- Candice (1/5): - We didn’t end up staying there. We couldn’t get inside because the code they provided us with to unlock the key box didn’t work. We slept in the car.
- Rebecca (10/5): - Great 2 bedroom unit. Very spacious. Nice and clean. Easy parking even with a trailer. Would be nice to have an option for single beds in the second room so kids dont have to share a bed.

Located close to shops
Comfortable Couldn't say

The hotel is not far from Elizabeth shopping centre and Domino's is just outside the hotel so you can get something quick for dinner.
The staff and the manager were wonderful to talk to, friendly and welcoming. It was nice to see the manager again from a previous stay here.
The cleaners kept the rooms nice and clean and we're accommodating.
There's an 8ball table in the pub section which was fun to play and a live band was there playing one night. It's a good pub for events happening and 8ball tournaments. How busy the car park section can be until a certain time of the day and then you can get a park where you want

- Mark (8/5): We have had a loverly time very cosy clean and quite and would stay again if passing through. - The staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was spot on We booked after looking on your web page and it indicated a Dinning romm when we arrived were told that they don,t have one any more which was a shame s we would have eaten onsite rather than going else were.
- John (6/5): Perfect choice for what I needed - Location was perfect for where I needed to be. Person who checked me in was fantastic and went the extra mile to show me around. There was a smell of smoke in the hallways, but typical of that era of building

cleaning staff assisted promptly when needed. cleaners not informed of number of guests so had to make up another bed on arrival.
the size of the space.
comfortable beds.
easy access out of hours.
mostly clean. free drink voucher on arrival. only up to $10 was not stated on the card, beer was $10.50, could not use the dollar from second drink voucher when drink was $9. it stated free beer, wine, or soft drink. suggest to waive 50c. i was forced to pay the difference.
miscommunication between bookings and staff who service the rooms.
shower cubicle was not properly clean. hair on the wall and slimy something or other in the corners on the floor.
shower screen does not contain water from toilet area.
conditioner bottle quite empty.
no face washers.
on our last visit, we were greeted with breakfast boxes. it was disappointing to see this changed.
condiment to guest ratio. 4 guests 2 mini milks 2 water bottles.
these might seem like small things but after travelling for 6 hours and arriving in the late PM, these things would have been helpful to make our stay more enjoyable.
- julie (10/5): - Very clean.Nice friendly staff.
- Kerry (9/5): - The room was clean and the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a little awkward to maneuver due to its size but was manageable.
- Ethan (9/5): -

- Michael (8/5): Most enjoyable and convenient stay. - The staff were lovely - all staff were friendly and helpful. I received a free coffee and Tim Tams on my arrival. The room was quite and comfortable - the bed was great. I liked having the bar downstairs so I could grab an alcholic beverage and snack. The free safe parking is a real bonus! The room I was alocated had an old air conditioner, which really needs replacing. The bed lights were not working and one was snapped off when I arrived. This was fixed during my stay - for which I was grateful. The bathroom is a bit on the TINY side - but it's all ok and functional - good pressure and hot water. The TV worked well and the free wifi was fast.

- Naran (8/5): Comfortable clean room -
- Shannon (8/5): Great for an overnight stop. - The room was clean and secure from the rest of the pub, so minimal foot traffic/disturbances were had making for a peaceful night's sleep. The room was warm but not overly heated, facilities were all working, and I was even able to watch a movie and order room service. I ordered sweet potato chips and received normal chips, which I didn't mention because I didn't want to make the owner do the trip up and down the stairs twice. She's a lovely woman, and these are honest mistakes that happen- i like normal chips, too, and it still got the spot.
- Karen (6/5): -
- julie (10/5): - Clean room, friendly staff
- Jebb (10/5): Nice clean affordable accommodation - Clean and neat room, very comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff, easy access, simple to check in and out. Enjoyed the stay.
- Rueen (2/5): -
- Craig (10/5): - Food was close bye so all good
- michael (5/5): Cheap and easy - Very cheap place you get whatbyou pay for. Its not amazing but its not bad either. If your on a budget its fine. The sink was blocked and when moved to another room that second room had been used. We were put in a third room they gave us extra drink cards so no big deal to me.
- Anuruddha (8/5): Satisfied. - Everything was up to the expected standard. None.

- Mark (8/5): Very good - Ideal location Loosing money in the poker room
- Shontel (8/5): Very good -
- Doug (6/5): - Rooms very clean - just a lot of noise coming from the car park at night
- Russell (4/5): - Both days , rubbish still in bins , no fresh towels , coffee and tee rubbish still where I left it
- Melanie (4/5): Disappointing - Beds comfy, water pressure was good, good heating, liked how we got 2 lots of $10 to spend at the accomadation. Once manager came she was nice and helpful. All staff members were nice. Liked how plenty of bowls, plates, cups to use. The tiny kettle was soo cute. Smelt lik dust, walls and windows weren't clean, shower door wouldnt shut, floor gets drenched while showering, when one of us showered hot water was cold(assuming due to other ppl showering at hotel at same time) as wen other people in our rm showered they had no issues with the hot water. Was a little sad when we arrived and was expecting a playground for the kids just to be told it dont exist even though the website shows pictures of it. Didn't like how long we had to wait for the manager to sign us into our accomadation we kept getting told she be here soon.
- Daniel (7/5): SmEgsE stated suites Solid Seven - Plenty of room being a large suite. Internet and network issues consumed me most of my night.

- Stephen (9/5): Brief but comfortable - Room clean and tidy
- Kerry (7/5): Clean and comfortable - Clean and comfortable. Except the ensuite was insanely
Tiny and difficult to use Ensuite. There was no meed
For its tiny size nor weird shape
- Megan (9/5): Superb -
- Rorschi (9/5): Very nice and helpful staff. Good value for the price. - Very helpful staff, nice pub for a few drinks and very good value for the price. Highly recommended. The windows could be cleaned a bit more regularly. No more restaurant, but opportunities for dinner in the neighbourhood.
- Frances (10/5): - The filters in the AC were totally encrusted in thick dust. My partner took them out so I could wash and dry them and put them back in. This is something that really needs to be addressed and regularly. Apart from that everything else was great.
- Frances (10/5): - This was one of the quietest venues I’ve ever stayed in. We didn’t hear anyone else all afternoon or night! The staff were lovely and we got a free drink each. Shops over the way, was easy to get gluten free food too. Will stay again.
- Robbie (5/5): Passable -
