- Camara (10/5): Clean, and friendly staff - Location was calm and quiet and highly friendly. When I booked I booked only for accommodation without breakfast. I paid for breakfast on the night I arrived, but it seemed the staff in the restaurant were not fully aware that I had paid. I say so because every morning they will ask if I had paid for breakfast and I would be a little embarrassed. Staff could have avoided asking had they been updated in time. They could have served me and later found out whether I paid or not...they could have given me the benefits of the doubt. Asking if I had paid for thr breakfast would always embarrass me. This is the only thing I didn't appreciate about the hotel. Also I am a smoker, and while smoking areas exist smoking in the open while it rained, demands that the hotel should install big umbrella like shed to prevent one from being wet. Mosquitoes would also disturb occasionally. The hotel should provide guests with Mosquito repellants for protection against malaria, the killer disease

- Mona (7/5): Convenient and comfortable. - The room was good value and very convenient for attending a work meeting at the adjacent Fairview hotel which would have cost twice as much. The pool from Fairview is available as well as ordering from the Fairview restaurants and have them put on the bill. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful and went out of their way to be helpful. The airport shuttle was very convenient and done in a nice chauffeur driven car. Hotel also provided a basic iron and board in room upon request. The room I had (cozy single) didn't have an A/c which was not an issue as the weather was nice and cool but may be an issue in summer. However, one thing was very inconvenient. There was no room fridge in the room which is surprising as it is now a standard fixture in even basic hotels, and made it difficult to keep snacks in the room. Secondly, Nairobi being an international tourist destination, the hotel should consider installing bidet showers of some sort in the toilet which is an inexpensive upgrade but will increase guest comfort.

Die Lage ist in einem sicheren Stadtviertel. DascFrühstück ist sehr lecker und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber Ich hatte vor Amkunft mehrmals geschrieben u. um frühen Check-In gebeten, mit dem Hinweis, dass ich mehrere Nächte dort bleiben würde. Ich hatte keine Antwort dazu erhalten. Als ich morgens vom Flughafen ankam, wollte man von mir einen Auschlag eines vollen Zimmerpreises, abuzüglich Frühstück. Aus Enttäuschung hatte ich verzichtet vorab einzuchecken u . in der kalten Lobby auf Tageslicht gewartet, um die Stadt zu besichtigen. Das Personal hatte mir weder ein Wasser noch eine warme Ecke angeboten. Es gab dort nur Stühle - keine Couch - und es war sehr kalt, da alle Seiten offen und es sehr windig war.

Stayed for 2 nights to be prepared for possible flight delays/cancellations. Didn't do any sightseeing as we were going to Tanzania after the 2nd night. Room was nice (and on a high floor, with a nice view, as we had asked for), bed was comfy, the location very safe, and the breakfast was excellent. Very good price-perfomance ratio - strong recommendation! Nothing to complain about.

Vroeger inchecken tegen een goede prijs was mogelijk en de communicatie vooraf was dan ook echt heel goed en snel. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en het eten in het restaurant ‘s avonds beviel ook goed. De kamer was ruim en de bedden zeer comfortabel. Ik kan dit hotel iedereen aanbevelen!

Каждый день подкладывают кофе / чай. Одно удовольствие было здесь остановиться. Ну, а завтраки - выше всяких похвал. Просто чудесные, не хотелось уходить оттуда :) Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Спасибо за комфортный отдых. Нет тапочек. Я понимаю, что в Кении это почему-то не очень распространено, но хотелось бы иметь тапочки в номере. Во всём остальном нареканий нет.

Good breakfast and nice staff. Finally a plus for free late checkout until 1 pm Paper thin walls, you can hear everything even with earplugs. This is a shame because apart from this issue my stay was perfect. Also blackout curtains did not filter sunlight and the room was too clear in the early morning
