• Alejandra (4/5): - El hotel es muy básico, por lo cual deberían echarle más ganas para hacer la estancia confortable. No hay ni botellas de agua en las habitaciones y te quieren cobrar hasta los kleenex. No hay ni basurero en la habitación, que es muy pequeña, por cierto, y se escucha todo, hasta cuando estornudó el huésped de la habitación contigua. Al hacer check in, Ricardo de recepción fue muy amable, pero al día siguiente estuvo otro muchacho (güero de ojos claros) bastante patán, pedí media hora de tolerancia para hacer el check out y se negó, sin dar alguna solución. Honestamente no vuelvo a elegir este hotel; me quedé otro día en Morelia, pero con esa actitud del recepcionista, mejor me fui a otro hotel del mismo costo y mucho mejor ubicado, frente a la Catedral.

• Joel (8/5): - Pésimo internet nunca se conectó y señal de celular era mala por paredes; el sanitario muy incómodo era pequeño pero tapa grande. Olvidamos unas botas y jabonera y al regresar a buscar dijeron camaristas que no había nada, el lugar muy acogedor pero esos detalles lo hacen mejorable.

• oriana (4/5): - I would not recommend this property. 1. Our room had no windows, no airflow and no ventalation (room 103). Everytime we came back to the room it was considerably warmer than the lobby. 2.We asked for a second key since we were going to split up for the day. There was no second key. 3. There was a gap between the floor and the door. The lights from the lobby did not allow the room to de completely dark because of this gap. We could also hear all the conversations from the lobby and noise from the cars on the street due to this opening. 4. The mattress was uncomfortably firm.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Amazing staff. Terrible hotel - I would like to preface with the staff of the hotel were extremely professional, kind and supportive. The owner has no consideration for guests. Most rooms don’t have windows as advertised. The staff upgraded my room because I felt claustrophobic. Later the owner thought it would be a wonderful idea to have active construction to the roof of the hotel beginning at 7AM. I got no rest there. Once again, incredible staff that was accommodating and professional but it didn’t make up for the owner only wanting the guests to pay then feel swindled afterwards.

• Nora (4/5): - The first two t.v didn't work at all. There was a scorpion in in my room and there was another guest who also found one in their room. The water in the shower was not working it came out hot, warm and cold all the time. It wasn't consistent just warm, hot or cold.
• Nancy (10/5): Would stay again in a heart beat - This was a very good experience, only two less than perfect observations. Parking was off site and we were led to believe it was valet. The cleaning was limited on our extended day due to miscommunication. These should not have been an issue because we did have a Spanish interpreter.

• Alba (6/5): Hotel bonito. Solo algunas consideraciones. - El hotel es bonito, las camas cómodas y el personal muy amable y servicial, me permitieron hacer check-in antes de la hora. Todo eso son los pros de mi estancia. Lo negativo que que son pocas habitaciones y hay mucho “eco”, escuchas todo!!! Desde las otras habitaciones como de ambos “mini” patios. (Frente y posterior) La señal de teléfono era pobre en mi habitación, y hubo dos incidentes durante mi estancia. 1. Huéspedes muy ruidos a deshoras, pasada la 1 am hablando a todo pulmón en uno de mis patios, no dejaban dormir. 2. Otros huéspedes, día distinto eran casi las 2:30 am y tenían un ruido exagerado en el patio y se oía como si estuvieran destapando cervezas, después golpeando la puerta de una de las habitaciones, durante varios minutos. Estos dos incidentes me dejaron muy poco satisfecha. Casi no pude descansar.

• 96HoursIn (2/5): Avoid at all costs - Horrible staff. Snake-like behavior. The absolute worst that Mexico has to offer. Morelia is a beautiful city, but this hotel detracts from its beauty due to its foul treatment of “gringo” travelers. I signed up for a private tour for thousands of pesos, only to find out en route to the destination that the trip was actually a group tour (which literally costs 5x less money)... but the hotel receptionist and driver kept the money between them. I have written documentation of the hotel’s poor behavior, the rates and inclusions that were agreed to, and documentation of management’s promise to reimburse me. The hotel has since blocked my number in an effort to avoid paying me back. Morelia is a must-visit city, but this hotel will leave a foul taste in the mouth of any who travel there. Hotels like this are why people are cautious of exploring new places. Nowhere else in Mexico have I experienced such terrible service.

• southamerica69 (8/5): great staff and nice hotel - the hotel is in walking distance to all colonial city center, the rooms small but clean and very nice decorated. its an old house with nice courtyards, staff is very helpful, special the afternoon guy who speaks fluently english. only if u wanna pay by credit card its bit difficult because it happened by the partner hotel. so needs bit time. but definitly would stay here again.
