По большей части это скрасило проживание, без них картина была бы хуже Несколько проблем. 1.В номере до нас явно курили, все пропахло куревом, даже стояла пепельница. Это очень едкий неприятный запах. 2. Слышимость была некомфортная, 2 ночи кто то заселялся и очень шумели. Администратор не попросил быть тише, потому что другие гости ночью спят 3. Нет куллера с водой, приходилось постоянно спускаться и просить налить воду в чайник у администратора

- Nazerke (9/5): - The staff of the hotel definitely made our stay more comfortable. The staff, the owner, and Nazli did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood—it’s not very close to the city center, which makes it quite calm (a huge plus for us). The very convenient T1 tram line runs nearby. The breakfasts were also good and well served. it was a bit cold in the bathroom and a bit slow internet, which is minor things :)

Away from the busy center of the city but very close to the T1 tram line that takes you right into the places you want to go! The hotel is right next to the Historic Constantinople Wall. En büyük avantajı kesinlikle konumu; tramvay, metro ve otobüs duraklarına çok yakın, şehrin her yerine ulaşım çok kolay. Otel oldukça temiz ve büyük bir meydanda yer alıyor. Meydanın canlılığı harika, her gün farklı bir etkinlik ya da düzenleme görmek mümkün. Hemen çevresinde (sağında, solunda ve karşısında) çok keyifli kafe ve restoranlar var. Ayrıca yürüme mesafesindeki Carrefour süpermarket olması büyük bir kolaylıktı. Odamızın manzarası çok güzeldi ve personel gerçekten çok ilgili, alakalıydı. Beğenmediğim bir şey yok

- Blake (6/5): - You get just what you pay for. The room was very nice, aside from a fair few places where it was falling apart, and the shower was a bit dirty. The staff were overall helpful and answered my questions, however, there was a constant pressure to pay in cash and not with a card, which was very annoying and wasn't a preference I was made aware of prior to my stay. Additionally I was offered a breakfast for an added charge, but for some reason this was a preperscribed meal, and I could not choose a different breakfast from the total restaurant menu for some reason, and I was charged above average prices for bottled water. It makes sense for the hotel to cut costs on these things, but for the price of the room I think I would have been happy to pay an extra 10 Euro for free water. I would definitely consider Hotel GoldenGate again, thanks to its price point, but there are things that the owner and staff could do to make a stay far more comfortable, with minimal effort and cost.

Cet hôtel est à FUIR, je ne sais même pas comment il est encore autorisé à être ouvert et pouvoir accueillir des touristes, le personnel est sournois, parle constamment dans leurs langue face à vous vous concernant, réceptionniste désagréable et qui ne comprends pas l’anglais. Remet beaucoup en question votre parole, vous ne pouvez rien réclamez car ils auront toujours quelque chose à dire, personnel très têtu. N’en parlons pas de l’accès, pas mentionné que l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’ascenseur avec escalier très étroit ! Chambre très étroite ! Les murs sont fins nous entendons tout que ce soit dehors ou les chambres d’à côté ! Les draps n’ont jamais été changé, ils changent que les serviettes. Papiers toilette donné au compte goutte et en plus déjà entamé ?. La porte de la douche ne se ferme pas tout est rouillé, cassé … envier non fixé ce qui est très dangereux, hôtel non aux normes ! Mise à disposition d’un mini frigo et d’un bouilloire sans prise à côté … compliqué pour brancher 2 chargeurs … certains personnels vous réclame de l’argent pour de l’eau d’autre non … Il n’accepte que du cash et négocient pour pas qu’on paye en carte. Soucis avec les cartes à plusieurs reprise nous nous retrouvons à attendre devant la chambre, on demande par la suite à changer de chambre, le personnel refuse. Wifi non fonctionnelle. Hôtel horrible et délabré. Petit pt positif je tiens à remercier Nour pour ses petits dej parfait et sa générosité et son professionnalisme

- Sergei (9/5): The room is small, but the bed is large, there is a window to the square, tea, water, kettle, sugar - I only spent 1 night. The location is very convenient - close to both the metro and high-speed tram to the very center of Istanbul. I am especially grateful to the staff for their help with lifting a broken suitcase to the 3rd floor. Thanks to Yilmaz Irmak for the morning tea.I had an early departure from the bus station, so I chose this hotel. If you look at the map, you can get lost. In fact, the hotel is located on the square where the buses end, just 300 meters from the metro. If you see a bus stop, it means you have arrived. A bonus is the walls of ancient Constantinople, which can be seen from the windows. The hotel checks whether bank cards match the guest's last name. But in my request I explained that Russian bank cards do not work in Turkey, so for the reservation I use the card of a relative living in Europe and all issues were promptly resolved. Very steep stairs and no elevator. But the staff is always ready to help with luggage lifting

- Dana (1/5): Scammers. - Nothing They scammed me so many times. They charged me a whole night for staying 2 hours over the check out time, refusing to let me pay a smaller fee. They are greedy and scam tourists and let’s suppose you give them money in euros, they give you change in the local currency to trip you out. Disgusting hotel. There were flies. Lack of facilities. The rooms were tiny, the toilet so close to the bed, absolutely unhygienic.

Zimmer hat einen schrecklichen Geruch. Ich musste woanders übernachten. Bin im Zimmer 2 Tage von 7 geschlafen. Personal nett 4 Sterne, Einrichtung gar keinen Stern
- Farah (2/5): - The place is dirty and rib off. No access to the rooms and you have to climb three narrow stairs. I got suck in rhe room and rbey charged for making dirty without reason and have to pay towels mjne.

- Erind (6/5): Pleasant - Staff is so helpful and very kind. The location is good, near to restaurants and markets. The hotel is old, even though it looks renovated from outside. The room was so small you could bearly move. The room's internet connection is weak. Breakfast is expensive for what they serve.

- Sevim (10/5): - Ik had een fantastisch verblijf in Hotel Goldengate! De locatie kon niet beter zijn - perfect gelegen met gemakkelijke toegang tot het openbaar vervoer en allerlei bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Het personeel was buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat mijn ervaring nog aangenamer maakte. Ik kan dit hotel ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar comfort en gemak tijdens hun reis! Hotel Goldengate wij gaan elkaar nog zeker zien in de toekomst!

The bed was very comfy and there was air conditioning - Breakfast wasn’t really what I would eat it was a platter of salami , cheese albeit small portions bread , jam , a boiled egg tomatoes ect plus coffee but there was an excellent kiosk just yards away that served really nice crusty bread hot filling sandwiches , although the hotel was quite far from the city centre there was a bus station directly opposite the hotel and the metro was a small walk Bathroom was small ! And breakfast wasn’t adequate

- Farhana (7/5): The location was perfect for us. We booked a small double room. Although our room was small, we had everything we needed - Location and helpful staff. The bathroom. we could see the foams inside the tiles of the walls which wasn’t a problem but it would look better and more professional once it is fixed.
