• Caterina (8/5): Lo consiglio ma isolerei più le stanze a livello di rumore - Camere pulite e accoglienti con balcone, e bagno spazioso. La struttura esternamente è molto carina. La stanza è divisa da quella di fianco solamente da una porta comunicante ma chiusa con lucchetto. Questo fa sì che si senta ogni mossa del vicino di stanza come se fosse in stanza con te. Di notte abbiamo sentito rumore molto disturbante.

• Nor (3/5): - Saya suka tandasnya bersih. Makanan cafe pun sedap. View luar cantik Bilik tiada kipas. Ada tingkap tapi tak boleh buka sebab mengadap lobby. Agak lemas bila tiada pengudaraan. Almari besar dlm blik buat ruang sgt sempit. Tak perlu ada pun. Bilik sebelah bilik playground dan cafe. Sangat bising. Bilik mmg tak kalis bunyi lgsg. Jadi klu petang nak rehat tu mmg akan terganggu. Saya rasa bilik playground tu boleh hapuskan sbb kena utamakan bilik org byr utk berehat. Org dtg nk check in pon kami boleh dgr, inikan pula budak2 menjerit. Sini juga parking berebut.

• Wan (3/5): - ​I am extremely disappointed because my first experience staying here was ruined by a miscommunication between the management of Cameronian Inn and Booking.com. The room I booked through Booking.com two days before my arrival showed that it was still available, but when I arrived at Cameronian Inn, my reserved room had already been sold to someone else. ​This kind of incident should not happen, and it is completely unfair to customers. My excitement quickly turned into disappointment. Even though I was given a replacement room that was much cheaper and received a partial refund, I personally feel that this kind of situation simply should never occur. ​As for Booking.com, you should have updated my booking status much earlier via email. In this modern era of technology, information needs to be updated rapidly. I did not make a last-minute reservation; I booked in advance. I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by both Booking.com and the management of Cameronian Inn. ​Although Cameronian Inn has received many good reviews, this experience has shown me that it does not live up to the hype. Moving forward, I will probably no longer trust or feel confident making reservations through Booking.com.

Inspite of multiple requests to change the room they denied. Wi-Fi was not strong and was not available in the room but only in the lobby. The bathroom had insects and moths

• Isabella (6/5): - This is a cheap budget accommodation with no frills. The bed was comfy and they provide parking. The café also looks cute and with a great spot for breakfast. The bathrooms could do with an upgrade since they are shared with many many rooms, where often families are staying. This means the kids will take endless showers and scream around the hallway early in the morning and late at night. I don't suggest staying here if you are noise sensitive. I don't understand why my partner and I weren't placed on the other side of the building (where all the rooms were free). Instead we were placed in the "family" area, which made it uncomfortable for us because of the kids crying, and probably the other way around.

• Birute (8/5): Excellent value for money - The location is good, 3 minutes to the main street. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the hosts helped with the trip to the mossy forest. It's a pity that there was no electric kettle in the room. The courtyard garden is very beautiful and well-groomed.

L’emplacement est parfait il est en plein centre de Tanah Rata mais dans une zone plus calme. Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable ! Il y a même la possibilité de louer des scooters, ce que nous avons fait ! La literie peut être améliorée.

• Hooi Pheng (7/5): Overall pleasant, except the bathroom hot water supply. - Room is quite spaces. Cozy as well Bathroom Hot water is not consistent. It actually stop supply hot water while my girl was bathing one evening. However, the staff fixed it in a n hour or 2 after I make a complaint. Would appreciate if the staff could inform us when it it done, so I don't have to keep checking

Parkir kereta sangat sukar (kecil), kami terpaksa parkir di kawasan rumah kedai dan berjalan kaki ke bilik. Penyewa lain juga, tidak respon bila dihubungi (double park) Mungkin pemilik hotel boleh buat sesuatu, lokasi parkir lebih dekat/ berhadapan jalan.
