• Georgios (6/5): Δεν θα το ξανά προτιμούσα πιστεύω ότι δεν αξίζει τα πέντε αστέρια του. - Η τοποθεσία Δεν έχει σίτες στην μπαλκονόπορτα. Το κρεβάτι που είχαν τοποθετήσει για το παιδί ήταν μπροστά στην μπαλκονόπορτα και έπρεπε να το μετακινήσουμε μόνοι μας όπως μας είπαν όταν τους το ζητήσαμε. Το μπάνιο είναι εξαιρετικά άβολο και χωρίς υγρό σαπούνι για τα χέρια. Οι πετσέτες του μπάνιου πολύ μικρές για το σώμα. Η αποχέτευση μυρίζει στο δωμάτιο. Την δεύτερη μέρα της διαμονής μας το τηλέφωνο του ντουζ έβγαζε ελάχιστο νερό χωρίς καθόλου πίεση. Το χαρτί υγείας μύριζε μούχλα. Την τρίτη μέρα της διαμονής μας στο πρωινό ζητήσαμε μαρμελάδα φράουλα για το γιο μου ο οποίος έχει πολλές τροφικές αλλεργίες και δεν μπορεί να φάει πολλά πράγματα και μας είπαν ότι τους είχε τελειώσει. Επίσης παραγγείλαμε δύο ελληνικούς καφέδες στο πρωινό και η κοπέλα η ξανθιά ξέχασε να τους φτιάξει και πέρασαν 45 λεπτά για να μας το πει αφού της το θυμίσαμε.

• Benjamin (3/5): יש לי תחושה שמנסים לחסוך באנרגיה מים חמים לא היו במקלחת ואחרי שקיבלתי יחס לא הולם ממריה פשוט לא התלוננתי הבנתי שאין פשוט - מלון עשיר בבריכות קרוב למרינה לא קרוב כזה קרוב למרכז העיר. אציין כי טיילתי כמעט בכל רחבי יוון ותמיד התייחסו אליי יפה ואדיבות. סה״כ הבתי מלון ביוון טובים . פה השהות הייתה מאכזבת במלון . אז המלון עשיר בברכות והמלון גדול אז הוא 5 כוכבים אבל השירות הוא כוכב אחד. קצת יחס, קצת הקשבה, קצת נכונות לעזור ממלון 5 כוכבים ציפיתי ליחס קצת יותר הולם. זו הפעם הראשונה שאני מאוכזב ממלון ביוון. יש להם מה ללמוד על שירות, קצת יחס אנושי. אחרי הכל, שילמתי כמיטב כספי כדי לקבל תמורה אבל בפועל זה לא קרה. בנראות שלו הוא באמת בית מלון חמישה כוכבים אך השרות טעון שיפור קצת יחס קצת הקשבה בקיצור קצת יחסי אנוש אדיבות קצת רצון לעזור לא היה מזיק בכל זאת 5 כוכבים . המלון יפה מבפנים ומבחוץ. אבל השירות טעון שיפור ומאכזב . אתחיל עם החדר: המזגן עובד אבל אי אפשר להדליק את החימום. התקשרתי לקבלה ואמרו לי שככה זה במערכת שלהם. הסברתי למריה מהקבלה שקצת קר לי כי אני מקורר.הוסבר לי כי זה הגדרות שלהם במערכת ולא ניתן לשנות לחימום ( פעם ראשונה שאני שומע כזה דבר )מריה הציעה לי שמיכה נוספת הסברתי לה שאין לי צורך בעוד שמיכה אלא שאני דורש טיפה חימום והתשובה שלה אין מה לעשות לא ניתן זה הגדרת מערכת .בחדר כושר, המכשירים לא עובדים, סטנד המגבות מאובק כאילו לא ניקו אותו שם. אני ספורטאי בתחומי וחדר הכושר היה חשוב לי, לא סתם בחרתי במלון שיש בו חדר כושר אני ספורטאי. ולבסוף , מה קיבלתי? אליפטיקל שלא עובד וכמה משקולות בודדות . האם זה חדר כושר? בארוחת בוקר :במלון. שאלו אותי איזה קפה אני רוצה ושאשב ויגישו לי אותו לשולחן. לבסוף אני הגשתי את הקפה. לעצמי וככה כל בוקר . זה לא הקפה זה היחס! ביומים האחרונים שלי במלון ויתרתי על ארוחת הבוקר . האינטרנט שלהם :חלש. המלון קרוב לים, נכון, אבל יחסית לא כזה קרוב למרכז העיר. מונית למרכז העיר ולמלון חזרה עולה 6€במקלחת: המים במקלחת לא היו מספיק חמים הרתחתי מים מהקומקום שבחדר כדאי שהאמבטיה תהיה יותר חמה . בנוסף מאחורי השטיח של האמבטיה למניעת החלקה אני מוצא עכביש קטן וכמה מעופפים . כמובן שויתרתי על המקלחת ניגשתי עם התמונות לקבלה הראיתי אותם למריה אמרה שתנסה … אמרתי לה שלא תנסה כלום זה גם ככה הלילה האחרון שלי . על המקלחת ויתרתי כמו שויתרתי על ארוחת הבוקר .

• Claudio (9/5): Nice and quiet hotel at the seafront - A quite large hotel located right on the seafront, a little outside the city center and in a quiet area. Ample partly covered parking available. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large terrace adjoining those of the other rooms, offering a view of the sea. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff were attentive and courteous, always ready to provide helpful information. The bathroom features both a bathtub and a separate shower stall. The hotel has a swimming pool, and the beach is just across the street—though we couldn’t take advantage of it in March for obvious reasons, it’s definitely a plus during the warmer months. Nothing negative

• Guest (10/5): Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο και προσωπικό που σε κάνει να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου - Η διαμονή μας στο Horizon Blu ήταν υπέροχη από την πρώτη στιγμή. Το προσωπικό είναι εξαιρετικά φιλικό και ευγενικό — κάθε μέλος της ομάδας κάνει το κάτι παραπάνω για να σε εξυπηρετήσει με χαμόγελο και πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον. Η αίσθηση φιλοξενίας είναι αυτό που κάνει τη διαφορά. Το πρωινό είναι πραγματικά ένα από τα καλύτερα που έχουμε δοκιμάσει ποτέ: τεράστια ποικιλία από φρέσκα προϊόντα, τοπικά εδέσματα, φρεσκοψημένα γλυκά και καφές που σε ξυπνάει με τον καλύτερο τρόπο. Κάθε μέρα κάτι καινούριο και νόστιμο! Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι πεντακάθαροι, η θέα εκπληκτική και το κλίμα γενικά πολύ ήρεμο και προσεγμένο. Ένα ξενοδοχείο που αξίζει να επισκεφθείς, όχι μόνο για τη θέα και τις παροχές, αλλά για την ανθρώπινη ζεστασιά που προσφέρει.

• Guest (10/5): Η απόλυτη εμπειρία χαλάρωσης με θέα τη θάλασσα - Μείναμε στο Horizon Blu για ένα Σαββατοκύριακο και η εμπειρία ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική. Το ξενοδοχείο συνδυάζει την πολυτέλεια με την ηρεμία — όλα είναι προσεγμένα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο, με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και μοντέρνα διακόσμηση που σε χαλαρώνει αμέσως. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει, από τη ρεσεψιόν μέχρι το εστιατόριο. Το πρωινό απίθανο — τεράστια ποικιλία, φρέσκα προϊόντα και εξαιρετικός καφές. Η πισίνα μπροστά στη θάλασσα είναι από τις πιο όμορφες που έχουμε δει, ιδανική για να απολαύσεις τον ήλιο και ένα cocktail με θέα. Η τοποθεσία επίσης τέλεια: ακριβώς δίπλα στην παραλία και σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το κέντρο της Καλαμάτας. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για ένα ξενοδοχείο που αξίζει κάθε ευρώ — το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να συνδυάσει χαλάρωση, ποιότητα και εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση. Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα!

The staff at the front desk don’t even look up when I say good morning. The bed was horrible!!! No bath towels for 3 nights. Used hand towels. Everyone looks like they hate their job and life. Do me a favour and clean your POS system at reception. That machine is disgustingly dirty. How do you call yourself a 5-star property?
• Anat25 (9/5): ממוקם טוב, בריכה נהדרת. מלון מומלץ - מלון יפה, מטופח וברמה גבוהה. בסה"כ נהנינו מהשהות. קיבלנו חדר נעים וגדול, היה בו כל מה שהיה דרוש לנו. יש גם חדר כושר במתחם ובריכה יפה. המיקום מצויין על הטיילת. זו לא ביקורת או תלונה אבל כעובדה הצוות בחדר האוכל היה פחות ידידותי ומסייע. המחיר ששילמנו לדעתי היה גבוה מדי, אולי כי היינו זוג עם ילד ולא זוג בלבד, אבל חדרים לזוג עלו בדיוק חצי, הפער גבוה מדי.

• kristina (5/5): Ok - Super bra läge Cyklarna trasiga som man kunde låna, poolen öppen först vid 10:00. Gymmet öppet först efter kl 12:00 och stängde kl 19;00. Maskiner i gymet trasiga.

• Charlotte (7/5): Tolles Hotel, schöne Anlage, Zimmer grosszügig, Bad sehr klein. - Der Strand war schön sauber es war zwar kein Sandstrand sondern Kies hat aber nicht gestört, liegen waren wenige aber für die Jahreszeit genügend vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat dem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht entsprochen was die Qualität der Lebensmittel anbelangt sowie auch die Auswahl der Produkte. Es hat zudem an allem gemangelt, mal hat auf heisses Wasser für Tee etc. warten müssen, dann aufs Geschirr. Es hat immer mal was gefehlt, Tassen, Schüsseln für Müsli, Teller etc.

• Jackie (9/5): Excellent - We spent 18 nights at the Horizon joining extended family who were there for six weeks. The staff, especially Thanos, was extremely helpful and accommodating both prior to arrival and during our stay. Room: The room featured a king-sized bed and smaller bed perfect for a child or a person of small stature and it also offered a small splash pool which came in handy. The room was spacious with a TV, a full sized bathtub and separate stand alone shower stall. All toiletries were provided, including a hair dryer. The room was serviced daily and everything was spotless. We were offered bottled water, coffee/teas daily which was much appreciated, as was the mini-fridge. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Amenities: We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast daily and found the offerings varied and delicious. Both indoor and outdoor seating was available as was hot fresh coffee. You could order one complimentary specialty coffee anytime before 11:00 a.m. by asking the breakfast staff or the staff at the bar area across from the Front Desk. Grounds were well kept and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The pool area was large and the pool was refreshing after an afternoon at the beach which offered complimentary beach towels, cushioned loungers and umbrellas. Parking was ample and covered which was helpful in the hot summer. The beach was reachable by crossing the street where you could find padded beach loungers, chairs, and umbrellas and where you could also order beverages, snacks, and meals. The outdoor area for breakfast was a bit overcome with wasps which could have been controlled. There is ample seating indoors however. The pool and beach chairs need to be reserved (no charge) by visiting the Front Desk and please note there is a 40 minute time-limit for showing up (subject to change). Otherwise you will be competing with many local residents who use the hotel grounds (pool and beach loungers) for their personal use. There seems to be some confusion about this practice with beach and pool staff, therefore, it is best to speak with staff at the Front Desk to secure your pool or beach loungers.

• Juha (9/5): Laadukas rantahotelli - Tilava ja siisti huone. Kylpyhuoneessa sekä amme että erillinen suihkutila. Hyvä ranta ja hienot maisemat. Hyvä aamiainen. Keittiöstä/ravintolasta sai syötävää puoleenyöhön. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Sijainti kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Lähellä runsaasti hyviä ruokapaikkoja.

• Konstantinos (10/5): - room was very clean. The mattress could be a little bit better.. breakfast is OK too good not amazing. I stayed at the same hotel a few years ago and it was fantastic but the property itself is wonderful design easy access to the beach and the pool is fantastic.
• Christian (10/5): - Tolles Hotel, sehr schöne Zimmer, Pool herrlich. Ohne die Straße zwischen Hotel und Strand wäre es noch schöner.
• Konstantinos (10/5): - room was very clean and they could upgrade the mattresses. The breakfast wasn’t as good as I remember it. I stayed a few years back and the quality has gone down, but otherwise I enjoyed it.
