- Arun (5/5): Remote beachfront villa, not very welcoming - Beachfront Villa Remote location. Not walkable anywhere. Shuttle service very unreliable. They would say we will pick you up in 30 minutes and arrive 1.5 hours later. We walked back on roads without sidewalks because we got tired of waiting. They said a chef-created breakfast would be brought to the villa, and all we got was a salad, fruits, some sweet breads, and cereal with milk and packaged juice. No hot food. The person who brought us to the villa did not know how to operate the AC or the fans.

Obsługa jest generalnie miła, ale komunikacja nie działa najlepiej (czekaliśmy na odbiór z lotniska 1.5 godziny, chociaż dużo wcześniej podaliśmy numer lotu i godzinę przylotu)

- Cynthia (7/5): - The layout with the pool, living room/dining room/kitchen and bedrooms was nice. The tiles around the pool are broken and rubber tiles were placed on top of the broken ones. One of the two lounge chairs at the pool was broken. The showers went from scalding to cool, it was not possible to take a warm shower for more than five minutes. No beach chairs were provided although they were promised day after day. The beach was a construction zone and could not be enjoyed. It is a nice property that has not been kept up.
- Vikki (7/5): Lovely staff, great location and spacious accommodation in need of some repairs and modernising. - Naisoso island villas are set over a bridge in a beautifully scenic area of Fiji with a private beach. Breakfast was delivered to the villa and were of really good portion sizes. Good variety of dishes served. Staff were absolutely superb! Every single one from the reception, to security to housekeeping. The Fijian people are amongst the friendliest we’ve ever met. Polite, friendly, professional and will go above and beyond to accommodate you. The villa is very spacious and the beds were comfy. All kitchen utensils were provided with some extras such as washing powder. The villa we stayed in was in need of some repairs. Broken slabs all around the pool, some damaged ornaments, some fungi growing from the wall in the master bathroom, and one of the bedroom blinds was broken. The doors are difficult to close and lock, and there is no safe to secure valuables in. The pool needs some repairs too and a deep clean.

The setting was peaceful and picturesque, and we especially enjoyed spending time outdoors, taking in the views of the river, and the Sleeping Giant. The property requires a lot of maintenance. The beds were hard, TV’s were not working, door handles and drawers in the main area were broken, no cleaning equipment. Some lights needed replacement as they weren’t working and power points could not fit our charging cables.

Breakfast on the last day was late and consisted of cold fries and sandwiches with bacon despite requests for a mix of meat and vegetarian options.

They help us find the lowest price for tours. The rooms are beautiful. The security is so great. I even didn't lock the door, nothing missing. Every furniture in the villa is clean. You can clearly see sleeping giant (the mountain) from the villa. The way to call Housekeeping is really creative. You can enjoy the sunshine in the villa. Breakfast is free and tasty. We all enjoy the time in the villa. The efficiency is kinda slow, aka in Fiji time, but it's not a big deal. The insects are annoying, so the pool always have to be cleaned. Some furnitures are broken and not fixed well. The Wifi is slow at night. The water heat system is weird, sometimes cold sometimes extremely hot.

You cannot walk from this accomodation, so highly recommend hiring a car if you choose to stay here. We had a late arrival and there was nothing open to eat, so our family didn't get to eat anything that night. Organising taxis was also a little difficult due to the villas being so private. The villas themselves are beautiful, small private pool and cooking facilities. It didn't really suit us as we weren't planning to be that self sufficient. Hire a car if you choose these villas.

Just a few things missing like no broom to sweep or a clothes basket to hang the washing. Loved the beds and pillows and the small things like having pool towels and moisturiser in the bathrooms. Was quite expensive, but very private and secure. The house was big enough to have some guests/family over. Loved the private chef although he turned up 2 hours earlier then planned As per above just a few things and some maintenance around the house. But was a beautiful property.
- Julie (7/5): Not a resort - Spacious villa, large living area with dining, billiards table and well equipped kitchen. Main bedrooms are enormous and the two separate bedrooms were spacious, all with own bathrooms. AC in every room as well as ceiling fans. Beautiful outdoor area, well maintained gardens, good-sized pool, large decking area with dining table and chairs looking over the river and mountains. Good sized gas BBQ. Very private with a beautiful beach less than a minutes walk. We were there for a week and didn't see one other person on the beach. It is not a resort, it's a secure gated community, a mix of residential and rental properties. There is no shop, Cafe, restaurant or bar on the island and it's too far to walk to any of these. Not sure how you would go without a rental car (which we had). You can book transport through the main office but it is quite expensive - $150 FD for a return trip to Port Denerau. A few issues with the villa: ceiling fans in the bedrooms were too noisy to use. No hot water in the kitchen for washing up. No garden furniture or sun lounges to use outdoors. The mattresses in all the bedrooms were rock hard - it was like sleeping on a concrete slab. A lot of loose tiles on the bottom of the pool which we fished out rather than risk cut feet. The place seems to depend on 'Guest Relations Agents' to look after you. The one who was meant to meet with us when we arrived didn't show up so we had to find our own way into the property (through a broken side gate and in through a bedroom door which had been left unlocked). Our GRA also failed to turn up to take us on a waterfall hike and was half an hour late picking us up for our airport transfer. After a week we still had no idea how house keeping worked. The one time we saw them we had to ask for clean towels - the dirty ones were still in a heap on the bathroom floor at the end of the week. Floors weren't swept or cleaned the whole time we were there.

We were without WiFi for the first day and no access to TV/local channels. Response from property management was that the unit owner may not have paid for their cable - WiFi was resolved next day but was weak. The fan in one room did not work, was not resolved and the promised portable fan never was brought. Although air conditioning was on, the fan was needed to circulate with the heat and humidity. The property is not in walking distance to anything - no descriptions provided any information about this - prepare to pay for transport or rent a car.

We opted for daily breakfast during our stay — 10s across the board to the staff! Very yummy. Location is pretty isolated. Wifi was very spotty (in and out of connection).

- Laura (5/5): Lovely villa but issues with charges - It's a lovely home but it's far from everything and the beach is not a nice one. Not when you would play in or lay out at. I love that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Our Villa rental came with a fresh cooked breakfast every morning by chefs who come in. The private pool is very nice. I did not know that quite often, frogs die when they jump in a pool and can't get out. I was swimming with one, and the poor thing was struggling to get out, so I saved by grabbing a plate from the kitchen and scooping him up and out. That's what one of my photos is of They charged my Visa card $602 deposit for a room I canceled (during the free cancellation time frame). One month and 2 weeks later, there is still no resolution. I was at the front desk every day inquiring about it. I had 3 people at on site involved; including the owner, yet no resolution. I have no idea why they couldn't refund the card I used, like any other business does. They also put $1,000 hold on your card for incidentals. Understandable, but being that they still owed me $602, this was extremely stressful and overshadowed my good time.

- Cathy (6/5): Great villas, but don't expect 5star service - The villa was very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. The villa felt tucked away from the outside world. The villa was equipped with everything. The pool was lovely. It was not a 5 star service as we have experienced in other hotels. We had to remove our luggage from the boot. There were no clean towels till the evening, although we paid for earlier check-in. We tried to call the office many times but went to voice messages. No one answered, and we tried many different numbers that were provided. There was no point, so we went directly to a taxi company on google, and he became our driver the duration of our time. We didn't rely on the office staff. Our breakfast never came, and there was no response to my messages until late in the afternoon. Very disappointing service although the villas are beautiful and comfortable for bigger families. Needs to be more attentive to guests and their needs and requirements would have made the stay so much more inviting. There might as well be no staff working as you couldn't find or contact them most times.

It has the main facilities plus a gym and pool table a pool. The pool has a changing room next to it with its own shower! It was beyond perfect for us - it was exceptional😍. Also has a supermarket up the road and is very close to Nadi Airport. Security gate access giving peace of mind securty wise. The only negative would be trying to set the TV to work and the wifi

The views are a - An outside light was automatically set to go on at night which kept me awake. There was tape over it indicating not to turn it off. The kitchen also had a light switch which had tape over it indicating that it should not be turned off. It felt unsafe. For the price of the villa I expected it to be cleaner. It looked like it had not been cleaned for a little while. There were dust in corners and dust webs throughout the living areas and bedrooms, stairwell etc. The barbecue did not work properly. The switch to turn it on did not work. It had not been cleaned for sometime.
- Laurie (5/5): Odd. - A beautiful set of properties, with some... odd management quirks. I booked an extra night, knowing I would be arriving very early in the morning and essentially paying for a very late check-in. This was agreed to and I was told to contact the property upon arrival and they would meet me at the airport. After a delayed flight, I messaged the property to let them know I would be a day late, not asking for any compensation. At the airport, there was no response to my messages, so I caught a taxi to Naisoso. They had marked me as a "no show" and had no place ready for my arrival. Holly and Mita were both lovely but surprised that I was there. Eventually, they put me by myself in a huge, beautiful villa that had an impeccably clean bedroom to use, but the kitchen was still dirty from the last guest. I asked what restaurant they would recommend that would deliver. Mita sent the menu for their restaurant at Wailoaloa. I agreed to a $50 delivery fee (!) to be charged to my account, and it arrived two hours (!) later. The villa was booked to be used by another guest the following evening, so I needed to pack up the next morning and leave my suitcase at the front office. Inoke called me by name as I was leaving for the day, which was a nice touch. I commented that we hadn't met. Instead of introducing himself, he said we had met the previous day (we hadn't) and I must have been very tired. My second (and last) night was in a bedroom of a house being used by another family. Not wanting to intrude, I messaged the office asking for the wifi password and for the location of the hot water pump switch. They were both in the main room of the house, so I used my data plan and had a cold shower. Strangely, the toilet seat in the ensuite was offset from the toilet by about 6" and there was only one electrical outlet in the room. My flight was early the next morning and there was no one at the office to discuss return of my bond payment ($1000 FJD). In summary, I paid for four nights, stayed for two, in two separate villas and was never actually charged for my meal or the $50 for delivery. The villas were gorgeous. Outside of the area where many tour operators would offer pick-up.

- Delyse (8/5): In all it was amazing and everyone had a fabulous time, staff were beautiful! - We loved the property and the gaming area for the family. The pool area allowed for large social gatherings which was great. Wifi was terrible, not enough cutlery or cooking utensils and pans cups etc for how many people the property allowed to be there and if you wanted guests.
- Helen (7/5): Good - The villa was extremely roomy and spaces including bedrooms with ensuites ideal for our family of 7. Good setup with big outdoor BBQ and our own pool. It would be helpful if the owners had left instructions for use of the lovely Smeg oven (which we couldn't get working as my guess is too many previous guests had been pressing buttons to try and get it working). Dishwasher the same, although we figured that out and TVs the same - instructions are invaluable to save time and potentially further complications which also included WiFi issues which didn't help. It would also be helpful if there was a box of tissues in each bathroom, perhaps 4 instead of 2 teatowels and kitchen surface cleaner plus dish detergent provided. Also, there was limited wine glasses which the staff very quickly purchased for us once we asked and someone needs to look into the kitchen provisions - not the most practical selection of basics and the dullest most useless knives. However these are merely suggestions that would help improve such fabulous accommodation.

- Timothy (1/5): Would not use this resort ever again. Smoking, no tv, wifi not working, staff showing a lack of care - Nothing. Three days before arriving we received an email saying we would have to move accomodation. They were very vague about our second location and it ended up being a hotel rather than a resort like we were staying in. I checked the prices and it was way lower priced than the resort we had paid for. The TV didn't work and was only in Chinese. We asked for a non smoking room and smoking wasn't allowed in the villa but we couldn't sleep the first night due to smoke coming from the other villa guests smoking outside our room. The wifi did not work in our room and only in the shared area. On the day we moved the receptionist drove and we followed in our rental to a hotel that said we could only have the room at 2pm. This was at 10am. They had not communicated to the new hotel that we were arriving early. After that she just left with no apology and we were left on our own. Poor all around from this resort.

- Cornelius (8/5): Quite pleasant, great for families that want to get away, not great if you’re looking for a resort experience with bar a - Nice and big property, very clean and good facilities in the house. We got in very early, there was some confusion regarding them let us hang out at the beach until checkin (we were told we could via WhatsApp communications but when at the property we were told the beach was closed), so had to try and kill time before checkin. Management were kind enough to let us checkin a little earlier. The area has nothing happening - only 1 restaurant and supermarket. There’s lots of development happening, may be great in 5 years but if you’re looking for bars or entertainment, this is not the place for you.

Calls were not attended to. We paid $3980 plus $1000 bond but the inconvenience of not having hot water in the cooler months was a major set back. - Adhikari (10/5): Perfect Stay, best location. - The accommodation was perfect for our group of six friends. It was spacious and had the three bedrooms we needed. The kitchen and barbecue area were well-equipped, providing everything we required for our stay. The furnishings were comfortable, allowing us to gather both inside and outside with ease. The entire place, including the pool and garden, was clean and modern, and everything worked perfectly. What made our stay even more enjoyable were the hosts. They were incredibly kind and always ready to help. They assisted us with quick bookings and guided us in exploring the city and its surroundings. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience, making our trip memorable. You have to take a taxi or a cab to go to shopping grocery or any eateries. Other than that no issue.

The furnishing was good for the 7 of us to get together both inside and outside. Everything was clean and modern including the pool and garden. Everything worked properly. It was a bit isolated which was both a positive and negative but it was easy to drive to shops
