Guest Reviews
- michael (10/5): Best We've Found in Valladolid... - We loved our stay, and we would stay there again. We aren't familiar with all of the lodgings in Valladolid, but of the 3 we've tried, this one is the best.
- Alan (6/5): - My wife and I liked the setting and location but the bed was really firm!Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the manager was very friendly, spoke good English. The breakfasts were adequate.
- Albano (8/5): - Albergo vicino al centro di Valladolid. Pulito, buona colazione. Gentile lo staff.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel agradable sobre la calle más linda del lugar - Muy cómodo ...esta sobré la calle más linda de Valladolid...es un lugar tranquilo con buenas instalaciones.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - All great. The hotel is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is very basic but it has a good pool. It's like an oasis in the city.
- John Albert (8/5): great value no complaints - Great location, comfort, clean room with pool & good breakfast
- Verified traveler (10/5): תמורה מעולה לכסף - מלון מצויין
ארוחת בוקר מעולה
תמורה מעולה לכסף
- Alan (10/5): Pleasant hotel near the centre of town - We thoroughly liked this slightly quirky hotel. It is small and simple, but the rooms are a good size, and it is very good value.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Propreté - Hôtel très bien situé à quelque pas du centre de Valladolid......le personnel très acueuillant, le déjeûner est très bon avec beaucoup de choix.....!!
- Winifred (10/5): Wonderful small hotel - We loved this small hotel. It's a great location very close to the center of Valladolid, on a nice street. The pool is small but very clean and nice and on a 95-degree day, just what we needed to cool off. The room was large and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water, which we appreciated after traveling in the Yucatan where those things are not to be taken for granted. The bed was firm but very comfortable. You can turn on AC or just open the window and use the ceiling fan. Breakfast was great -- we had eggs cooked to order. The owner was very kind to us and allowed us to make an international call using his phone when we had an emergency at home. We rented bikes and rode to the cenotes just outside of town. Our favorite outing was to the ruins and cenote at Ek Balam. It's just half an hour away and not to be missed. Get there early to beat the heat.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - A comfortable hotel from which to conduct your exploration of the varies interests of the area.
- MARCO EFREN (8/5): Great location and relaxing stay - Definitely it's a good option for a quite pleasant stay with no luxory at all. The hotel is perfectly located at the heart of Valladolid City and very close to all interest sites. It's quite peaceful and relaxing. It has a decent pool if you want to swim a little and in general terms it's very nice.
Two bad points: 1) The bed is hard/no comfortable at all and the A/C doesn't cool up well. 2) if you go out and get back late night, it's very likely that you find the front gate closed, so you really have to knock strongly or give a call from your mobile to get an employee come open.
Anyway, I still recomend it for short stays.
- GEORGE W (10/5): Fantastic small boutique hotel in historic center - I highly recommend this fantastic small boutique hotel in the historic center of Valladolid, Mexico. Ten rooms, open plan with garden courtyards and pool, excellent complimentary breakfast (they will cook you pretty much anything you ask for). Near the main square, and at the cinco calles intersection, where the fifth road leads to the historic Sisal neighborhood. Chocolate factory/museum, and tequila museum very nearby, as well as the churches and monasteries in the squares. Great street food in the surrounding areas too.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Pleasant and very peaceful hotel, excellent value. - We were very happy with our stay here and thought it was very good value for money. Its location close to the town centre but on an attractive and quiet street was ideal.
- Verified traveler (6/5): clean, close city center, breakfast, but - clean, close to city center, decent breakfast, nice location but just for a couple of nights.
- Sandra (10/5): Tunich Beh was Wonderful - Tunich Beh was a welcome surprise. It is located on a quaint street (without a lot of traffic) in Valladolid, a short walk to the San Servacio Cathedral and plaza. There are many good restaurants close by. The hotel is lovely. We arrived to find a small parking lot right in the front, somewhat hidden from the street. The reception and breakfast area were very nice, followed by a garden with patios. Then guests proceed up a short flight of stairs to a pretty little swimming pool, lounge area, with the rooms surrounding it. Our room was large, boasting a king size bed, a little refrigerator, air conditioner, chairs, night tables, a sink area with closets, and a separate toilet and shower. Breakfast was included and very good. There were ham and cheese sandwiches on baguette, cereals, bread that you could toast, simple pastries, coffee or tea, and fruit. The staff will squeeze you fresh orange juice, and make eggs as you request. Some guests even ordered chilequiles. We were able to skip lunch with the amount of food that was served.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel close to the centre and ADO bus. - We really liked this place and shall return. It is quiet and service is good. The location is perfect.
- Verified traveler (8/5): solid budget option - Huge sized rooms and a reasonably size pool. Very well priced and unhurried yet attentive authentic small town service. Valladolid is a small intimate town which is a little confused, located close to ruins like Chichen Itza, Coba and Ek Balam and a number of awesome cenotes the town has a quaint colonial style to it but somehow just misses the sophistication of a Oaxaca. This hotel is a perfect reflection of Valladolid, it could be better if it were more sophisticated but it's gawky natural charm wins you over. They have bikes to hire which are perfect for exploring out to the cenotes. Breakfasts are frankly poor but I'd return and eat elsewhere.
- Yuliana (10/5): Very good surprise with this charming hotel! - The room is very clean and the King size bed is perfect. Very nice breakfast. The location is perfect. 1min (by walking) from the center. The staff is gentle and will give you good advices on what to do in the city and around it.
