- Lieu (3/5): - Attitude of the worker
- Daniel (10/5): - Everything was good, comfortable and clean like home đĄ. N/A
- Clifford (4/5): Uncomfortable beds - Location
Nice TV Unfriendly welcome
Uncomfortable beds
Comforter smelled like smokw
- Miljan (9/5): -
- John (8/5): I will stay here again! - No breakfast available.
Clean and comfortable for a budget motel.
Great value in my opinion!
- Paige (10/5): Very nice budget friendly - It was clean and in good condition. Had a bathroom, microwave, small fridge and tv with many cable channels. Bathroom didn't have plunger.
- Lee (7/5): -
- Scott (7/5): Good folks. - Nice front desk people. Ice in parking lot is slippery.
- Derek (7/5): We got what we paid for! - As described. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Great base camp for Kicking Horse. Sauna wasnât working. Someone put water on it!
- Cecilia (6/5): A convenient place to stop for a night on the road - Great location, great price, lovely staff. Recently renovated rooms. Lots to like! When I checked under the bed before leaving, to make sure our toddler hadnât left anything behind, I found an old empty chips bag left under the bed that housekeeping hadnât gotten from a previous guest.
- Amélie (10/5): -
- Cole (9/5): Comfortable with helpful staff - It was quite clean, value was amazing. Staff where really helpful, like when they printed my Canada parks pass! The road noise, and train noise was somewhat sleep interrupting, but that is out of the inns control.
- Hay (1/5): Donât stay here - The front desk person was so rude and swore and laughed when he was speaking to me.
- Scott (8/5): Good value. - Good location Nothing
- Mel (9/5): - Clean
- Michael (10/5): Incredible value and hidden gem. - Very nicely renovated. Much nicer than I expected.
- Andre (8/5): Excellent Value - Clean, great value, location, quiet Parking lot was super icy
- Lauren (10/5): - Room was clean and comfortable
- Anne (7/5): - They did not offer breakfast. Legendz nearby is v good!
- Judy (9/5): Clean & good value & had a small fridge -
- Kimi (8/5): It was a nice place and met mine and my dog's needs for the night. - Parking available right outside my door. mattress very firm, clean towels and bathroom, mini fridge was convenient The pillowcases and sheets had a small amount of pet hair on them. Linens must be professionally cleaned when it is a pet friendly room. Floors, baseboards and door were dirty in spots.
- Deborah (5/5): If youâre a light sleeper get a room on the second floor. - Cleanliness was good and staff were great. There was an extremely worn out sofa (sofabed?) that I would not sit on if you paid me and needs to be replaced. Also, there is zero soundproofing as it is an older hotel. It sounded like the person staying above us was going to stomp right through the ceiling. So loud! Everything literally rattled when he was walking (stomping) around. Obviously thatâs not his fault. But it woke us up from a sound sleep. The hotel is just old and built with zero soundproofing so be prepared for noise if the person staying above you is heavy footed or youâre a light sleeper. Spend the extra money if you can and get a newer hotel that has guest comfort in mind. If youâre looking for economical bring good ear plugs or get a room on the second floor.

- Sandra (1/5): Super stressful - reservation cancelled with short notice due to overbooking. - I was called at 10am on the morning of my check in and was told there are "no more pet friendly rooms" and my reservation was cancelled. Zero assistance given.
Why allow rooms to be booked that don't exist? Why *charge* my credit card for the full amount? And Booking.com is not the problem. You could say on your website or on Booking.com that people *must* call direct if pets are staying. I ended up staying at the Super 8 a block away and paid $313.00 (with 'discount'!). I was genuinely afraid there. It was like the Bates Motel. My dog makes no noise and does not make a mess. I would have paid a massive deposit to stay in a regular room; if anyone could tell a dog stayed there, keep it.
- kyle (6/5): - Rooms were clean and beds comfy Ac units very very old, couldn't keep up to cool our room. Loud and noisy
- Sukhwinder (9/5): -
- Sonja (9/5): - FĂŒr 1 Nacht hat alles gepasst. Es ist ringhörig aber dafĂŒr gibt es ja Ohropax.
- Shirley (10/5): Would come back again - Very clean and quiet. We were not looking for anything fancy, just a comfortable bed in a clean quit room and it delivered
- Brycen (1/5): There was no stay. STAY AWAY - Nothing. We were up very long driving in the dark but still arrived before front desk closed (midnight) and no one was there. Tried calling multiple times without answer. We didnât get a room which is the worst news after driving 6-7 hours. Do yourself a favour like we didnât and read the reviews. Stay away from this place.
- Elisabeth (7/5): - Bed was great Water pressure and temperature consistency in the shower were both poor. Water went from normal temp to scalding without warning, then back to normal again, multiple times during one shower.
- jei rhom jeric (6/5): -
- Linda (7/5): -
- Darcy & Patricia (8/5): I would stay there again - The room was exceptionally clean. All white bedding & new laminate flooring. This is no fault of the hotel but the person in the room above us had a very heavy foot (walking around alot) and it kept me awake until about 1 a.m.
- Ann Margarette (9/5): -
- Colin (1/5): It was the most horrible place I've ever stayed - Nothing I got into the bed and I started iching and when I looked I had bites all over my neck and back so there must have been bed bugs in the bed. The pillow case and towels were stained and the room smelled of smoke. I have never been in a place that is so disgusting
- Wayne (8/5): -
- Isabella (9/5): -
- Yun (1/5): Very bad experience - The room was clean The building was old and shabby. The noise barrier from the room above was non existent. When some one above walked, his every step made unbearable noise. Rest and sound sleep was not possible until late night. This owner should not sell rooms on downstairs. It is almost a crime to put people under this condition and charge a hefty price.
- Bradley (7/5): - Don't expect the Ritz Carlton, however good place for a sleep. That's all. With the light coming under our door I was scared to open it as I thought it could be the stairway to heaven!
- Larry (8/5): good value for money - Comfortable bed, clean room, one light bulb over sink was out, and had to go to lounge for coffee, but overall good stay
- Linda (7/5): For a one night stay it was very comfortable, spacious, quiet, helpful info about where to have meal - very quiet, efficient check in and check out coffee and tea made available. TV remote difficult to navigate, couldnât access channels like at other motels/hotels
- Robert (6/5): Wanted a cheap stay for the money, sadly, wasn't available! - not a lot Needed to be a rocket scientist to operate the TV. Had to un clog the drain in the sink before we could use it, Didn't feel like waiting to have someone show up to tell us: "They all are like that!" Lights had different/wrong bulbs installed therefore the switches over-heated in a minute, which burned the user. Was told you can occupy the room at 4 PM. Wasn't expecting the room not to be ready until 4:30! If check out time is 11 why so long to prepare the room for the next customers? Was told couldn't have a room on the main floor as they are saved for people with pets, except there were people that didn't have a reservation or a pet got one on the main floor. The stairs to the second floor are not "user" friendly if you are 60 or older. The coffee should be in the room, not at the bottom of the stairs, as well, why couldn't there be real coffee instead of instant in an insecure jar where everyone puts the germy hands! Was told the price was $138, until we registered and got a bill for $180!
- Glenn (2/5): Just needed place to stay after road trip to Calgary. Stopped in about 6.00pm would definitely not go back was looking - Accepts pets on bottom floor if you have animals Not very clean as the floor was sticky doors need WD 40 bathroom door sticks, smells a little like vomit in room bought car air freshener, ice machine not working, front desk very rude internet (wi-fi) very weak and spotty
- Murray (8/5): -
- Kurt (8/5): Definitely needs some updating, but the bed was comfy and I had a great sleep. -
- Miljan (5/5): -
- Max (7/5): -
- Krysten (8/5): Stay was comfortable, quiet and overall lovely! The room itself was nice but the bathroom (especially the shower) is out - The rooms were nice and cozy! Bed was comfortable, pillows were nice given that Iâm used to pillows in hotels that are terrible, the location of the building was great, super easy to find, lots of food and stores within 5 minutes of the property, the location was quiet. Overall it was a place to stay for the cost for a couple of nights. Itâs a bit outdated, I didnât expect it to be as nice as it was as pictures of the rooms online are definitely outdated! The shower head is definitely outdated and the water temperature was weird as it always fluctuates from hot to cold and didnât stay overly consistent. The computer desk chair was also ragged and falling apart.
- Robert (6/5): - Clean. Good lock TV didnât work
- Donna (1/5): -
- Naveen (1/5): - Very bad experience. rooms are very small
- Jordan (6/5): -
- Debbie (9/5): - It's a very clean reasonably priced accommodation. Easily accessible from the highway. We prefer to stay on the ground floor for easy access to the room. Instant coffee in the lobby
- Daljeet (1/5): -
- EMELINE (8/5): Great stop for a night - Easy check in and out, friendly staff.
Comfortable guest room. Tea/coffee available in the lobby in the morning. The water flow and water pressure in the shower could be better.
- candace (5/5): Great staff - Comfy bed
- Al Willey (8/5): - Was affordable stay
- Jocelyne (7/5): - It did the trick! đ
- James (7/5): Quant and clean with minor refreshes needed - Room was quant and clean, having all that was needed for an unexpected overnight stay. The bathroom shower faucet and shower-head can really benefit from a replacement. The water gushed and splattered out in various directions causing a lot of displaced water. The door to the suite had some difficulty opening and closing, with a modernization of the door hardware possibly overdue.
- Jason (9/5): -
- Priscilla (7/5): -
- Michael (6/5): -
- Allen (9/5): - Not far from hyw and price point was good. Very clean but there were some ware spots because of age here and there.
But still good value.
- William (7/5): -
- Barbara (8/5): -
- param (1/5): - Nothing Behaviour was too bad
- Jon (8/5): - Comfortable beds. Very nice for one night. Great location.
- Joy (7/5): - Location No coffee maker or hair dryer in room.
- Debbie (8/5): - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A great affordable place to stay.
- Zelmer (7/5): -
- Heather (1/5): Don't stay here. - Nothing went well. There were mouse droppings everywhere. I hadn't noticed until the next morning.
The wifi was unstable and we weren't told which network to use.
Worst of all was the thin walls and we heard every footstep from the people upstairs, as well as when their toilet flushed and when they used the shower.
What a terrible hotel/motel.
- Anna (6/5): - The room was outdated, a little paint can go a long way. However, it did the trick and was a good price
- Wendy (6/5): - Safe
- Manpreet (5/5): Over all worth the money. Rooms are wuite compact. So does bathroom. Sinks were nlt draining water properly. You can rea - Nice location. Very compact. Sinks very not darning water.
- Nicole (7/5): Clean, basic room good for a night or two. - Budget friendly, very basic clean room. Towels and bedding were very clean and comfortable. Mattress was in good condition and comfortable. The furniture (chairs, fridge, etc) were very dated snd in need of repair/cleaning. There was no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room.
- Greta (10/5): - Was clean and comfortable
- Jackie (10/5): - The room was simple, clean and quiet.
- Gavin (4/5): - I wasnt expecting much. Pretty standard motel. However I have to give it a low rating just for the water pressure in the shower.
- Kathy (6/5): - Friendly Staff, very good breakfast.
Room was ok, hotel was a bit old but for the price it is a very good place to stay.
It is a little far from the downtown tourist area
- Miranda (4/5): - Visible bed bugs, and owners that deny it even with proof.
- carl (9/5): -
- Joey Booth (7/5): Just a place to sleep for the night. -
- Praneeth (2/5): - Staff doesnt know how to do customer care. No greetings. Zero customer service. Rooms are not clean at all. Stinky / they need to check the bed. After we sleep so itchy whole body. Toilets not flushing properly. In there page they mention room amenities and things . I need to ask from them.
- Mark (8/5): - Room was adequate. Staff is helpful and friendly. Good for my budget.
- Julie (8/5): - Great rate and sauna and hot tub were nice, hot tub needs a thermometer though as it was quite hot on our second visit
- Benjamin (10/5): - Yes there are few shops near the hotel
- Susan (8/5): - Beautiful area.
- Catherine (6/5): - Friendly, helpful staff. Building is dated though my room had new floors. Sheets a little pilled.
- Thomas (8/5): - Clean Room - Staff friendly
- Delon Jr (6/5): -
- Ute (8/5): Hoping they will still fix their toilets but would stay again on my way through. - Updated hotel rooms. No longer the old flower beds with stained carpets, but instead modern looking rooms. We had two rooms and the toilets in each room was wobbly and moved when sitting on it.
- Douglas (6/5): Good for 1 nighter. - Convenient Price
- robert (6/5): -
