- tbbudik (8/5): Nice and Clean Hotel - This hotel so nine and clean, the location is quite good...we can walk to the beach and not far from airport. Good wi fi and swimming pool. The room is so clean too, comfort bed and hot water running well.
- fyrazz (4/5): Inadequate facility - Stay for 2 nights,breakfast menu remain the same for the next day. No iron and hair dryer were provided. Room, overall was ok and neat. Ventilation inside the toilet was not working and faulty. Electric water boiling, has not been cleaned and old water still remain inside.
- shah (8/5): Helpful staff - Forget to bring universal traveler charger, but the staff is very helpful to find and borrowed it for me. We need to go back to airport early in the morning, and they already pack the breakfast for us.
- AnggitaP (8/5): Nice location - The location is quite good..we can walk to the beach within 10 minutes. Its also had a great foodie nearby such as martabak hayuda and shirley for oleh2 khas padang. The hotel itself had a comfort bed..hot water running very well..the bathroom itself clean..the tv channel is ok with HBO and star world channel,the wifi works ok for email and chat although a bit unstable sometimes..the downside is that the sheet a bit old and dirty when i arrived. The staff is friendly and quite responsive to our order.
- faozanrizal (6/5): Nice hotel but bit run down - We choose this hotel because of the location is in the center of the city. The hotel is simple and nice actually but the maintenance is bit sad. The restaurant menu is ok, try their nasi goreng padang , the portion is big and tasty . The management is bit too complicated so better to book online than direct asking.

- murdiyonom (6/5): Vacation - Bed room is comfortable. But, difficult for car parking, due to limited space and no specific parking area, many people parked at side road. Breakfast is provided, but the menu is not a lot, just fried rice and lontong sayur. The drinks as well, is only water, no juices, or others.
- alrambee (6/5): old hotel but still okay - old hotel but still okay. existing furniture look old. comfortable and quiet but still in the city center. easy access to everywhere in the city field. food offered is quite simple and more traditional food.
