• Andreas (10/5): Sehr gute Wahl für einen Städtetrip nach Porto - Ein sehr nettes Hotel in einer Seitenstraße direkt im Zentrum der Stadt. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, wobei es ein dichtes Netz an Stadtbussen und Metro gibt. Die historische Straßenbahn fährt nahe des Hotels ab. Für die Anreise kann man vom Flughafen den Bus oder die Metro nehmen und entscheidet so ob man bergab oder bergan zum Hotel gelangt. Das Zimmer hat eine angenehme Größe und ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine traditionelle Gaststätte mit hervorragender Küche und netter Bedienung. Hier wird man als Hausgast besonders höflich und herzlich bedient. Das Frühstück wird auch in diese Räumen serviert und ist hervorragend. Der Kaffee ist sehr gut in in vielen Variationen im Angebot. Uns hat besonders das umfangreiche Angebot an Brötchen und Croissants gefallen und die große Auswahl an frischem Obst die täglich wechselte. Ich möchte hier ausdrücklich auf das sehr nette und aufmerksame Personal im gesamten Haus hinweisen. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, und waren mit dieser Kombination sehr zufrieden. Es hat einmal geregnet ... :-)
• Simone (10/5): Super Hotel in bester Lage mit unglaublich nettem Gastgeber - Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel in bester Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer. Die Damen vom Housekeeping waren immer freundlich. Es war auch kein Problem, eine zweite Bettdecke zu bekommen. Das Frühstück war mehr als reichlich und qualitativ einwandfrei. Es gab eine große Auswahl von süßem und salzigem Gebäck, die legendären Pastel de Nata, Schinken/Käse und jeden Morgen eine große Schüssel mit geschnittenem Obst. Orangensaft, Kaffee/Tee und auf Wunsch Eier oder Joghurt. Und dann noch die Dachterrasse... Unser Lieblingspunkt für einen Aperitif, bevor es zum Abendessen ging. Das größte Highlight war aber der Manager Ricky, der sich mit so viel Hingabe, guten Tipps und einer großen Portion Humor um uns gekümmert hat. Haben selten einen so herzlichen und bemühten Gastgeber gehabt. Wir würden auch 15 Punkte vergeben, wenn das möglich wäre. Vielen Dank! Es war ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt für uns. Nichts

• Gatta (10/5): Una meraviglia - Consigliatissimo per chi vuole visitare Porto. La posizione é strategica per recarsi in ogni parte della città. Le camere seppur non grandissime, ben organizzate, confortevoli e arredate ottimamente, buoni gli impianti. La nostra in particolare aveva un bagno molto spazioso e comodo e una grande finestra sui tetti di porto e sulla Cattedrale. Colazione meravigliosa, abbondante, varia con una graditissima ciotola di frutta fresca, cornetti, panini e pastel de nata; salumi, formaggi, uova e tanto ancora che noi non abbiamo ordinato perché piuttosto sazi. Caffellatte e cappuccino molto buoni, ma in generale tutti i prodotti erano di ottima qualità oltre che un piacere per gli occhi. Ma il top del top é stato il servizio, sia in camera, sia in tavola con vettovaglie e tovagliato di ottima qualità. Un plauso in particolare al manager Riccardo, sempre sorridente e disponibile, oltre che molto professionale, é soprattutto una persona che ha a cuore il benessere dei suoi ospiti.

• Kate (10/5): Exceptional staff & accommodation - We arrived late to Alibi with 2 large boxes with our bikes in. We walked into the wine bar part of the hotel and were met by Joao who immediately helped us with our bikes and helped with carrying them to our room. For the rest of the evening he was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The wine was delicious. It happened to be my birthday and the manager of the restaurant very kindly brought me cake and a candle, a very considerate touch. Our room was at the front of the hotel and was very spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities, and a balcony overlooking the street. We ate at the restaurant at the back of the hotel the following evening and the food was exceptional. Breakfast was provided the next morning in the very attractive restaurant area. The woman serving the breakfast (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) again was incredibly friendly with an amazing smile & the breakfast was the best we had in Portugal.

La chambre A5 est assez petite mais suffisamment grande pour y dormir confortablement ! Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et d'une qualité exceptionnelle aussi 😉 Nous avons également décidé de dîner sur place, et les serveurs ont tous été souriants et courtois ! Nous nous sommes régalé et avons eu l'agréable surprise de bénéficier de 10% de réduction sur l'addition grâce au fait que nous étions clients de l'hôtel ! Accueil très chaleureux très apprécié 😊 La salle de bain est tellement grande qu'une 2e vasque pour pouvoir se laver à deux, serait un vrai plus ! Une des lampe de chevet ne s'allumait pas pendant notre séjour.

Está al lado del centro y el hombre de recepción muy atento. Además dejaron guardar las maletas antes y después del check. El único punto negativo, se escuchaba a otras habitaciones crujir y un poco el ruido del restaurante. Que también, es parte del sitio.

Unfortunately the room (room B1) did not match the description of what we’ve booked in terms of size and comfort. We had booked a room with balcony with view and we received a small room with a small terrace which was occupied by several AC units as well as the ventilation of the restaurants kitchen below. We complained to the staff and they handled the situation well and offered free breakfast for the remaining days and the option to change the room, but only for the last night, which wasn’t worth it.

We also appreciated getting a room with a city view, along with great local recommendations for landmarks and restaurants. The location is excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the shared terrace offers beautiful views to the city. There is also a restaurant downstairs.
• damla_k (9/5): Nice room at an excellent location - Very comfortable room at the heart of the city. There is a teras at the building that you can enjoy as well. The staff is very kind, they offer you free refreshments upon your arrival. The owner of the hotel explained how we should navigate through the city especially with the elevated areas and it was a game changer. I highly recommend you pay attention to their recommendations as they were all great. The room could be vacuumed a little bit better but apart from that everything was clean and great.

Ricky was so helpful and accommodating - sending us recommendations and helping with bags. He was the highlight. As well as the staff at the wine bar they were great. Gibson was delightful. Nothing.
