Prachtig zwembad met veel groen eromheen, heerlijk rustgevende plek . Onze kamer was ruim en netjes met stortdouche en handdouche. Vervoer met de grab-app is handig en goedkoop (scooter of taxi )

Очень маленькая территория, маленький бассейн, с семьей там было нечего делать. Рядом мало магазинов и кафе, потому что комплекс закрытый, нужно выезжать до ближайших, а ресторан так себе.

The staff were incredibly friend - Amazing staff that were polite, kind and remembered my children’s names. They were very helpful. There is a lack of atmosphere. Pool was very quiet, but we did travel in the off season. Could have had more opportunities made available with travel to the beach etc. We did a lot of walking.

I was shocked the hotel charged me over 1 million When I checked my bank it equated to 1 hundred Australian dollars for a bottle of wine that you can buy in Australia for 10 Oz dollars!

Thank you A bonus for customers would be a shuttle service to Kuta or Sanur, maybe twice a day! As the property is a little out of the way, it would make the stay more convenient and would not feel so isolated. Just a suggestion and could be added into the daily hotel rate at a very minimal rate(?!) Also please show and promote how to get to the beach, we did not see any info on directions to get to the beach.

Everything smelled nice, clean and worth every cent paid. Close to beach clubs, Bali collection, have beautiful scenery Children knocking on doors at 11pm in the night and playing, I called the staff but haven’t heard any feedback. I need we to be awake early and that messed up my day especially that I have an extremely long trip today. This was the first time in my life this happens in a such a resort, if this is a common issue it needs to be handled.

Hotellområdet Nusa Dua ligger i en velregulert og pent opparbeidet park med fortau og sykkelstier. Kort vei til butikksenteret Bali Collection. Hotellet har ikke vedlikeholdt romstandarden og alle flater bærer preg av det. Dyrt å kjøpe mineralvann i baren, 60 NOK for en 0,33 cl flaske. Lite og skyggefullt basseng, lang vei til stranda. Bali Collection er overpriset.
• Stefanie (4/5): If you need a quick stop over for a cheap price it will do. - Definitely not a 5star property. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Needs a lot of maintenance. Breakfast buffet was not good at all.
• Zicarlo (9/5): Solid option if you don't like huge resorts but still want that 5 star treatment. - The staff is very motivated to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast buffet and dinner a la carte are high quality. The bike rental option is very convenient to quickly get to the beach and other nearby attractions such as the Bali Collection and Museum Pasifika. The surrounding area is very well maintained and relatively quiet. It's a smaller hotel compared to the huge beach side resorts on the other side of the road, so that makes the hotel seemingly a little boring with fewer activities and spots to go read a book or just hang around. So if you're looking for a resort experience this hotel is not the best fit. Otherwise it's a very comfortable location with helpful staff and easy access to activities in the southern part of Bali.

• Lopina (10/5): Очень приятный отель - Очень интересный дизайн номера. Приятный глазу ремонт. Тихо. Завтрак нужно менять не только в этом отеле, но и пожалуй, во всех сетевых отелях Бали. Основной поток гостей: европейцы и страны СНГ. Хотелось бы на завтрак: овсянную (и не только) кашу, яйца пашот, авокадо тост. Вместо этого предлагают национальную кухню, не привычную для нашего желудка.

• veronicatA3509UF (10/5): I soooo love this hotel - Excellent stay overall. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of both continental and Indonesian dishes. Rooms are spacious—slightly dated in style, but very comfortable. The pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. What truly stood out was the amazing, friendly staff, especially in the dining area. Almas and the other waiters were always smiling and attentive, constantly refilling coffee without being asked. The hotel is just a short 10-minute walk to Nusa Dua Beach and has a partnership with Manerai Beach Club, where guests are given a voucher allowing use of the facilities with a complimentary drink, simply by ordering food. The New Year’s party is clearly geared toward families, which is nice if you’re traveling with kids.

Breakfasts are great but in a dark restaurant with a freezing air conditioner so not too pleasant. The building itself feels like an office and not hotel. Glass walls and doors with loud sounds make it a non relaxing place. Finally, tariffs just skyrocketed right before Christmas so we moved to a better hotel with a more reasonable price and facilities. Two days was enough.
