- Karin (7/5): A relaxing retreat in the heart of Legian at a good price. - We stayed in a family room, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was spacious and we really enjoyed our balcony overlooking the garden. The pool area was lovely, and we often had it to ourselves. The gardens were immaculate and the hotel was quiet at night. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to plenty of great restaurants and shops. Both of the bathrooms in our cottage were in desperate need of renovation. Both had terrible drainage, leaving us ankle-deep in water by the end of our showers. Safety deposit boxes were available at reception, but a safe in the room would have been more convenient.

It has those classic old Bali tropical vibes, a great pool, and plenty of bars, restaurants, and coffee spots right across the road. Excellent value for money. The upgraded breakfast is awesome too. I just love this place and their amazing staff! The internet was not great this time, but it didn't affect my stay really.

- lesmatinsdhiver (9/5): ホテルは本当に素晴らしい。あとは隣地の住人の民度が早く上がると良いのだが笑 - 前回の滞在で惚れ込んで二度目の利用。私の嗜好にドはまりのため、もう何も言うことはありません笑。レストランの朝食ビュフェが明らかに前よりグレードアップしており、グルテン忌避の私でも不自由なく、飽きることもなく、毎朝気分良くスタートできました。 ホテルには何の文句もありませんが、隣地の成金邸で週末などに夜中まで庭のオープンテラスで大音量のカラオケ・パーティをやることがあり、今回はそれにぶち当たってしまい閉口しました。通りを挟んでお向かいのシュガー・レイもバンドが入って盛り上がる店なので賑やかなのではありますが、事業者は23時キッチリに静かになるのに対し、個人の非常識に対して抵抗する手段はなく、ホテルとしてもお手上げなのだと言っておられました。まあ、どこにでもあり得る話なので、あとは宿泊者がそれを知った上でどう考えるかの問題でしょうねぇ･･･。あと一点、ジュニアスイートの2室はいずれも階段の昇降が必須で、しかもその階段が結構狭隘でちと怖い。荷物はもちろん頼めばすぐに運んでくれるが、ヒトの上り下りだけは本人がするしかないので、年配者などはこの点に留意されたい。

Good and plentiful breakfast. There is a well maintained garden and decent sized pool . When we just arrived my first impression was that hotel’s reception was a little tired but when I gave it a second thought it was more like the authentic style. We had a great time, thank you! N/A

And the pillows were disgusting, were visably mouldy and smelt like mould.

The wifi didn't quite reach my room properly and I had an important call to make (and no SIM), so they let me use another room (that had stronger connection) for a few hours so I could take that call with no additional charge. The facilities were clean. Nice bathrooms with hot water. The breakfast was really good. Very noisy location at night time (not the fault of the hotel, just the area it's in). No fly screens on the windows so you have to choose between letting light in or letting critters in.

- Todd (10/5): Best place I've ever stayed in the world. - ok I rarely leave reviews but, I feel the need to. this place is absolutely amazing.. it's my first time in Bali, from the minute I have checked in, I have been treated like royalty, everyone remembers your name even if you haven't met them yet they can not do enough for their guests. rooms are more than appropriate for the location, price is amazing and the breakfast inclusion is great aswell. I have many health problems and unfortunately have not been well. they have attended to all needs. the food in the restaurant/bar is so nice and so cheap. rooms are serviced daily unless requested otherwise the staff are honestly adorable and you can not go wrong here. I would love to personally thank everyone at kusnadi. I can not believe what is on offer for such an affordable price. absolutely amazing.. I will certainly be back. thanks again kusnadi, I'll be for ever greatful for how you have treated me! The service overall. Outstanding! Facilities, location. The restaurant omg the food is so nice and so cheap. My new home from home!

The location is very convenient with mini marts close by, making everything easy. The staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly — it always feels very welcoming. I’ll definitely continue to return. This stay was quite noisy due to children being around. I was under the impression the hotel was child-free

The only thing was the breakfast was lacking a little bit (cold) and not much left after 9 am. I will certainly be back as this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in in Legian out of about 10. Not including the expensive ones.

Just a couple of maintenance issues that I would have requested a room change if we’d stayed more than 2 nights 😀 There were a couple of minor issues, but being upstairs and the lights for the stairs not working was a little dangerous

- Nataliia (5/5): - A lady at the bar was really nice and kind I didn’t like it to the point that I had to move to a different place. The room was like a cave, small and dark and it smelled with detergent, shower got flooded, pool was dirty and full of leaves.

- samantha (8/5): Great value for money - The staff are amazing, super friendly and always happy to help. The gardens are absolutely beautiful. The food is fresh and tasty and my bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Location was perfect. The room is old, the bathroom was outdated but for the price you pay its acceptable. The gardens, staff, location and food make up for it!
- Hofer (10/5): - Tolles Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer sehr sauber und ruhig. Pool ist sauber und angenehm. Restaurant ist günstig und es ist auch gut. Es waren meine letzten 2 Tage auf Bali. Ich kann schon um 11:30 an und konnte das Zimmer sofort nutzen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Komme gerne wieder Nichts. Hier macht man nichts falsch.
