property was easy to locate and offer what you pay for There is no lift and we had to use the stairs going up to our rooms. I understand it’s a one start accommodation but a little more can be provided like a dustbin in the room.

• Zanele (7/5): It was okay - The location of the property as well as the cost of it was reasonable. The noise at night from other people in other rooms, even in the passage you’ll hear noise. Also the staff personnel in the morning didn’t address the fact that she thought my booking didn’t include breakfast and when I showed her and she checked on her side she saw but never apologised for her mistake.
