• David (8/5): Wanted a base while waiting for a flight. - An 80s price for 80s decor. Things seemed to work ok. Good location and price. No safe, shower like tackling a writhing python. Interior shabby and dated.

• Patrik (10/5): Nice and simple hotel - good value for money - The location right in the middle of busy Sukhumvit is just perfect. 3 min walk to bus and train station. Restaurant and bars everywhere. Even so, the hotel is quiet. No music or traffic sound is heard a night. Hot water shower is fine, aircon is good. Bed is comfy. All is good!

• hitonza (6/5): - Местоположение, доступная цена, тишина, на ресепшене без проблем пустили гостью на час ко мне в номер. Номер был на 5м этаже в доме без лифта. В описании номера дважды указано, что есть сейф, а по факту сейф есть только на ресепшене. На мою просьбу предомтавить мне номер с сейфом, хозяева через 20 минут на мото-такси привезли отдельный маленький сейф без ключа и который был никак не закреплен в номере. Т.е. его так же легко можно было взять и унести с собой. Пользоваться таким сейфом я уже не смог и все 3 дня носил 8000$ с собой в кошельке.

• gabriele Olaf (1/5): Terribile, pessimo hotel - La posizione vicino Suckumvit Ho fatto il check-out la mattina seguente perché la stanza era invivibile, sporca nel pavimento e nei muri, rubinetto del bagno difettoso e non mi sono stati rimborsati i giorni seguenti di cui non ho usufruito della stanza. Pessima esperienza, staff scortese e la struttura non risponde su booking per fare la cancellazione gratuita. Sconsigliatissimo.

• Sami (4/5): - Sijainti on todella hyvä. Henkilökunta soitteli ennen check-out huoneeseen ja herätti tyhmillä kysymyksillään. Kävivät koputtelemassa ovellakin.. Vessan hana vuoti kokoajan ja sitä lorinaa piti kuunnella koko yön. Sänky oli kova, peitto tuntui päiväpeitolta. Kaikki on vanhaa ja kulunutta.

• Loic (10/5): exellent rapport qualité prix - super emplacement pour prendre le tramwai metro bus bts.. la nuit super calme car cette en retrait de nana et des voitures. les guest sont ok et le quartier est avec 7/11 bar restaurant quartier de jour en construction ce 14 janvier 2026 . la nuit super calme. couloir étroit avec de valises dans les tournant de l'escalier ?! hotel est sans ascenseur avec 4e mais cest plus les valises dans les couloirs étroit qui m'ont géné.

• cs (10/5): Best stay on budget price - First of all, I have selected a deluxe room for my stay. I got a spacious room with an attached bathroom. The bathroom is also very big. The room has a wooden cushioned chair, a wardrobe, a TV, an AC and a work table. It is almost like a luxury stay. Another highlight is its near to Nana station. Nana complex is just a few meters away. With a few 50-meter walk, we will be in Nana Lane, which is very vibrant and full of bars, restaurants. No Lift, this is the only disadvantage here. If you have multiple luggage bags, it will be a problem; otherwise, if you have only 1 bag, then it's going to be a little bit of exercise while checking in and checking out. There are no helpers to assist in shifting the luggage.

• Yasir (3/5): low class, unpleasant staff, bad value for money - free water the place was certainly low quality, poor hygiene, the bed wasn't comfy and had a layer under sheet that felt like plastic, floor was unclean, could hear people talking through the door, water wasn't warm enough at bathroom and was dripping from tab, and most importantly the staff was quite rude and almost denied that I had a booking!

• Mark (1/5): Tragic hotel. - There was nothing to like besides reliable wifi I didn't get to stay at Orchid Place as when I arrived a guest had decided to stay longer and my room was no longer available. I was placed on a moto along with my luggage on a second moto and driven approx. 300 metres to a sister hotel called White Orchid Inn II. I was greeted by cockroaches climbing whilst climbing the stairs to my room. Outside my window was a total of 6 air-conditioning compressors. This was quite the problem as the window did not slide the final 30mm closed. The neighboring rooms were occupied by prostitutes' who conducted their business through till sun up.

• Adrian (4/5): It was exactly as I had expected for the price but I was hoping the room would be cleaned regularly. - The location was good but the room wasn't cleaned in all the time I was there (i.e. 13 nights). I had to ask for fresh towels, soap and toilet paper and I had to empty my own bins.

• Chris (8/5): Great place to stay for budget travellers in a very good location. - Great location 5 min to BTS Sky Train, Taxi, shopping, dining and entertainment. Comfortable, clean and big room with basic furniture. Great value for budget travellers. Strong free WiFi!!! One of the only hotel where the cable TV works with strong signal. I did not expect both as usually in those pkace there is bad WiFi and cable TV. Good and quiet air conditioning. All over quiet place. Very friendly staff with 24 hours service. No elevator for a 4 storey house. I am fit and had to struggle to go to the 3rd floor due to the heat. I would not recommend this place for travellers with foot or leg issues. Or ask for a room on the ground or first floor.
• Bethany (1/5): Worst stay of my life - The receptionists spoke English. The place was filthy. Beg bugs. Filthy bathrooms, sheets, pillows. Loud noises in one room. Thin walls, could hear everything upstairs and outside the room.

The staff on night not so good, as my room toilet have no light she ask me to wait until next morning and I paid 2 nights more with her, she act confused didn't want to accept because she doesn't want to change anything. I said I will not wake up on morning to pay. Then she need to accept the money. Actually I stay about 10 days or more.
