- Seungtaek (10/5): Pleasant stay :) - 1st visit to this resort. In overall feel cozy. Sufficient breakfast choices, nice swimming pool. Could see lots of family visits with children, probably good for family trip. Only unpleasant point is that the reception didn't inform me about parking registration policy during check-in. Had to pay unnecessary costs for first 2~3 days parking.
- KIMIKA (10/5): 快適な時間 - 大人2名、子供2名で宿泊しました。歯ブラシが2セットしかなかったのが残念でしたが、あとは問題なく快適に過ごせました。 タクシーがつかまりにくい場所なので、チェックインぐらいの時間に帰るようにするとタクシーの手配がしやすいです。 プールは深かったですが、子供達はとても楽しんでいました！

Номера чистые, кровати очень удобные, халаты правда одного размера, мне был нормально, а коллеге - маленький и качество не очень. Завтрак дороже ужина) Но разнообразие и качество-соответствует! Очень красивая территория, есть где погулять.

В отеле чисто, неплохо кормят, но вот до ресепшена не дозвониться было((( возможно, из-за карантина сократили численность персонала, но в итоге, чтобы заказать себе завтрак в номер, пришлось ловить румсервис в коридорах!

Ездим туда с 2014 года и летом и зимой, сделали паузу в год, приехали-все печально, начиная от уставшей и ставшей неприятной официантки, которая все эти годы там работает, едой невкусной, дешевыми стеклянными тапочками в номерах, завтрак победнел кардинально, а жаль

- Verified traveler (8/5): Un bon choix pour un week-end en famille - Cet hôtel est idéal pour passer quelques jours au calme et profiter de ballades en forêt ou d’activités sur la rivière (wave board, plage artificielle, paddle...). Les chambres sont très bien équipées avec un balcon donnant sur la rivière. Wifi gratuit de bonne qualité. Le petit-déjeuner est un sans faute: choix des mets sucrés et salés, qualité de la nourriture, c’est vraiment très bien. Les deux restaurants de l’hôtel pratiquent des prix assez élevés mais la qualité est au rendez-vous. Vous pouvez aussi manger dehors des plats simples pour profiter du soleil. Un bémol : le service n’est pas à la hauteur de la qualité de la chaîne Radisson. Nous avons eu lors de notre arrivée une chambre prévue pour deux alors que nous étions quatre et il a fallu un peu hausser le ton pour avoir une chambre conforme. Mais le service est quand même correct. Grande piscine intérieure et spa. A 1h45 de Moscou par l’autoroute.

Вернёмся с удовольствием. + Вежливый и приветливый персонал Отличные завтраки, есть столики на улице и в помещении Большая территория с прекрасным видом, есть где прогуляться с коляской, побегать Благоустроенный широкий пляж и набережная (лежаки с матрасами, зонтики, полотенца), есть водные развлечения. Есть детская площадка Современный комфортный номер с балконом, все чисто и аккуратно, категории соответсвует, чай/кофе, 2 бутылочки воды в день, есть утюг и гладильная доска. Недалеко от Москвы, по платной трассе меньше 2 часов. - Очередь на регистрации Отсутсвие пандусов (чтобы спуститься к пляжу с коляской необходимо обойти здание) Вечером в выходные рестораны не справляются с большим количеством клиентов, возможны очереди и долгое ожидание блюд Цены зависят от ресторана. На завтраке в ресторане опять же очереди, капучино готовила только одна машина, у второй неполадки с подачей молока. Информации об этом нет, снова очередь В целом эти минусы для нас оказались не критичны и не испортили общее впечатление.
- liliya (10/5): - ооооочень атмосферный отель, заточен именно на отдых, шикарные завтраки, пошли навстречу и обеспечили посадку без предварительного резервирования (ресторан лайк), очень качественный сервис и дружелюбный персонал . выражаю благодарность всему линейному персоналу, отмечу отдельно : - рецепшен - все сотрудники, но особенно хочу отметить Марину, очень выдержанная и корректная девушка, замена номера мгновенная. - зона бассейна - Ирина. - ресторан лайк - менеджер ( ?) и официанты, - завтраки - спасибо поварам ( отдельное спасибо за игристое на завтрак). - номера - большие, с качественной сантехникой, в номере есть утюг и глад.доска. в целом я считаю именно персонал создает атмосферу этому отелю. приятно именно получать сервис, а не просто оплачивать номер))) большое спасибо за мой отдых!!!

- Nikita (8/5): - Short stay - just for a week-end It is a new nice hotel but half of the staff has no idea about the values of a five-star hotel. The services sometimes really disappointing. I recommend the potential guests of the hotel to take a couple of your own towels to solve yourself the most annoying problem of the hotel. There is a lot to be improved and it needs a thorough inspection / supervision and maintainance.
