At night, people from other unit/building can see what are you doing or wearing. 3.Water at water tap in main master bedroom is very slow 4.Shower handle is broken hence it so difficult to use shower without it 5.No dustbin in both bathroom to throw unused personal stuff. You have to use common dustbin

• kakarot (6/5): Nice condo in the city - Booked 2 condos. 1 condo was clean and nice but the other was dirty with stained moldy bed sheets, the water pressure was low and the toilet door broken.

• Steve (8/5): Good location, large but dated - I had a 3 bedroomed condo apartment on the 10th floor. The apartment was large and in addition to the 3 bedrooms (all double beds) it had a large lounge area with satellite TV, a dining area with table seating 6 and a kitchen. One of the bedrooms was with a large ensuite bathroom with a toilet, bath and shower, there was also a seperate 'wet' bathroom with shower and toilet. The kithchen had a fridge/freezer and large gas stove with an oven but lacked basic cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery. The decor and all the furniture was very dated with the sofas in the lounge heavily stained. The apartment needs to be renovated. It was advertised as having a waterfront view which it did have when first built but now a new shopping mall built in front of the complex blocks out that view. Overall it was adequate and very cheap for a place for 6 people. Of note, this company shares a similar name to that of the Resort at the same location which has the main ground floor normal reception area. BUT this condo was run by a company which has units in a different block and the check in has to be done in one of the condo units on the 5th floor of Block 2 of this complex. This is NOT explained in the booking itinerary. Also, the access to the block 2 has an electronic lock so you have to call the telephone number on the booking itinerary to get them to unlock the ground floor access door to be able to get to the check in unit on the 5th floor. None of this is explained in the booking!
• Lindsay (6/5): - Rooms were spacious and reasonably comfortable. Kitchen poorly equipped. No signage to indicate check in area. Cleanliness very low standard. Location was great. Wouldn't stay there again.
• John (2/5): Very Unprofessional Staff. STAY AWAY!!! - Arrived at the Marina Court Resort after a long hike at Mt Kinabalu only to be told that our unit "has some problem". So she offered to move us to a hotel room. I verified there are 6ppl in my party, as indicated on the reservation, so the room must be able to fit all of us. Upon hearing that, she put me on hold for a minute then said she'd put us in another condo at a different location. This means she was not ready to receive us because she should've arranged for a replacement unit in advance of our arrival. This also led us to suspect perhaps she thought we weren't coming that night and gave our unit away to another customer (we arrived late around 9.30pm but it was still before the check-in cutoff time of 11pm). Since we were exhausted, we accepted her offer. The replacement condo is located on the outskirt of the city, not walking distance to downtown KK which is our main reason for choosing Marina Court Resort. It also did not come with free WIFI, the unit was smaller than Marina Court unit and the kitchen was not fully equipped (I had stayed at Marina so I have baseline comparison). Finally, we almost did not make it to the airport on time. The other condo's staff messed up our taxi order; we asked for 6-passenger van but got a 4-passenger car. Due to its remote location, calling taxi requires 20min wait. Yes the taxi mishap is not entirely KK Marina Court's fault, however had we stayed in the heart of KK, calling taxis would've been fast. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
• Yian Nee (6/5): - not very satisfied as i need to change room every nite due to the room out of order.Both condo i stayed for two nite ,the master bedroom aircond was leaking and its make the carpet very smelly,as for another condo, also the master bedroom aircond broken,switch on whole nite but only warm air coming out.other then that,overall is still okay
• Chu (6/5): - Overall is not bad. But the water need to deeply service. Even thou already ask technician come to service but the water just heat awhile only. And please put some pail at toilet because not all children like to use shower flush.

• Verified traveler (2/5): cheap stay but really bad service - stayed there for four nights.. apartment was suffice for the price.. but service was so bad.. book with caution... room was not to same as pictured in the website.. firstly, before my trip, i emailed them to confirm my booking is secured. did not bother to reply my emails. i had to request help from hotel.com secondly upon arrival, i had to call them to get my room keys. my flight was in the late evening (10pm) and the reception had already closed (opens 9am - 7pm)... but i clearly have informed them early on this).. access to reception is only through a security key pass.. just to check in took me 30 - 45mins to get my apartment room keys.. thirdly, internet was not given, when i called again the same evening (11pm).. they said to call back tomorrow as they did not have the password.. the next day i went to the reception, and they gave me a internet/wi-fi box... only them did i have access to internet.. fourthly, the apartment details said they would have kitchen facilities.. i came in and found that there was no microwave.. when i asked for one, they did not have one... there was a stove.. but when i checked there was no gas cylinder... i had to request for one.. which only came after persistent asking.. fifth, the cleaner only came at specific time, say 12noon.. if you are still in the room, they would not come back... had to complain just to pick up the garbage and towel...
• KUO (2/5): My First Terrible Experience - This condo have many rooms, they one given to us with broken window, broken lock & door, felt like hunter house. Everything not function & felt terrible to stay in. when we request to change, they say all room fully booked & not available. The Condo representative offer us 50% discount if we stay here. No refund if we want to change or cancel room, we have 5 nights booking here. Luckily this hotel booked through my friend with experience in law. They help me to contact Hotels.com customer service and told them the true. With Hotels.com help, we manage to change to the room like showing in the photos provided and cancel all the other 4 nights will fully refund. With this bad experience, We will never never stay here again.
• Kinki (10/5): Nice and Well Hotel - The apartment is clean and beautiful, everything in the apartment are in good condition... will recommend it and looking for next stay...

• Muhamad (4/5): - The floor is a bit dusty and the furnitures are in bad conditions. The washroom's door also is in bad condition. There were water drop from our washroom's ceiling. The pillows were small, uncomfort and inadequate.
• Brian (8/5): Very Comfortable, Functional and Practical - We had an initial scare at check in when reception asked for a voucher, and were not prepared to give us a room without the voucher. Eventually a call to the agent's mobile saved the day, and the room was in fact ready for us. After that, things got better as the room was comfortable. The location is very central, and we found good food across the road at Fook Yuen. (the resort complex itself had no food outlet) Great shopping right across the road at Centrepoint. We enjoyed using both the pool and the gym. Just make sure you come prepared with a voucher or at least the booking agent's local phone number!
• Margaret (2/5): Not worth booking - The check in at the motel was difficult. The staff at the desk could not do the check in and requested money to call the owner of the room that had been booked. The key did not work and another was had to be retrieved which meant waiting another 10 - 15 minutes. The kitchen and bathroom were very dirty. The neighborhood was close to a shopping centre but the complex the room was in was not nice.
• Margaret (2/5): disgusting and sleaxy - The booking in was difficult and very suspect. The place was filthy and the place was totally misrepresented so much so that we left immediately while the woman ( not the original one who led us to the room ) was off trying to get us a key that worked.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Hope to have a clean room for stay. . - Overall is good for all the elements.. but the sofa and beds seems like have insects and louses that make us feel itchy and uncomfortable. This is the only factor that disappointed us, hope the cleanliness of the room can be better, because this made us have red dots on whole body, it is serious to take action to clean the room clean. Anyway, great to have a stay here and will be another stay soon .

• Verified traveler (8/5): Okay lahhhh... - Things we like during our stay: - the apartment is spacious and nicely furnished - got washing line to dry our laundry - close to the swimming pool - parking space reserved was not in the basement. (The basement is soooooo creepy even during the day) - bathroom is clean - the guy they send to fix the astro, the lights and get the key is very well mannered and helpful Things we dislike during our stay: - the bedrooms were dusty (i think because they moved the furniture not too long ago. And when i asked them to vacuum the place they didn't do as asked. In fact they only pick up the rubbish) - the water heater in the master bedroom was out of order - they only install astro after check in - no wifi as promised. We kept asking the person in charge to set up the wifi but were disappointed with how they responded to our request. Wifi were finally setup on our last day of stay! - the beds were about to collapse - next door neighbor's trash was so smelly and the smell can be smelled all the way to the elevator Overall, i would still want to stay at kk marina condos for a family vacation. I just hope they listen and do better.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Budget Quality Accomodation - Its clean apartment and might be suitable for families (budget accommodation). I always stay in hotels and it was first time i stayed in apartment and i really regret it because the quality of towels was too bad. In the ad, its mentioned that there is WIFI, but in reality that WIFI really sucks and you will be lucky to even open Facebook for one minute. If you are looking for budget accommodation, then its not bad place but please take your towels with you.
