• Leonela (10/5): - When I arrived at this hotel, I was a bit unsure because of some negative reviews I had read, but my personal experience was completely different and very positive. From the beginning, the staff was very friendly and always willing to help us with anything we needed. They helped us find taxis when the apps weren’t working and we also used the laundry service several times, which was very convenient during our stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. Even though Patong Beach is a very lively and busy area, the hotel is located on a quiet street, which made our stay very pleasant and relaxing. We were able to rest well and truly enjoy our time there. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for those looking for a clean, calm place within Patong and kind, helpful staff.

The receptionist's attitude is not polite or pleasant. For those who go up on foot and not by elevator, the stairs are narrow, high, and in my opinion not suitable anymore, and not all floors have a handrail to hold on to. Windows were facing other building, which was 5 meters away from our window, so we had to listen other house air conditioning engines all night long. Also you could hear sounds of busy street next doors. in addition, instead of twin room we got a single bed room. When asked at the reception, if we can get additional blanket not to sleep under one, the lady said - we dont have and turned around. Realy? Big hotel doesn’t have additional blanket?sure..

The bed was awful, I could felt the wood frame underneath the mattress, the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the shower drain was clogged. They didn’t have hair dryer at the room so I had to ask for it at the reception.

It can be quite loud at nights. But if that’s what you’re expecting - ok.

• Anshu (6/5): It's passable, won't stay again - We were able to store our luggage in the storage and there was a bathroom at reception which you can use if you arrive early. The room had hot water. The room size is little small and there's no view from window or balcony(if in room) There was noise coming from outside till midnight from the maui Thai stadium which could hamper sleep. There was no handwash and toothpaste provided in the room. I found the reception lady rude. Didn't even respond well. We arrived by 11.30 and had to wait till after 2PM to be able to get the room. Right after our arrival a room had checked out, so if the staff wanted they could have cleaned the room in maybe 30 mins or so and give to us. But she DIDN'T. We asked at 1.50PM if the room is ready and she said NO. When we again went to ask at 2.10PM about the room she promptly gave us the room key. This means the room was available all the time and she could have provided us early checkin. Also whenever we asked she replied in a rather rude tone like she doesn't care. We checked out early next morning at 7AM

• Ralph (9/5): A short sweet stay. - The location of this hotel is very convenient – an easy walk to the shops, restaurants and entertainment areas of central Patong, including Bangla. The room was a decent size and traditionally furnished with a comfortable balcony for stargazing or smoking. There was a kettle and coffee-making supplies and a fridge with a couple of bottles of drinking water. The shower room had been modernised with a glass enclosure around the shower which prevents the entire room getting wet. The shower head was fantastic with plenty of power and hot water – not the rather weak instant heater that many hotels at this price level have. The Wi-Fi was excellent once I moved from the 2.4Ghz (very flaky) to the 5Ghz network, which was faultless for music and video streaming. Overall, bearing in mind the cost of the room, I strongly recommend - Patong is recovering from Covid and is very busy at the moment and there are very few decent budget hotels available at present. There is some background traffic noise overnight, but this is to be expected in central Patong.

• Kayla (6/5): perfect location if you don’t mind a little noise at night - The location is PERFECT. short walk to Bangla road, the beach, markets, restaurants, everything really. The staff were lovely and so kind, kept our luggage safe until we could check in as we arrived early. Not much to complain about, the bed was a bit hard and the bathroom door was a little stiff to move and also taped up in some places but the pros outweighed these.

• Martin (8/5): Patong - Hotellet ligger väldigt bra till. Nära till barer, restauranger och shopping. Ljudisoleringen är dålig så vägen utanför hörs väldigt mycket på rummet. Frukosten är bland det sämste jag varit med om.
