Hotel situato in una tranquilla fuori dal rumore e dal traffico, ma allo stesso tempo a due minuti dal centro di Kardamena, dove ci sono un sacco di ristorantini sul mare, locali carini e negozietti di souvenir. Molto apprezzato anche il servizio mini bar della stanza che ogni giorno veniva riassortito con acqua fresca. Super consigliato, ci ritorneremmo sicuramente molto volentieri. Nulla.

• IRENE (9/5): - La struttura è bellissima e accogliente. Tutto lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. La colazione è super, anche abbastanza varia nei giorni. Se si dovesse avere la necessità di una doccia pre partenza serale, ti forniscono tutto il necesaario per farlo con asciugamani, spogliatoi e docce. Ovviamente non manca il deposito bagagli. Non è assolutamente una critica ma un consiglio: potrebbero sfruttare quel bel barbecue per una eventuale serata a tema una volta a settimana...sarebbe davvero fantastico

Very friendly attentive and helpful staff. Excellent location, a short walk to the sea front shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Close to the beaches.

• LISA MATHIS (7/5): Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt - Das Hotel ist neu, die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und es hat tolle Betten. Es gibt Tee und eine Nespresso Maschine, auch Gläser und Tassen. Die Handtücher sind angenehm. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön gestalte und friedvoll. Es gibt gute Liegen dort und der ganze Bereich ist sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt beim Frühstück keine Tischsets. Man muss alles Geschirr selbst nehmen. Das Buffet ist - na ja, nicht so toll. Die Kaffeemaschine ist sehr langsam. Im Zimmer gibt es viele Lampen, welche die ganze Nacht blinken. Da ist der Feuermelder, der immer wieder ein Licht aussendet, der TV hat eine rote Lampe - der Haartrockner (kann aber zum Glück ausgeschaltet werden), und das Wifi Kästchen hängt an der Decke und sendet die ganze Nacht ein grünes Licht aus. Die Dusche: es hat nur eine kleine Handdusche, die Toilette ist viel zu hoch und die Trennwand bei der Dusche zu kurz - der Boden bei der Toilette wird nass … schade. Der Kühlschrank brummt sehr laut. Auch schade finde ich, dass es nur eine Türe, Balkontüre hat, welche Tageslicht reinlässt und keine Fenster. Auch gibt es an dieser Türe nur einen Nachtvorhang und keinen dünneren Tagesvorhang. Wenn man zur Meersicht Seite ein Zimmer hat, scheint die Sonne voll ins Zimmer und auf den kleinen Balkon. Keine Vorrichtung, Markise auf dem Balkon. Ich finde das Hotel zu teuer, für das was es bietet.

When checking us in they had noticed his dob on his passport and on his birthday had surprised us with balloons in the room and a lovely note. It was so thoughtful. Everything is great. It is so easy to walk into kardamena. The pool is lovely and easy to get a sunbed. The breakfast has loads of choice. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone Nothing

Piscina e bar comodissimo. Tutto il personale è estremamente disponibile. La posizione dell’hotel a Kardamena è comodissima per girare tutta l’isola. Oltre tutte queste cose positive voglio evidenziare la macchinetta Nespresso con le cialde nella stanza e la lounge room per potersi gestire la ripartenza a fine vacanza. Grazie

L’accoglienza dello staff molto professionale e cortese, la zona della piscina con lettini comodi e snack bar. La stanza deluxe a piano terra vicina alla reception, molto spaziosa e con patio. Ho molto apprezzato i kit di toiletries veramente completi e sostenibili. Anche una bottiglia di vino in omaggio e il contenuto del mini bar complimentary. A due passi dall’hotel c’è la spiaggia e un’ottima taverna greca. Stefania e Mary sono state davvero gentilissime e hanno reso il mio soggiorno molto piacevole, organizzando i transfer dal porto e all’aeroporto, e consigliandomi per la cena. Unica pecca la vista su un campo con un edificio non finito e abbandonato.

Siamo arrivati la mattina presto e la camera non era ancora disponibile, ci hanno fatto lasciare i b - L’hotel è moderno e tutte le camere e gli spazi comuni nuovissimi; tutto il personale è molto gentile e sempre disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta. La piscina è super carina e accogliente anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito, ed è disponibile il bar aperto fino alle 22 che si affaccia sull’area relax. La colazione è ben fornita, sia dolce che salato, buonissimo lo yogurt greco. L’hotel fornisce gli asciugamani sia per la piscina ma anche da portare in spiaggia, servizio molto comodo. È presente una comoda area comune con doccia, bagni e spogliatoio da poter utilizzare pre check-in e post check out.

Tento hotel mi přirostl k srdci - jen tak se nevidí taková míra profesionality personálu, který byl velmi vřelý, vždy ochotný pomoci, vždy se snahou něco vylepšit a učinit hosta šťastným. Člověk si v hotelu připadal jako doma. Díky - určitě se sem vrátíme. Hotelu opravdz není co vytknout.

• Gykoen (10/5): Wat een topper was dit! - Aankomst vroeger inchecken door vroege vlucht kon. Eerst konden we ons in het hotel al omkleden na de vlucht. Een welkomstaperitief en upgrade naar een mooiere kamer. Deze positieve ervaring bleef duren tot het einde. Een prachtig en uitgebreid ontbijt. Wat een gedienstig en vriendelijk personeel. Na al honderden hotels te hebben gehad nog nooit meegemaakt.

We both found the breakfast to be of a good standard and always fresh. Music around the pool can be very loud and the out look from our balcony was of a derelict building which was very disappointing for the amount we paid for the room, plus it would be nice if the room had a full length mirror. One other thing which has been mentioned there is a white horse outside the land in front of the hotel which is on a short leash with no shade quite upsetting to look at if you wanted to eat breakfast/dinner outside (I know this isn’t something the hotel can control).

• Dimitra (10/5): - Where should I start? I have been to the finest hotels, but this one was truly amazing. A boutique hotel away from the noise of crowded, touristic all-inclusive hotels, where there is constantly a crowd of people around you. A boutique hotel with locals working, which made me happy to see the management supporting the local community and providing jobs. Everyone from the staff was speaking at least English and usually more than 2-3 languages. The cleanliness of the suite and the hotel in general was beyond any expectation, and the cleaning ladies were so friendly and attentive. The breakfast and the restaurants served high-quality food. The view from our suite was amazing. Picture this: we had a lovely evening on our huge balcony with a great view of the ocean while soaking in the private jacuzzi and enjoying the elegant dinner that room service brought straight from the restaurant downstairs. I mean, this is a picture I took from this vacation to bring back home with me!

• Rossella (10/5): Tutto perfetto - La struttura è nuova, sono solo 30 camere molto curate. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella Deluxe i primi 5 giorni e poi 3 giorni nella Suite con la Jacuzzi. Già la camera Deluxe (che per i loro standard è la base) è molto confortevole, dotata di un divano e quindi per 2 persone è spaziosa. Il lavandino è in camera, ben mimetizzato, viene offerto un set veramente completo di accessori per la toilette. La suite è spettacolare, due ambienti grandi e comodi, 2 televisori, 2 condizionatori indipendenti. L'unico piccolo difetto di entrambe le sistemazioni è la dimensione del bagno, davvero ridotta al minimo. Il bagno però è molto bello e finestrato. La colazione è adeguata per una struttura con sole 30 camere, anche se la parte dolce è limitata, ma d'altronde la clientela è soprattutto internazionale. Tutto lo staff gentilissimo, si è messo a nostra disposizione per risolvere un problema che abbiamo avuto con i nostri documenti. Una menzione speciale a Mary che va oltre il semplice "dovere". Nulla

• john (10/5): Wonderful. - Welcoming friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, particularly Mary and Stephania. The sea view suite we stayed in was spacious, modern, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Bottled water was provided each day along with tea and a nespresso coffee machine. All parts of this small independently owned hotel are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The bar/restaurant and cleaning staff are friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful when needed. The owners should be very proud of what they and all their staff have accomplished, this is an amazing hotel and if we do return to Kos we will not hesitate in choosing this hotel for our stay. • Angelika (6/5): Tolle Lage - wie bekamen ein upgrade auf ein zimmer mir whirlpool, das war toll. sehr großes zimmer, sehr schön ausgestattet, alles gut. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ins Zentrum nur ein paar Minuten, alles quasi um die Ecke. Das Frühstück reicht für 2 Sterne, schlechte Auswahl, auch die Qualität des Angebots ist nicht gut. Kaffe wird aus einem Automaten gedrückt, der kaum zu trinken ist, obwohl es eine Siebträgermaschine gibt, von der man aber keinen Kaffee bekommt (erst nach dem Frühstück, dann muss man für den Kaffee zahlen). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht, die Zimmer sind für das was man bekommt viel zu teuer (wären wir nicht upgegradet worden, wäre ich jetzt sehr sauer).
• Danilo (10/5): Esperienza eccellente al Nicolas Grand Suite: comfort e ospitalità a quattro stelle - La nostra esperienza al Nicolas Grand Suite è stata semplicemente eccellente. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevolissimo. La camera che avevamo prenotato era estremamente spaziosa e dotata di un ampio terrazzo con vista mare, un vero angolo di paradiso. La colazione è stata un punto forte: abbondante, con un'ampia scelta di dolce e salato, e di ottima qualità. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente cordiale e sempre disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole: un grazie speciale a Maria🤩. L'hotel gode di una posizione ideale, situato in una zona tranquilla alla periferia del paese, a pochi passi dal mare e a breve distanza a piedi dal centro vivace di Kardamena. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chiunque desideri una vacanza all'insegna del comfort e del relax.

• Nesim (9/5): Very Enjoyable except for breakfast timing. - The Breakfast was very tasty with a lot of variety to choose from. The breakfast area was cleaned up and the food was taken out of guest access at 9:00 AM instead of the scheduled 10:00 AM.
