• Çilem (8/5): Artıları eksileri - Oda geniş ve konforlu. Fiyat performans açısından iyi. Konum muhteşem yürüyerek 2 dk da istiklal vs yakın. Ancak bir mimar olarak binadaki sorunlara değinmeden edemeyeceğim. Asansör yaklaşık 30 basamak çıktıktan sonra 1. Kattan başlıyor Ne yazık ki engelli ve yaşlılara uygun değil. Üstelik çalışırken titriyor ve çok ses çıkarıyor muhtemelen tamamen değişmesi gerekiyor çünkü üstünde etiket bile yok. Mümkünse hiç kullanmayın. Oda içinde değişmesi gereken aydınlatmalar var. Elektrik mekanik tesisat ciddi bakım onarım gerektiriyor. Yola bakan odada üst katta sifon çekildiğinde alt kata gürültü geliyor. Hafta sonu dışarıdaki eğlence mekanlarının sesi geliyor ama o kadar rahatsız olmadım.
• Yigit (6/5): - Bizi karşılayan beyefendi ve konuştuğumuz kişi çok kibardı yeri de çok güzel merkezi. Ancak yastık yüzü çarşafta lekeler vardı bir sürü. Koltuk vs de lekeliydi telde yırtık vardı ve yer yapışkandı temizlik daha ciddi olabilir.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Öncelikle parasını ödediğimiz oda bize verilmedi, sunulan bahane ise “otele giriş saati 14.00”ydi. Biz otele 16.00’da giriş yaptığımız için bizim odamız yabancı turistlere tahsis edilmiş ve bize daha düşük fiyatlı bir oda verildi. Bunun yanında oda temizliği oldukça kötüydü. Dolapların içinde bize ait olmayan poşet bulduk, buzdolabı çalışmıyordu ve içinde kullanılmış sular vardı. Ayrıca klima bile düzgün çalışmıyordu. Biz kendi odamızı istediğimizde bize sunulan bahanenin yanında hak etmediğimiz bir odayla karşılaştık.

Kendisi meramimi çok iyi anladı ve anlayışla karşıladı. çok nazik ve ilgili biri. Oda göründüğü gibi, fotoğrafta gözüken odayı verdiler. 4 numarada kaldık. Geniş ferah ve tertemizdi. Perdeler bile yumuşatıcı kokuyordu. Ayna tertemizdi. Odada tek eksik su ve diş macunuydu. Ama ben sorun etmedim çünkü marketler çok yakın dışarı çıkıp almıştık zaten. Eğer isteseydik eminim getirirlerdi. Konumu çok iyi. İstiklal’in göbeğinde. Galatasaray lisesinin karşısındaki sokakta. Ulaşım kolay. Metri yakin sishane durağına on dk yürüme mesafesi. Bu kadar merkezi bir yerde olmasına rağmen sessizdi. Çıkış saatimiz 12.00 imiş. Benim aklımda 14.00 olarak kaldığı için farkına varmadık 13.00te çıktık. Ama sagolsunlar sorun etmediler. Her şey için teşekkür ederim yine geleceğiz

• Keyvan (2/5): Nightmare - This is not a hotel. Extremely unsafe. Hotel mark very small and barely visible ; even the next door neighbors dint know it exists!! No one answering the door bell for 15 minutes after the taxi dropped us off a 100 m away in the next street. The man finally arrived from the outside, not sure who this is?! Not a weird in English but accommodating. 27 steps in a very narrow staircase to the elevator. The tiny reception at the top with more steps. The room very hot. AC not working. No other guests seem. No other personnel. The bathroom dirty. There was a molded and smelly orange in the tiny refrigerator. There are no plugs for chargers etc. The shower like warm. The place is very creepy with the feel that someone is watching you through a camera in the room. We had paid for four nights stay but slept the night and left the next morning. I asked the man for half refund through Google translate and he declined. I chose this place based on your reviews. Don't go there.

• Gogita (10/5): - I have been in Istanbul a lot of times. Every time I take new hotel and new district just for the sake of exploration. Nine Hotel might be located in one of the best places. Very close to all the main attractions and a lot of dining and shopping options all around. Staff was amazing!!! Very helpful and friendly. Proprty is not new but its clean and veru comfortable. Best option for firsttimers, location will be very helpful. Higly recommend! Thank you Nine Hotel team!!!

• RIZA (10/5): Beyoğlu'nda kalınabilecek bir butik hotel - Butik hotel olarak alabileceğiniz güzel bir ortam. Beyoğlu'nun merkezinde fakat bulunduğu sokak konumundan dolayı sessiz bir konaklama yeri. Nostaljik bir bina, otelde sadece 9 oda mevcut ve her katta iki oda bulunduğu için otel içi de sessiz. Biz ailecek kaldık ve memnun kaldık. Ayrıca Metin Beyin dostluğu ve ilgisi de mikemmel

• Alexey (8/5): - A couple of steps off Istiklal Avenue. A good bunch of coffee-shops and cafes right by the hotel. Well-kept. I couldn't figure out heating. It wasn't too cold yet though, so I was fine without. But it kept me wondering... Other than that, it's quite nice. Would be lovely to have some breakfast, at least morning coffee or tea. Pleasant overall!

• Qais (4/5): Overrated. - The place is a bit overrated , i contacted the owner to request an early check-in in the morning and he agreed but when i got there i was told i had to wait 6 hours till afternoon - knowing i had a 13 hours bus ride before- but he made it up to us and gave us a discount on the day after-.. , beds were hard rock and you can hear the noise of the clubs around till 4 am. Best thing was the guy working there as he was polite and helpful .. good place for a night or 2 if you want to stay in the heart of taksim.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Top 2 "economic" Hotel in Istanbul - Top 2 hotels I stayed in Istanbul. During my month long stay in Istanbul we stayed in over 8 different hotels and the Nine Hotel was one of the best. It was clean, comfortable soft bed, comfortable blanket, quiet, great location, real blackout curtains. The owner is helpful and respectful. Checkin is at the top floor and elevator is for 1-2 people max but other than that the Room is amazing.

Otherwise its comfortable and situated in a pleace that allows you to go by foot almost in every turist attraction and also in the center of one of the most lively neighborhoods. He showed us around the lovely neighborhood and recommended us a few places to see/visit in Istanbul. Exceptional hospitality! I would recommend this for anyone who is wanting to experience both the lively Taksim area as well as the nearby located historical places (Blue mosque and others).
