Dean (7/5): perfectly suitable for a short, solo stay, if in Manchester. - Location is fantastic, a 10 min walk into manchester centre. rooms are a good size. breakfast facilities are good. parking is cheap, considering location - but limited spaces. decent late night 'snack' bar at reception. Property is a little dated. carpets have what appear to be wear marks or bleach staining. I had an internal room with no windows. air con provided. shower/toilet extractor fan wasnt working.

If I wasn’t just staying here for a night I would have stayed longer. Nothing- I had a great stay and would consider staying here again :-)

Maria (6/5): - Gostamos da localização. O Hotel é razoável, na recepção a qualidade de atendimento foi bastante variável consoante a pessoa que atendia. Logo na entrada foi péssima, a pessoa que atendeu devia estar chateada e roçou o execrável o que de certa forma sugestionou a estadia. O espaço podia estar mais cuidado, de referir que o quarto onde ficamos tinha umas janelas antigas e desatualizadas que deixavam entrar frio e todo o ruído da rua ( 2 andar). Também não entendi os critério de arrumação e limpeza numa estadia de 4 dias só foram arrumar o quarto no penúltimo dia de estadia.

No entiendo ni cómo existen esas opciones en un hotel que se hace llamar 4 estrellas! De terror. Los pasillos me daban a sucios. Así como entré al habitación me fui, me indicaron que estaba lleno el hotel, les expliqué mi claustrofobia pero no me devolvieron nada. Salí a buscar otro hotel con ventana. Más allá de mi error, el hotel es con suerte 3 estrellas poco brillantes

Emma (6/5): Det var udemærket, men ville nok søge andre til en anden gang. - Beliggenhed var okay, der var rent, sødt personale. Morgenmad var også udemærket til 10 pund pr Pers. Meget lydigt! Vi boede på 1 sal og vinduet var lidt utæt så man kunne bare hører alt der foregik. Og der blev smækket med døre kl 3-4 om natten, var også meget lydigt. Dobbeltværelse var kun 140 cm seng og 1 dyne. Ingen køleskab, var lidt ærgerligt.

Millicent (4/5): The rooms were lovely, but I don’t think two nights in a standard double is worth £380 - The size of the room was good and the location The walls where very thin we had to call reception due to people playing music extremely loudly singing extremely loudly laying into the night. The breakfast was very very underwhelming. I paid for two mornings worth we only used one.

Conor (6/5): - Reception staff very friendly Our room had no windows (wasn't advertised) and was very warm even with the aircon..Lady with short hair and glasses at breakfast was very unpleasant.. made a terrible remark to another guest as he went for a second plate of food, "God you are hungry aren't you". Made everyone feel uncomfortable if they dared to go for more food, to the point I watched her shake her head in disgust. My son was intimidated to go for more. I even said to her, "this is a buffet". I stayed for 2 nights and the beds weren't made when we returned in the evening after our 1st night.

jamieleereynolds (8/5): Good location, friendly staff - Stayed here for the night as we came to Manchester for the Manchester United game. Was in a good location at only 9 min drive to the old Trafford. Upon arrival, I was told I had to pay £14.50 a night to park my car there which I wasn’t made aware of when booking. I found it a little bit weird that the rooms don’t have a door for the bathroom. The double beds are fairly small. There’s options to purchase drinks and snacks downstairs by reception.

Caitlin Broadhurst (7/5): - Location is decent, less than 20 minutes walk to most places of interest in Manchester. Room was decent, good facilities and clean. The room was boiling hot in the bedroom piazza. Really difficult to sleep because of this. All radiators in the room were switched off but I ended up sleeping on the sofa downstairs with the window open as it was too hot to sleep upstairs in the bed.

Sarah (10/5): Definitely recommend as a place to stay with car parking - Great location right next to the tattoo studio we were working at, parking prices was reasonable compared to the other car parks and the staff were super nice If I had to be super picky the room could use some new pillows and the bathroom a little TLC but the stay was great

Trudie (1/5): Not worth the price - The staff were reasonable The only place clean was the bathroom, but I had a bath, and the plug was broken so it wouldn't empty. I stayed two nights, but the room wasn't cleaned, so there was no refill of drinks or fresh towels. For the price of over £250 , which didn't include breakfast, I was stunned they didn't service the room. Not value for money at all.

Kylee (10/5): Excellent, easy and comfortable. - It was really easy to find, parking was available and it was close to my destination. Was a little warm, but apart from that it was great! Very minor.
Jaymee (7/5): Friendly staff, clean rooms but bathrooms could do with a door - The staff were friendly, there was a bath in the room, the rooms were clean, there was a tv. The plug for the bath was broken, the only coffee they provided in the rooms were decaf, there was no door for the bathroom, the bed was small and uncomfortable and I was not aware you had to pay £14.50 to park your car.
GillianM695 (10/5): Brilliant in all ways for a city break. - What a brilliant hotel. The location of the hotel was fantastic, not right in the hustle and bustle, but if you walk 5minutes you would be. The rooms were super spacious with lovely toiletries. One feature about the bedroom which we loved was the tv ... it still had "normal tv" rather than metflix etc. Simple pleasures. I always like a hotel with breakfast; sometimes I find a "buffet" breakfast hit or miss ... here was definitely a hit! Simple things like the wide range of fruits, pastries, teas, etc was a great delight. But the cooked breakfast was also delicious. The hotel also has a private carpark with a decent amount of spaces which isnt common for a city. We were able to leave our car there the full duration of our time in Manchester, even after we'd checked out.
