Breakfast was really good as well. Loved the Dove products in the bathroom and the room was clean. Great location close to everything you would need on a vacation. There were no sheets available for the couch/let out bed. They did not refill our bath soap nor give fresh towels when they cleaned the room. Room door did not close all the way and had to be forced pushed closed.

Ivana (2/5): I’m never going to stay here anymore - Despite some issues during my stay, I would like to highlight a few positive aspects of the hotel. Mary’s service truly stood out. She was extremely polite, always willing to help, and consistently greeted guests with a genuine smile. Being assisted by someone so kind and attentive made a real difference in the overall experience. Additionally, the bed was comfortable, which helped ensure a good night’s sleep Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing, mainly due to cleanliness and comfort issues. Carpets the room and the hall were filthy The room was not properly cleaned. The carpet was very dirty, and in the bathroom there were hairs left in the bathtub. In addition, the bathtub did not drain properly, causing water to accumulate while showering. The towels were stained and looked unclean, which was very unpleasant. The bathroom exhaust fan was not effective, leading to excessive moisture and a fogged mirror. The hair dryer was also in very poor condition and did not work properly. Breakfast was another negative point. There was not enough seating for the number of guests, and food replenishment was very slow, causing inconvenience and waiting time. Overall, these issues significantly impacted my stay, and I expected a much better level of cleanliness and service. We stayed in other Holiday inn and the other was pretty clean and the facilities were very good! But this one was a disappointment

Breakfast was below expectations. Not sure if it was because it was close to breakfast end time but no fruit, bread,, very few options left. Coffee machine was being restocked at the time.

(Would give 0 star) - I travel globally (Asia, Europe, North America) and have never experienced such dehumanizing treatment in my life. This was not just "bad service"—it was predatory bullying and a safety hazard. 1. SEVERE HYGIENE & SAFETY FAILURES: Used Alcohol Bottle in Bed: Upon checking into Room 427, we found an empty bourbon whiskey bottle tucked between the headboard and mattress. This room was clearly not cleaned or inspected safely. Foreign Object in Food: I found a piece of aluminum foil stuck inside the bacon served at breakfast. 2. PREDATORY BILLING & HARASSMENT BY TANIA P.: The front desk agent, Tania P., turned our checkout into a nightmare. Bullying Elderly Guests: My parents (75 & 69) were in Room 426. Because of their age, they were moving slowly. Tania was aggressively rude, demanding they vacate "right now" at 11:15 AM, showing zero empathy. The 4-Minute Scam: Tania agreed to a 12:00 PM checkout for my room. She called exactly at 12:00 PM demanding we leave. At 12:04 PM—only 4 minutes later—she charged my credit card for a full extra day. Police Threats: When I went to the lobby to dispute this predatory charge, she threatened to call the police if we didn't leave immediately. Trauma: My wife, who is recovering from a C-section and was in the middle of nursing our 2-month-old baby, had to flee the room in distress because of Tania's threats. 3. MANAGEMENT RESPONSE: The General Manager apologized for the dirty room and the metal in the food. They reversed the "extra day" charge—but let’s be clear: reversing a fraudulent charge made 4 minutes after checkout time is not a favor; it is correcting a theft. The management has completely failed to address the aggressive harassment by their staff member. VERDICT: If you are traveling with family, elderly parents, or children, AVOID THIS HOTEL. The facility is dirty (old bottles in beds), unsafe (metal in food), and the staff (Tania P.) will threaten you with police just to bully you into leaving. Cons: Unsafe rooms, contaminated food, aggressive staff, predatory billing.

Lorena (8/5): Comfortable/Family Friendly Stay - The hotel is found in a very good location, it has a lot of convenient stores around it and for someone like me that travels with family & kids that's a big perk! The complementary breakfast was good, I just wish it had a little more variety for the fruit but other than that it was good! All the staff were friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Worst of all, there was a huge roach in the bathroom, which was extremely unsettling. I appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. The room had a funky smell and the shower still a little dirty.
