• Sally (6/5): Amazing staff, comfortable rooms and great food in the bistro. - Rooms were amazing. Very spacious, modern, comfortable and had all you needed. And the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful! The shower took a long time to heat up and the water stuttered from time to time. The shower head was also extremely high up and the shower head itself didn’t provide enough pressure so it was very hard to rinse my hair properly. Also the night we stayed there were works happening in the roof-drilling, loud voices-from about midnight for hours. We had an early start and a drive back to Melbourne the next day so due to this we didn’t have a restful night.

Small room as expected but the bathroom was updated and a very decent size. The walls were very thin and could hear snoring from a few rooms away. I imagine the noise from the pub downstairs would be easily heard (pub closed during our stay).

It took us 1 hr to open it at 2 am in the morning, freezing cold and we all just stood outside, the hotel did not have after hour emergency number there was no one to help, we had to ask chatGPT what to do

• Joel (1/5): We ended up booking somewhere else and not staying at the property - Staff was friendly This is more so an issue with booking.com, but we did not get the room that was advertised and booked on our end. The hotel was at full capacity and had nothing they could do to resolve the issue. The room we stayed in though was not very clean. We were only in the room for about 5 minutes before leaving, but the bathroom didn’t look very clean and the bin by the toilet had not been taken out after the previous guests and the items left in the bin were pretty gross. Overall very disappointed with our booking

I love the welcome perks like coffee, sugar, milk, and water since I am a coffee lover. There is one lacking inside the room which is very essential for us travellers, it would be best if there is microwave available so we can reheat our food especially if we want to eat on midnight or early in the morning. • Griffiths (4/5): Honest Review - The room was spacious and clean. Check in was fast and efficient. Good water pressure in the shower. Housekeeping or staff have gone through trash after our checkout. As a result a note that was written by the person I was staying with was read. A note that was clearly a joke and not to be taken seriously whatsoever. The police were called on me and I had to explain the whole situation (which I was unaware of at the time) to them. Needless to say they were not impressed with having their time wasted. What was otherwise a really nice stop over was ruined because the housekeeping staff seem to rummage through people's trash.

Liked the soft blanket and clean pillow and sheets. Liked the staff at reception, very friendly and helpful. No toaster. No cutlery. No plate or bowl. Bed way too soft, uncomfortable. Hot water took nearly three minutes running to get hot in shower. Doors from other rooms closing at night was very loud and noisy inside the room(which explains why you left earplugs for guests)

Supermarket was a short walk away and the 10% discount at the pub was helpful as we arrived late the first night and we were able to enjoy there delicious schnitzels. We had the up stairs balcony room which had access to a small outdoor dinning area. Would have loved to be able to open the fire door to the back balcony, but it was a fire exit only.
